Le luxueux salon est moderne avec du marbre italien au sol, avec un grand sofa en L, une table basse, une salle à manger pour 6 et un écran plat avec vidéo projecteur. Une cuisine américaine avec four électrique, plaques chauffantes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/freezer et machine à laver. Chacune des 2 chambres disposent d’une salle de bains attenante, il y a également des toilettes séparées. Orienté plein sud, avec des boulangeries et tous les magasins dont vous avez besoin à moins d’une minute. Vous trouverez des parcs à l'avant et à l’arrière de l'immeuble avec en face la Promenade des Arts et deux parcs dans la rue Foncet, à l'arrière, dont un avec une aire de jeux pour les enfants. L'autobus numéro 98 vous y amènera en moins de 2 minutes à aéroport.

We agree that the location is wonderful - beautiful restaurants and cafes on the doorstep and a stones throw from the Old Town, Cours Salaya and the beach. We try to think of everything that a holiday maker might want in terms of equipment and yes, we agree, our agents, Christophe and Claire do a great job on keeping the apartment spotless for each new guest. They always personally check guests in and so are there for guest questions.
Fabulous apartment in Nice
We had a fabulous holiday in Nice, Staying in Mary's apartment. The apartment is located in a very safe area (our children could walk to and from the apartment) and is close to shops, restaurants, the Old town, beach as well as the buses & trams. The information send in advance of the stay was excellent, with instructions of how to travel to the apartment, restaurant recommendations (with contact details), ideas for days out along with instructions on how to get there etc etc - in fact I never left the apartment without it! The accommodation itself was lovely - bright, clean, spacious (plenty big enough for a family of 4) and we could hit the ground running as the flat was equipped with all the essentials - washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, milk, water, toilet rolls, umbrellas, parasols, maps etc so we literally could go straight to the beach without doing an "essentials" shop! I couldn't fault the accommodation and we would 100% stay there again - thanks Mary & Katherine.

We knew the area, so we just enjoyed revisiting favourite haunts.

Best Location, Best Apartment
This is our sixth trip to Nice, 3 hotels and 3 rentals. This was by far the best of them. On a map you might wonder about the location, but you are five minutes (maybe 8 to the beach) from everything, and I mean everything. There were only two of us so we luxuriated in the space. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms,( plenty of towels and linens) a fully newly renovated kitchen with a large sitting area plus dining area. We made side trips to Antibes and Eze and had public transportation right at our doorstep. (1.50 euro to ride the bus as far as it goes (Monaco)) and we took the train, 15 minutes to Antibes. Mary and Kathleen (her local agent) a delight to work with.

Juste à coté de la vieille ville de Nice, avec ses cafés et ses restaurants animés. A seulement sept minutes de la mer et de la promenade des Anglais. Nous sommes à deux minutes de l’arrêt de bus et à dix minutes de la gare. L'avenue Jean Medecin et le quartier commercial ne sont qu’à cinq minutes. Cet appartement est idéal pour vos locations de vacances.

Payment is online through Homeaway.co.uk and payable in euro. Handling charges charged by Homeaway are in addition to the price of the apartment and are between Homeaway and the guest. If payment is requested by guests directly, please note that bank charges and exchange rate fees for non euro clients are the responsibility of the client. Check in and changeover fees are not included in the HomeAway price and are payable directly to the agent on arrival. The rental rate has been reduced on the Homeaway web site to reflect this recent change. The fee is from €170-€200 depending on the number of guests of between two and four. Changing locks in France can be costly, so please mind them. The apartment sleeps four adults comfortably. This is the maximum number of adults permitted at any time.
