Came home for Christmas. My kids came over for dinner and we did our traditional Christmas. Great time, the place was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great with a beautiful view! The light fixtures need attention, the ceiling fans are very unstable, almost afraid to turn on , lamp in master BR does not work! Had problem entering the property, we were not given the code to enter main entrance! Instead of 3 adults there only 2 , daughter had to cancel . We will return !!

Great Location, Nice Stay

Love that it was right on the beach with a short boardwalk! And the water was so shallow with the sandbars around. Found sand toys in the closet also for the kid to use, so thanks for that also lol. Elevator from parking garage straight to the door was great too. However, not the unit mgr's fault i suppose, but was annoying that we were not allowed to walk through the office straight to the boardwalk/pools instead had to walk around building. The different access codes were very confusing. Also after we arrived, we were barefoot for a bit because the floors appeared clean, but our feet bottoms told a really dirty story, so we had to mop the majority of the floors. The unit was slightly lacking in the coziness department, and the living area did not look like the photos. Some rugs would be nice, and maybe some starter coffee. Overall, it was a pretty good time.

Our annual vacation in Ms.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a most wonderful view of the Gulf, although we had to use a lawn chair that we brought from home to sit and view it in the large bedroom. It would make sense to have a comfortable chair in there. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with the exception of some kitchen items. I could have used a cookie sheet a few different times, just to name one.

Comfortable, but minimally decorated condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 506 in June 2020. The condo was comfortable, but minimally decorated as compared to my relatives' condos which I had the chance to visit. The beach views were great and condo had most of the supplies we needed. However, there were several areas of room for improvement. The king sized bed was not very comfortable. The living room had only two lamps in it. One lamp had no light bulb and the other lamp had a broken light bulb. At night, we either had to turn on the overhead fan light or sit in the dark. The knob to turn on the dryer was stripped, so we were unable to use the dryer during our stay. I called and left maintenance requests for the light bulbs and dryer two days in a row with no response at all. The issues were unresolved by the time we left. We also found several outlets where only the bottom outlet worked. The two large pictures in the living room and kitchen both had the artwork slipping out of the frame. This unit could use some TLC for a more comfortable stay.

Nice Place to Stay on Biloxi Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several little issues kept this from being a 5 Star review. Negatives:Power supply to cable box was dead in the master bedroom. I changed it our with the one from the guest BR and things were fine in that area.Commode tank gasket in guest BR would not allow tank to stay full. The water ran constantly and we turned it off to conserve water and eliminate the associated noise.WIFI Password was much different from what was printed on the check-in instructions. Fortunately it was printed on the side of the router so that issue was resolved easily.Positives:Good SecurityFantastic LocationCleanGreat mattressesEasy walk to several eateries.

Needs a little work on Unit 506 but a beautiful view!

Reviewer Comments: The view from the balcony was beautiful... the condo itself was not maintained very well. Mismatched paint.. torn lamp shades...cookware needs replacing... bedding needs replacing. The smell of smoke was very strong when we walked in..room had to be aired. Friends traveling with us had a much more maintained unit with beautiful decor in unit 904. However, Property location is great and parking garage is very safe and maintained. The 506 unit needs some work and a deep clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed the month of March 2019. This unit was disappointing for the following reasons. Very few dishes. 4 fry pans that needed replacing. Dining room chairs disgustingly stained. Only 2 chairs on balcony. On the other hand the view was excellent and staff at site were very good. We won’t return to this particular unit.

Nice location but had a few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location was great and generally clean and in good condition. However, there were a few issues. The master bathroom shower door couldn't be opened because it was a glass door that had sagged from the hinges. It was just two of us and we were able to use the other shower. It's shower head was less than desirable but worked. While we could have reported the issue with the shower door, we didn't want to interrupt our vacation to have it repaired as we didn't think this would be a quick fix. The door was not clean so this was a known issue by the staff in our opinion. We were given incorrect information for Wi-Fi in the paperwork and had to locate the new information on the router.

Great clean condo with unbelievable beach front views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation. It was perfect being right on the beach for my sister and I and having a casino across the road for my 84 year old mother. Our mother could see us on the beach while in the living room in the condo. We had the best beach front views of the beach of any condo we have ever rented. It was very clean and comfortable. It would be nice if a couple of light weight chairs would have been in the condo for the beach but just a reminder to make sure and bring your own chairs otherwise everything we needed was in the condo. We couldn't have ask for a better place since we have to take our mother. We loved the beach during the day and she loved the casino in the evening. We would recommend this condo to our family and friends and we would differently rent here again. Thanks!

Quick Stay - Met Expectations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with my family for a few short days during a Spring Break Road Trip. We had a wonderful view from the 5th floor that fronted the Gulf. The beach is nice, but not like the Gulf Cost of South Florida (Naples area.) Toured Jefferson Davis's home while in town and found it interesting. Took the family to Hard Rock Casino d=for a buffet and would not do that again. If going back to the area, we would stay at Sea Breeze again. Note that only 2 units per floor have direct frontal views of the Gulf which are units #05 and #06. If this is important to you, request them up front.
