Super Cute Spot

Modern, Clean and very nice. It's super small but the layout helps so you don't feel that it's small. The only one thing is the small gray couch is not comfortable at all so your kinda have to use the bed for seating. Other than that the place is perfect. And location is great so you can get to San Francisco or Napa Valley or really wherever you want to go.

Modern Studio

Property is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is supplied with everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay. Very close to Ferry to San Francisco and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy spot in the Bay Area

This basement suite has lots of natural light, making it feel fresh and spacious. No air conditioning but there are floor and ceiling fans that generally cool the room. Very pleasant hosts. Anna was quick to respond to queries. Location is great for trips to Napa/Sonoma and San Francisco by car or by BART if you drive to the station in Richmond. The San Francisco Bay Trail is also easily accessible for runners, walkers, and bikers.

Cute place close to Napa!

This place was a great find. My friends and I did one day in San Francisco and the rest of the trip was spent visiting wineries. Very clean place and nice neighborhood!

Safe neighborhood clean updated property

This rental was perfect for my partner, me and our 14 year old for Bottle Rock Festival in Napa. Clean, updated, quiet. Trying to think of anything to improve
 the bathroom was not private. Sorta frosted door made it see thru and the gap in the door slide gave me a clear view from the shower into the kitchen. So i would caution those traveling in mixed company. The pricepoint was great. Our best deal of the trip by far. Thank you Anna for hosting a great property.

I cannot say how satisfied my husband and I at, “Lil Haven.” Couldn’t pick a better beautiful very clean lil place to stay at for 4 nights, and liked the area & neighborhood. Ana is easy to communicate with and nice! All I say is, we’re satisfied!

The high steps in front were a problem for us. No railing and slightly slanted with rocks on path.

Place is very comfortable. The high steps and slightly slanted walk up to the VRBO were a big problem for us both, as we were afraid we would fall. Frequently, there were rocks on the sidewalk that we had to be careful not to step on. Suggest installing a railing or redoing this walk so it is slanted up without high steps. It seems to me that there is plenty of distance for a walk according to code, I believe 12-1, one inch up for every 12 feet of distance, as we did when we built our church. Liked the shower, good for handicapped. Without having a cane along to help us get up the steps, this would have been extremely hazardous going in and out, as we did several times daily. Otherwise, you have a great place and we would highly recommend it, but just not to anyone for whom going up steps that high would be a problem. Have never seen steps that high in all the VRBOs that we have stayed in, usually about 6 inches per step high.

Richard and I have been married 10 years now and have 5 wonderful adult children we bought this house as a fixer upper back in 2010. We are an easygoing, fun loving team who love to share good times with family and friends. Richard is an amazing cook and grill master. and I have been deemed by my friends and family as the hostess with the mostess.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location of our property is situated just a quick drive to all that the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. Rodeo is a quite little town with a small town feel where it is still safe for kids to go outside and ride their bikes.

We built this property as a rental unit. during the process we tried to envision what we would like to have in a rental and included that in our plans. we have provided everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

washer and dryer, ample on street parking, access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime TV and more. free wifi with Ethernet hook up option. office workspace included but not shown in pictures. full size high end appliances. access to an amazing back yard with 3 entertaining levels and 2 fire pits and BBQ grill. We follow all CDC recommendations for COVID-19 cleaning and sterilization.
