Soak up the charm of this cozy, recently remodel studio.
This studio is located minutes from Downtown Winter Haven, one of Florida's oldest towns. The small downtown is packed with lots of unique delightful places where you can eat and drink. Itâs also a perfect place just to walk around and have a relaxing evening. Its a place you must experience at night!
This sweet studio was a perfect 3 week escape. My central base from where I visited both coasts for beach breaks. Drive time is challenging to the Gulf Coast and Anna MAria Island, so leave early, but well worth it. Vero Beach - Round Island Park is well worth the trip. Did some quilt shop hopping too - Inspire Quilting in Plant City is a must. Immediate answers to questions and access to laundry room is a great bonus.
My husband and I were in the area to watch our son play baseball. The apartment was clean, very cutely decorated, and perfect for the 2 of us. Neighbors were friendly as well.
Owner(s) must have design experience because every detail about this cozy spot has been meticulously planned. From the welcome snacks, to extra power sources on both sides of the bed, to the extra bathroom mirrors, it is made to meet all your needs. We WILL be back!! Thank you!
I came here from Dallas to see my college boy play in a baseball tournament thatâs just a 15 minute drive from here. The unit was a perfect spot with everything thing you need or want to do within a short drive. Iâve read reviews of people saying itâs to small but it has all you need and to me that was good enough.
It is a small space, however the owner has made use of the area in a stylish useful way. Good for a short stay. Manager responsive to requests and repair need. Near grocery store/ some restaurants.
The good things:
Everything was newly remodeled. Loved the large convection micro. We had multiple neighbors and they were all great and quiet.
Things to improve: shower is awkward and drains slow. Typical studio. Very small and got smaller after 3 weeks. Neighborhood was a little junky but seemed safe as we went for walks. Local pier was less than desirable and not a selling feature.
Overall, a cool little backwoods town and decent value for the money.
I have stayed at this property multiple times to visit LegolandđĄ Truly amazing communication & accommodations!! The decorating is simply cute and could maybe be touched up in some aspects to maximize space. Seemilngly never ending hot water hahaha I love showers..the tv & wifi is awesome! The surrounding neighrhood is surprisingly peaceful/quiet given it is not far from the busy road. The front porch is super cute to have coffee in the morning đ I like the spot light that stays on at night so I can easily see my car. If I had pick out my least favorite things I would say the bed because I would often wake up with a really twisted back even though it is comfortable đ¶ I found myself waking up late at night or early in the morning because of the footsteps from neighbors upstairs. Lastly the only reason we visit the area is for the theme park so with it being around 20ish minutes away the drive home lingers a little much after a long day. Overall highly recommend and I appreciate the efforts made from the hostâšïž
We were here for college baseball. The place was great for the two of us and close to 2 of the fields the boys played at. Great chicken place called Love Bird. Close to Publix and we cooked breakfast at the studio which was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Very quiet area. We had everything we needed. Gladys was very pleasant & helpful. The side yard was lovely and I enjoyed watering the plants ,shrubs & trees. The villa was great for 2 people for a couple of weeks to relax and visit friends in the area. Thank you Gladys. Graham & Florence Lassen
