In addition, this house has everything necessary in order to stay comfortably without stress. It contains an oven and perfectly sized kitchen, blackout curtains to spend the day inside, and other useful amenities.

Not good

The property had a very bad cigarette smell in the rooms. It was dirty when I arrived. The door only had a lock on the door knob. Train came by the house 6 times from 11:30 pm and 7:00 am, and actually shook the house. I only stayed one night and the host said they would refund me 1 night which they only gave me a quarter of what the night stay was and they charged me for an extra person even though it was just 2 of us which I registered for.

Nice little Winter Haven home

Pretty good overall. Tidy little place. Suggestions:-check with guests After a day in. - get new frying pans, etc. old and ver worn out. -buy better cutlery. Does not have to be expensive but not from dollar store - was woke up to small dog barking a few times-yes you do hear the train. Several times

Close to legoland

Within 10 minutes of LEGOLAND. Easy to get around. Everything was clean and comfortable. Other reviewers have commented on the noisy train. It is definitely there but we didn’t notice it too much. It was cost effective and an easy commute to LEGOLAND. Wished we could’ve had a few more toys such as legos or cars. But that would’ve been a bonus.

Great Stay!!!

Going to Legoland with the family and on a budget? This is the place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and about an 8 minute drive to Legoland. The host was very communicative. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a pullout couch for our family of 5 was perfect! We’ll be back!

Great family friendly place to stay

The house is a great place to stay, especially if you’re bringing your family to Legoland. It’s only a 15 minute car ride to Legoland and is very close to Publix, gas stations, and restaurants. The place is very nice. I would highly recommend it.

Gem Between the Lakes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean, bed was comfortable, 2 bathrooms were a bonus! This was a working trip for us, so the desk area was perfect for me to work remotely. The kitchen was adequate to cook the meals we ate there. Washing machine was great, so we could pack lightly. The owner is responsive but in no way intrusive. Loved seeing the lakes in either direction that we went out of the plan. I felt comfortable taking a daily walk in the neighborhood. The train tracks are close, and active, but we enjoyed hearing the trains. We are hoping to rent again when we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Frustrating

Owner did not send access to house until 2 hours after arrival. We had to stay at relatives that night. I missed one night of stay. I will be requesting a refund of one night from total paid.

The home is exactly as advertised and so clean. There was a train nearby but it did not bother us at all—day or night.

The house was comfortable,the only thing there was no tv in the second bedroom so I slept in the living roon but all in all it was very comfortable

Good Value

There was plenty of room and with a full kitchen I was able to cook my own meals and save money. The only drawback is it is close to a rail line and the trains run at all hours. After a couple of days I got used to them. Over all for the price it was a good value.

Plenty of room and good value

For the price it was a good value. The full kitchen and 2 bathrooms may my stay very comfortable. Even saved money by cooking my own meals. The only drawback was it is located close to a railroad and trains run at all hours. I did get used to it but I still have to note it in the review. Overall my stay was comfortable and a good value as compared to a typical hotel.
