The apartment was super clean, everything was as pictured. we thought the place was perfect for what we needed, which was a clean place to stay close to the University. 5 Stars, will stay here again!
Amazing and really pretty location. Downtown and Railbird were both walkable and fun.Hosts have made an incredible use of space. The shower is a bit odd, but if that is my biggest complaint, well I knew that going in. Would totally stay here again. LOVED it!
Loved this apartment-so many nooks and crannies! Very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The bed sheets smelled amazing! The hosts were very helpful answering questions. The neighborhood is very conveniently located.
We stayed here for a concert at Rupp Arena. It was a great location and easy walk. The apt was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!
WE will definitely stay again. Great communication. Perfect location within 5 minutes walking to EVERYTHING! Loved the area and the unit fits perfectly.
Thoroughly enjoyed this artsy little apartment where we could enjoy walking in downtown Lexington. So many nice touches - real plants, art, coffee and snack bars. Hosts were very responsive for another excellent vrbo stay!
Bonus that it was available for a one night stay on our extended road trip.
The property was wonderful, it was clean and perfect place to stay for a concert at Rupp Arena. It was within walking distance. The coffee shop down the street was amazing. The property owners were very kind and welcoming. It was a fun evening with friends and we would definitely stay here again. If your looking for the best Vbro look no further stay here, you will not be disappointed!
The apartment was clean and furnished nicely. We only stayed one night and were able to walk to a few bars/restaurants. Things to note: the staircase to the apartment is steep and narrow, and the beds have extra firm mattresses.
We're both Kentucky natives. Haviland is from Cynthiana, and John is from Lebanon. We rented an apartment in the house for several years and bought it in the summer of 2016 because we found it charming and also knew it would be challenging. It was in a state of disrepair when we bought it, and almost every area in the house had critical issues to address. We spent 18-months doing an intense DIY renovation to make it as inviting and comfortable as we can for our guests. We're still making minor adjustments and improvements almost daily, and it's become more of a passion now than work.
This particular apartment is within a historic house in a residential neighborhood near Downtown Lexington. It is in walking distance to bars and restaurants, and the owners live next door at 321 and are almost always available if-needed.
This home has many unique features, from the gingerbread moulding on the porch, to the hardwood floors inside. We purchased it from a friend who purchased it from a friend. We are constantly working to make it even better. Our favorite space is probably the backyard which is shared with all 3-apartments in the house.
