This luxurious home is ideal for your family getaway! It is conveniently located between Edgartown Village & South Beach, and just steps to the bike path. Recently renovated and outfitted with brand new furnishings, this home features a coastal-inspired palette and top-notch details throughout. This home offers fabulous outdoor space with a large heated pool, private balconies, an expansive deck for outdoor dining & relaxing, and manicured lawns. There is also a pool house which provides additional space to hang out.

Inside one will find luxury accommodations and comfort. The first floor has a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, an adjacent dining area, a newly renovated chef's kitchen, and a spacious primary bedroom + private full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. The second floor has three bedrooms, one of which is an ensuite bedroom with a private balcony. The third floor has a spacious bedroom suite with sitting area & private balcony overviewing the manicured grounds / pool. There is a spacious sixth bedroom over the garage with air condition. The garage has an additional dryer. There is an outdoor shower. Kid's bungalow w/ TV, fridge, games, etc.

Fantastic getaway to a wonderful house

This is the perfect vacation home - it's spacious, updated, and has a great pool. Steve and Craig were super helpful from start to finish. The location is amazing - easy to bike to South Beach and to town. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfection!

Having spent two weeks at 15 Katama Drive I can highly recommend this lovely home for a vacation rental. The house and surrounding grounds including big yard, patio, pool, hot tub etc. are beautifully maintained. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and it is beyond comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect as it is near Edgartown, the bike path and beach and the setting is quiet and peaceful. Homeowner Steve Church is a pleasure to work with and both he and his "right hand man" Craig are always available to take care of any questions or needs that pop up. To sum it up, this place is pretty perfect!

Great Vacation

Great private setting with a nice pool. We were only 4 people, so didn't use a lot of space, but I could imagine it being a little tight with 12+ people. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed and clean. Very nice downstairs master.

Our family of 6 adults and their 5 children have been renting this house each summer since the summer of 2016. . The home is beautifully decorated and the landscaping on this large property, as well as the hot tub and pool, are beautifully maintained.. The property manager and owner are responsive to all our needs and go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable.

Excellent property, location, and management

This was the first time we stayed at this property. The owner Steve is professional, care about his properties, and was very attentive to questions about our trip and ways he could help make it a great experience, which it was. We were a diverse group, including two kids, and the heated pool was a huge plus. The pool crew came out twice during the week, once for the regular check, and a second time to clean up leaves that had fallen after a rainy stormy day. The covered the jacuzzi as well, both times. The location is fantastic, with large beaches nearby, clean air, hardly any traffic on the roads around and virtually none on the secluded street. Well isolated from neighboring properties, we had full privacy. The upper floors have balconies which are fantastic. This is a very large house that never felt crowded and somehow still stays cozy. Outside there are plenty of areas where a group can hang out without taking over the entire space: near the jacuzzi, the fenced off pool, the outside barbecue area, and an intermediate area with additional table and chairs. The property is kept in excellent condition, and the neighboring Edgarton and other small towns are filled with restaurants and seafood stores with incredible and fresh seafood. We would all come to visit again and stay at any of Steve's properties. Thank you, Steve, for the effort and attention and all of your help! Highly recommended!

Exceptionally well maintained home and yard.

This property was better than advertised for my wife, 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. The large property, pool and hot tub were well maintained. The beautifully decorated home was laid out perfectly for our crew. The owner, Steve, and his property manager were extremely attentive to our needs. The close proximity to South Beach and Edgartown added to a wonderful vacation. Grand kids went to a working farm camp 3 blocks away for the AM while the adults played. I would definitely recommend this property. Great food, biking trails and water sports. You can walk or bike everywhere. This will be our 3rd year returning to this property.

This house is a perfect Vineyard rental. It's in a great location - easy to get to Edgartown and South Beach. It's very private and well maintained. Amazing property! Perfect for families!

We just had an amazing vacation at this incredible house!! The owner, Steve, was such a pleasure to work with and was super helpful with the ferries and other arrangements! The pool and jacuzzi are heated and the house was super clean and very well cared for. We never felt like we needed to leave the house if we did not want to. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect family vacation!

Another Great Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our most recent stay. We have rented with Steve before, and always appreciated his professionalism, and how well he mantains his properties. This was the first time that we had stayed at this home, and we found it to be wonderful. We had several children and members of an extended family. This particular house is notable for having multiple "living spaces", such as a playroom near the pool, some beds above the garage, and a few different bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The outdoor shower and hot-tub were both well used. The location is excellent, being close to the beach, and within easy biking/driving distance of Edgartown. We would love to stay there again, and would recommend this home.

Beautiful and relaxing home!

