This property is lovely and the owner very pleasant to work with. Love that the property has its own beach area and is very close to the casinos and restaurants. The unit was very clean and furnishing stylish and up to date. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful condo! Very clean, beautifully decorated and not beach kitschy. Fabulous floor to ceiling windows for the spectacular view! Kitchen had updated appliances and all the comforts of home. Especially liked our parking spot. Some at Sea Breeze are a real squeeze between a wall and a hard place, but 802's was great! Host had everything arranged and check in was so easy. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you Charles!

The condo is beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. The beach is just stepping away. Robert and Tamara made the rental process easy. They relayed any information needed before and during our stay. We will definitely rent from them again.

The unit was absolutely beautiful. The host is very conscientious and will guide you through all the different processes. We did not use the pool or kitchen. If we had wanted to prepare food the kitchen was well stocked.

This is the best unit by far that we have stayed in. The views are the best. The unit is very clean and the Owners are very attentive to matters. This will definitely be my go to unit when we return.

This place was immaculate! Robert and Tamara have thought of everything. They had name brand tissues and toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, everything you could possibly need. The condo was modern and clean with a beautiful view of the gulf. The facility was well-managed and extremely quiet. There were times we had the entire beach to ourselves! There were also two different pools on site, so we often had a pool to ourselves as well. The owners were extremely kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. They were also thorough, even making sure we knew the lock codes would change while we were staying there. We will definitely book with them again!

Great condo

The condo was great! The cleanest place I have stayed in while traveling. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella. A few beach toys and towels and a small cooler. Overall I had a wonderful weekend.

Fabulous condo on the sand!!

Everything about this property was perfect and accurately described in the VRBO ad. Great condo that was well appointed. Clean. Spectacular beach and sunrise views. It is on the beach side of the main road which 1) puts you steps from the sand and 2) makes it a quieter stay with less road noise. Robert and Tamara were great on communication and follow up. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful condo

The condo was just as pictured but better in person. The owners did a great job with the beach vibe, not overdone and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular! The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook pretty much anything you could imagine there was even pods for dishwasher and washing machine. I honestly can not think of anything bad to say. Thank you for everything!

5-Star VRBO Review – Seabreeze 2 Bed Condo, Biloxi, MSWe had a fantastic stay at the Seabreeze 2 Bed Condo right on the beach in Biloxi. The condo was spotless, well-constructed, and the location couldn’t be better — true beachfront, with gorgeous views and easy access to the sand.The building is quiet, secure, and well cared for, with two pools that were clean and convenient. It’s the perfect spot to relax by the water without the crowds.Robert and Tamara were excellent hosts — great communication, clear instructions, and they went out of their way to accommodate us with a late checkout to help with my wife’s mobility needs. We really appreciated their kindness and flexibility.We did have a small plumbing backup — I’ll go ahead and blame my brother for that one — but Robert responded right away, and it was quickly resolved with no stress.In all aspects, this is a great, clean, well-managed condo with hosts who truly care about their guests. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality beachfront rental in Biloxi.

Holiday getaway

The condo was better than any I’ve stayed in! The quality of the supplies, towels, mattresses, and linens were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked although on this short trip we enjoyed dining at fantastic restaurants in the area. It is right on the beach with a really nice boardwalk that made for enjoyable walks with a nice view of the beach. We visited the Harbor Christmas light festival one night on our stay which was quite impressive! We will definitely return to the area and will make sure I try to secure this specific condo. There were so many things, some little and some large, that make this unit stand above the rest! Robert communicated with me before, during, and after the stay and I really felt like he truly desired to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. This was just a quick little winter trip with my wife and another couple to relax and experience the Gulf at Christmas time. We look forward to another trip there next year. I plan to book this room as soon as we can get some dates firmed up.
