The kitchen, separated by a glass roof, provided with large cupboards is equipped with an American fridge. It is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle...
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, a small desk and a dressing room.
The courtyard bedroom offers 2 beds, a single bed and a 120 bed on the mezzanine and has its own shower room. A bench faces the bed for chatting or relaxing, like in a private lounge. A small balcony decorated and equipped with a bistro table allows you to enjoy the quiet outdoors.
A large entrance allows you to get rid of beach mattresses and other objects, that keep the living spaces uncluttered.

The neighborhood:
The location, a stone's throw from old Nice, along the green corridor of Paillon, makes this upscale district a popular area. The architecture is of high quality, it is full of palaces with remarkable architecture and many historic buildings house luxury apartments. The presence of the Museum of Modern Art has led to the installation of quality shops and establishments around culture: Fine Arts supplies, bookstores, music stores, model-making, watchmaking, decoration, stationery, alongside other local shops. Renowned restaurants have taken up residence in the district, which has become an ideal place to enjoy an active cultural life in a residential area with the right balance of animation and calm living environment.

Central, it is a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the old town by Place Garibaldi. Historic district of the city, Old Nice is a must visit. This district may well be the oldest in Nice, with its bars and nightclubs, but it is still one of the liveliest.
The apartment is also located 5 minutes from the "petit Marais niçois", in reference to the Parisian district which is always at the forefront of the trend. At the entrance to the Port district, by Place Garibaldi, it is undergoing major changes and has changed considerably in recent years. The district is now very dynamic and full of lively little squares with their restaurants, bars and shops.
The beach is about fifteen minutes away on foot, accessible by the promenade du paillon, which won the grand jury prize of the Victoires du Paysage 2014.

It is also in the district that you can discover two of the most beautiful museums in Nice: the Matisse museum and the Marc Chagall national museum.