The owner Steve was an absolute pleasure to deal with from booking our vacation, throughout our stay with checking in to see how we were doing via email, and upon arriving back home. Craig the caretaker was prompt with his replies and very cordial and helpful upon arrival on the island. The house was clean, well equipped and had ample space for large families. Convenient location to Katama farm, about a mile away from the beach and close proximity to shops. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all, as well as all the other fun that the house had to offer. I would recommend others to stay at this beautiful home.

A beautiful family home in Martha's Vineyard!

We arrived to celebrate a family wedding on Martha's Vineyard. This home became our home for the week leading up to this momentous occasion. Despite the rainy October weather, it was a joy to sit inside the large high ceiling, sun-filled living room looking out at the lush greenery. Here and at the long communal dining table, our family of 3 couples gathered for meal preparation, dining and sharing our day's experience. The home is very well maintained with washer/dryer, a well stocked kitchen and was found to be impeccably clean upon our arrival. The salt water swimming pool was a relaxing escape. A 15 minute walk to South Beach to explore miles of sandy beaches or a short drive to downtown Edgartown or Morning Glory Farm were an added bonus. We leave with a lifetime of memories and our Katama home away from home is a big part of this never to be forgotten week.

Excellent Experience

My wife and I stayed here in May of 2016. We had a great time with the heated pool, grill and hot tub. The house was clean and well appointed. The location was great, we rented bikes for the week and it was an easy ride to South Beach, and Edgartown is just as close. Working with Steve (the owner) on the lead up was smooth, he was quick to answer questions and checked in to ensure everything was going well while we were out on the Vineyard. There were only two of us staying, but the house could clearly handle large groups, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a house to rent on the Vineyard.

Wonderful house

The house was great - it was huge, clean, and very well stocked with towels, kitchenware, outdoor equipment, etc. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and heat up exceptionally fast. The owner was very responsive to our questions during our stay and very attentive when a repair needed to be done. The location was very convenient to Edgartown and to South Beach and located on a quiet street near the farm - you can hear the animals from the back porch. We had a great and very relaxing vacation here.

2nd HOUSE WE HAVE RENTED FROM THIS HOME OWNER.

This was the second home my husband and I and our dog have rented from the home owner, Steve. We enjoyed this house as well as his other listing on 10 Case Road. We loved the heated pool and the hot tub was a big plus when it was really chilly at night. ( We were there last week, the week of the big east coast storm. This house is also very close to South Beach and Edgartown. The kitchen is very well stocked and we love the fact that Steve provides just about everything you need. Papertowels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc. The caretaker Craig is very nice and if there are any problems he gets them resolved quickly. We would def. rent this house again and would recommend this or any other house Steve owns. He really takes good care of the houses and this makes you feel right at home.

A luxurious and amazing place to vacation!

Our vacation here was amazing!! The house is close to town and a beautiful beach but is private and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the kids loved running around the large yard! Best Family Vacation

I don't know where to start
..this property truly was amazing. We traveled there with our 3 young adult children (16-20) and 3 of their friends. There were 8 of us total and this house had so much room we could spend time together in the lovely family room as well as have plenty of quiet time. It is always hard traveling with teenagers who say "I'm bored". This was the first trip we didn't hear that. The pool was just perfect after a long day on the beach and a game of pool volleyball. The kids had many competitive rounds of ping pong in the garage, badminton in the spacious yard and relaxing nights in the hot tub. We selected this property for the amenities and it didn't disappoint, they were top notch. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of house and pool towels, beach chairs and coolers. The property manager, Craig was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. This was our first time renting from HomeAway and the owner, Steve made us feel extremely comfortable in the process and followed up on every question we had as well as supplying us with information we didn't even realize we would need but came in handy. This was the perfect location, close to the beach and Edgartown in the evenings and wonderful golf. This property had it all and we hope to stay there again. I can't think of anything more we could have asked for

We loved the property and the location.

We loved the location and the amenities. Everyone loved the pool and the jacuzzi. You could ride a bike to the beach or Edgartown. We cooked dinner a few times and enjoyed eating both inside and outside. We had a problem getting the screen door to shut and Eric sent someone over immediately to fix it. The property was clean and well maintained. We would recommend this property. FYI: we had two families of three and one family of two in the house and we were all comfortable. We had two adults in the downstairs master with our daughter in the top floor bedroom. Our friend and her daughter shared a bedroom. My sister had her own room and so did her daughter. Their son slept in the room above the garage.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Our entire family enjoyed every minute! We found the kitchen well stocked and the furnishings very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was a delight for the children (and adults too)! Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely home while on vacation. This home was definitely a home away from home for the week we were there. The owners have done a wonderful job of decorating this home and it shows that a lot of thought went into making sure that guest are comfortable. There were 10 adults in our party and we were able to move around without getting in each others way.
