The property was as listed, very comfortable beds and couches. The housekeeping staff need to up their game. Furniture was dusty, floors were not cleaned properly and there was urine down sides of toilet. Overall we enjoyed the property.

The first time two times we rented a condo, the condos were awesome. The last one was not nearly as nice, the floors were filthy when we got there, and the master toilet ran constantly. The location was fantastic, though.

Not a do-over

The condo was really nice, but we did not feel very safe in the area. The ocean water was brown & stained our swim suits. The check in procedure was very confusing & they offered a 3 hour window of when you MIGHT be able to check in. Since I drove 7 hours, I need to know exactly when I can check in. Plus, the maintenance team at the condo entered our unit unannounced while we were away. That was very unsettling. We had a great time, but we will not rent this place again.

Dated interior

The interior of our unit need some maintenance. The closet door is broken, the paint throughout is in bad shape, the sliding doors are so difficult to open that both my husband and I had to pull to open them. There is a hole in the bedroom wall, the tv’s all have wires hanging out from them. The stove is missing knobs. Over all the unit needs to be updated and maintained better.

Location, location, location!

The property is right on the beach. It is central to all attractions as well as Keesler AFB which was a bonus for this military family. There's a great restaurant "Woody's" across the highway that had a wide variety for the whole family. The unit was clean and comfortable. Initially the unit smelled of cigarettes and the shower drain was slow, but I notified the manager by text and they immediately fixed while we were out exploring. There was minimal noise from furniture movement in the unit above. Knowing what supplies were available, we were able to bring supplies like paper plates, paper towels, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, towels, and sheets and blankets. We shopped and cooked to save a little money. The dishwasher wouldn't run, but I'm confident it will be fixed before the next rental. I highly recommend this property!

We had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed/repaired and the staff at the condo was super helpful! If you're going for the beach, I suggest going farther South into Gulf Shores or Destin as the beach isn't kept very well (trash, dead animals, seaweed), and the water is murky. If you're going just to relax and get away, that property is super!

We were 70 total family members this year & were very happy with the Sea Breeze Condos that we voted to have it there in 2019. The place is very well kept, great managers, clean/layout, gated & great location. Most important the kids didn't have to cross the road since it is on the beach.
