Ça y est; celui; le lieu de vacances que vous avez chassé. Quand vous êtes à la plage, vous voulez être sur le sable. Sea Breeze est le seul condominium à Biloxi!

Complètement mis à jour, vous pouvez vous détendre dans le bel intérieur ou sur votre grand balcon avec une vue magnifique. Zone-out et oubliez tous vos soucis! Le balcon offre une vue sur l'une des deux piscines et sur les îles Cat et Deer, ainsi qu'une vue magnifique sur le soleil couchant et les veilleuses romantiques.

Les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans la chambre principale donnent sur la plage et le golfe et vous pouvez aller dormir en regardant les rayons de la lune sur les eaux du golfe.

Les deux salles de bains ont chacune une douche séparée et la salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire à jets pour encore plus de détente. Une grande cuisine vous offre amplement d'espace pour cuisiner cette prise fraîche du golfe, la dinde de Thanksgiving ou le jambon de Noël. Une riche tradition locale pour Noël est un énorme plat de crevettes fraîchement bouillies - rien n’est meilleur !!!

Des événements toute l'année vous occuperont: le Festival des lumières de Noël, l'un des plus importants du Sud, le nouvel aquarium inauguré en 2019, plusieurs micro-brasseries, des festivals d'art et d'artisanat de renommée mondiale, des fêtes du premier samedi dans la rue, le Cruisin 'the Une fête sur la côte d'une semaine, de nombreux feux d'artifice, le défilé de bateaux de Noël sur l'eau à Biloxi et un spectacle au Bayou à Gulfport, des soirées cinéma aux greens de la ville, des concerts en plein air et de nombreux spectacles spéciaux dans tous les casinos Animateurs et concerts, et plus encore!

Great Spot on the Beach

This location is awesome if you’re looking to spend some time on the beach. Conveniently located on the beach side of the highway, you can walk right out onto the beach and be by the water quickly. The condo is nice too with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and nice living room. Would definitely recommend.

Girls vacay!!!

This beachfront unit is beautiful!! Great location, very clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us, safe and relaxing. We had an incredible week on the clean beaches and exploring Biloxi. We will return. PRM was great to work with!!!

This is the ONLY condo directly on the sand in Biloxi or Gulfport! That uniqueness makes for a perfect beach vacation. We are so happy you enjoyed the CLEAN beaches and exploring all Biloxi has to offer. We do hope you will return.

This was a great vacation success. The condo was located right on the beach. There was a parking garage. My family felt safe. The condo itself was flawless with the exception of the jacuzzi tub not working. It was still nice to soak in it though. We bought everything we needed for a beach trip but the host was already prepared as well. The condo had tents, beach toys, dishes, linens ect. I would recommend if you are going to Biloxi, give this property a try. You will not be disappointed!!

First time in a beach condo

I wasn't quite sure what to expect but loved it! Great location, wonderful neighbors, easy to book!! PRM was extremely nice & had everything ready for us! Only thing I wasn't sure with was there were dirty towels hanging from a cabinet in the kitchen & sheets in the washer that had been there for a couple days as you could tell it was washed but they were dry. I washed the towels but placed the sheets back in the designated hamper in the washroom.

Ok, but not great.

For the price we paid, it was a lovely property but not great. Reported several issues to PRM (broken/missing blind panels in 2 rooms allowing light to filter in 24/7, loud HVAC especially outside 2nd bedroom, TV in master bedroom not functioning properly) and while they were sympathetic, these issues were not corrected because it was over the weekend outside of their normal business hours and not considered emergent. In defense of their policy, this was spelled out in their lease but again for the price, did not expect to have this many issues. However, PRM was very easy to work with and we would consider staying at one of their properties again in the future.

The blinds were fixed on Monday, the AC serviced, and the television remote put back on the correct channel. With those three issues aside, I am so glad you were able to enjoy the sand beach just outside your condo along with the two pools!! We look forward to your next issue-free visit!!!

Beach Problems

So let me start by saying the condo is fine. No complaints. But the Gulf is very sick. Our trip was quite disappointing due to the toxic algae bloom that is affecting the coast. We tried to cancel and go somewhere else, but no one would offer us a refund, including PRM nor the travel insurance. Seems hazardous water doesn’t count. Ironically if we had gotten sick after swimming we could have been refunded. But not before. We spoke to the HOA of the building and attempted to contact the actual condo owner with no luck. Either PRM or the HOA never tried, or the owner never called us back. To make matters worse, Tropical Storm Barry set its sights on the coast during our stay. We tried to make the best of it, but the beach experience was horrible. Biloxi, you need to clean your beaches! The only beach I’ve seen worse than this was in Mexico. There was nobody on the beach...It was a ghost town due to the algae and forecasted tropical storm. But every day I filled a small bag with cans, bottles, fireworks remnants, and other various trash that was scattered about. Once the surf came up with the storm, the trash got much worse. And with that storm came the dead wildlife. Numerous fish, birds, and a sea turtle washed up dead on the beach. The gulf is really, really sick. I’ve never seen such dirty water and beaches. It’s truly sad. I know the area has taken a beating between Katrina, Deepwater Horizon, other storms and now inland flooding, but I’ve never seen it this bad. We saw trucks empty trash cans on the beach once during our stay, but no work to clean the beaches. We won’t travel back to Biloxi. I wanted it to be a great place. But we were so disappointed and disgusted.

The Garbage disposal didn't work, but we didn't need it anyway. The jacussi was out of order. Several light bulbs were burnt out, and the smoke detectors were beeping. Jeff and Jessie got that taken care of. DThe dinning chairs are a bit shaky. The living room couch was uncomfortable. The kitchen was almost fully equiped. Needed forks. We purchased a couple of wine glasses. We also purchased a couple of cushions for the outside chairs.The beds were comfortable and the tv was good. I think with a little TLC, this will be a very desirable place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and have reserved for next year.Enjoyed Woodies and Shaggys.

The only negative for this trip was a lot of maintenance going on and the pools were both closed due to maintenance also. But we understand that needs to happen to keep things nice.

Perfect location for the concert and just a short walk to the beachside restaurants. We did have to drive to the casinos but it was super easy. We did experience our coffee maker missing but the owner was willing to deliver one first thing in the morning and was super quick on their response about it!
