Horse Show on Sherman

Horse Show on Sherman is a horse-themed duplex; designed to delight and thrill visitors of Kentucky! A projector TV with a large projector screen, comfortable bar area with six stools, and 3-D features in the bathroom will pamper, mesmerize and delight! Two comfortable bedrooms with futons and colorful horse motif comforters will allow for a restful stay! One bedroom has a queen bed and a recliner chair/futon, and the other has a full bed and a couch/twin futon. The living room, with its huge projector TV, doubles as a third bedroom, with its two comfortable couch/futons; one full and one twin. A full kitchen includes a Keurig with complimentary K Cups, sugars and creamers. The location is great for Fourth of July guests, as people gather just a few blocks away to watch the spectacular Idle Hour Country Club fireworks show!

Nice place! We only stayed one night on our way home from Florida, it was cozy and comfortable for our group. The host had great communication and checked in with us. Would recommend!

Fabulous place to stay

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. We felt so safe in the duplex. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to see. Dru left wonderful suggestions on places to see, eat and do in the area. Dru checked in with us several times over the course of the stay ensuring we were all set. It was beautifully decorated and had enough of the essentials that we didn't need to get any extra supplies. Can't wait to go back again!

Nice location for us

Property was small but nice location. It was just me and my adult son and we felt very safe and enjoyed walking the nearby Henry Clay estate.

Cozy spot

We were welcomed into the home with music playing on the tv and lots of bright cheer throughout the kitchen/living area. It was the perfect place for us to stay overnight to break up our trip back home to SC from Michigan. Very nice neighborhood with plenty of places to grab something to eat nearby. The duplex was well stocked with a coffee bar-creamer-sugar and plenty of thoughtful additions to the usual plates/cups. (Child sized plastic cups-plates-utensils etc.) The bedrooms were good sized for a short stay and the neighborhood was quiet so it was easy to sleep soundly. Lots of thoughtful additions in the home- sound machines in bedrooms, blackout blinds, games for kids in the closet, shampoo-conditioner-body wash-soap provided, granola bars, and little hard candies. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely stay at Dru’s place again!

Comfortable and convenient to downtown!

The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed! This location is convenient to downtown Lexington. The home was very clean and host was helpful and responsive. We will book again for sure!

Perfect for My Stay

Was in town for business. With lots of busyness during the day, this place was perfect for me to return after work. I could cook a little food then take a walk around the Neiborhood that was friendly and safe. Place was quiet in the evening and close to plenty of shops and eating places if that's your thing. Great Horse Show

What a neat and fun place to stay! We loved the lighting, the projector tv, and ALL the horses. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and messaged us a couple times to make everything was going ok. I would recommend this place to all!

Enjoyed our stay

This listing was just as expected; we had everything we needed. Dru was a great host and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. The fun decor delighted my horse-crazy 11 year old. I would recommend this property and would stay again if we visit Lexington again.

Peaceful stay

Our stay was very peaceful even with being close to town! This house is a duplex and you wouldn’t even know there’s a neighbor. Neighborhood is nice, we enjoyed taking walks and looking at the beautiful houses and the Henry Clay estates. We also enjoyed the projector and large screen in the living room, we had a couple of family movie nights!
