Beautiful apartment .3 of a mile from the Negressco Hotel with the same balcony seaside view and much larger space for a fraction of the Negressco price. We could not have been more pleased. I would love to return.

The flat was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view was excellent as was the location. Our host, Segolene, was quick to respond, kind, and exceptionally helpful. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

This property offers stunning views of Nice and the Promenade des Anglais. It’s was wonderful enjoying our morning coffee sitting on the balcony, listing to the surf and hustle and bustle of the city. We loved location- across the street from La Vela beach club. Close access to shops and restaurants and a transit stop. The flat was well appointed with everything needed. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was easy to communicate with our host and appreciated her meeting us at check in to review the property. Will gladly recommend this property.

We just returned from an amazing stay in Antibes at the Rue de Bateau. The location is amazing, next door to the Picasso Museum with an incredible view from the rooftop terrace. We loved walking to the market and beach ( very close) also how quiet Rue de Bateau is. A heads up when you arrive, we had some difficulty finding the house initially. Go to the Picasso Museum which is very close, my iPhone map had a much easier time finding the house from there and it’s a more prominent location to get to. Can’t wait to return!!

We stayed for 3 nights in May, and it was more than we hoped for. The flat is in great location, easy walk to town, Rue Massena and local restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony is fantastic, great for an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Segolene was a great host and made check in seamless.

We had an excellent stay in Nice—due to the outstanding villa and its location. Segolene was a wonderful host—met us @ check in & showed us around the villa. We found the villa to be even better than we expected and loved every minute of our stay—comfy beds, perfect balcony & sea views and walkable areas with lots of food choices. Highly recommend. It has a magnificent view of the promenade d’anglais, Nice beach & Bay of Angels from the large balcony. It is a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The agent was friendly & helpful.

First class and perfect location

This was the perfect location in Nice. The flat was top notch and very comfortable. Our check in process was well communicated and accommodating. We had no issues at all and would love to come back and stay again to have another bottle of wine while enjoying the balcony.

Property manager was quick to respond regarding check in process, questions about property, and when we had issues with plumbing and air conditioning. Beautiful views of the ocean and easy walk to local eateries and shops!

This apartment is located directly across the street from the promenade, about halfway between the airport and the old city center. You can basically walk across the street to swim, just beware of the rocky beaches in Nice, beach booties recommended. Within a 5-10 minute walk are numerous restaurants for dinner, and about a 5 minute walk in back of the building is a stop for the mass transit tram/subway. Location is extremely convenient for getting around the city, without being in the middle of the crowds.The apartment has large windows and a large balcony facing the ocean, on the 5th floor (elevator in building), excellent views. It was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of rosé and container of orange juice were awaiting us in the fridge upon check in (thanks!), also a Nespresso machine with pods that was appreciated. The A/C units are in the two bedrooms, they worked well. There's also a washing machine in the kitchen that we used.There's a bathroom attached to the ocean-facing master bedroom, with bathtub, sink, toilet. There's also a bathroom attached to the guest bedroom with a stall shower, sink, no toilet. There's a second toilet in a standalone room near the kitchen. We only used the stall shower which was really nice.We'd highly recommend this unit, very clean, great location, easy ocean access, close to tram station, and restaurants nearby. Segolene (our host) was extremely responsive and met us for check in. All good!

Great location and amenities

Great location and amenities. Cold A/C and lots of privacy between two rooms. The balcony, elevator, and laundry were huge perks. The boardwalk can be loud with music, but the sliding doors on the balcony did a decent job of blocking the noise (bedroom was quieter than the living room, which was great). Being across the road from the beach was an absolute pleasure, and I would love to stay here again.

Apartment on the boulevard

Just a wonderful apartment with graet view of the promenade. Clean and very comfortable. Great access and secure. Well equipped to make the stay comfortable. This was everything we could ask for in a stay. The family was more than happy with the host and the apartment. Highly recommend. Nothing more than pure joy. Blessings.

We loved our stay in Nice in this apartment! Segolene was wonderful. She had our flight info and met us at the property to check us in. We were allowed to check in early, which was so nice! The apartment is exactly as pictured and described, yet so much better in person! Absolutely stunning views from the large balcony where we enjoyed coffee every morning. The location is perfect and we enjoyed a sunrise swim each morning at the public beach across the street. We would most definitely stay here again and I wish I could rate it 100/10. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

Great weekend in Nice

We had a great stay in Nice, thanks in large part to our fantastic rental! Great location, clean, and close to everything. The only drawback was on Fri and sat night we could hear the bar/disco across the street’s music when trying to sleep. It stopped at midnight however. Check in and communication with host was easy and efficient
