Maison bien aménagée dans un quartier isolé d'Edgartown. Huit minutes à pied des boutiques du centre-ville et du port. Grande cour, grand patio avec meubles de patio et table à manger extérieure pouvant accueillir 8 ou 10. Quatre chambres, plus salle de télévision / Den a un canapé futon queen size et un nouveau canapé-lit double. 2 salles de bains chacune avec douche et baignoire. Awesome Host, Beautiful Home

So thankful for finding this gem. We stayed here to attend a wedding of a good friend and the host was so nice to allow us to check in early to get ready for the wedding! Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful house, great location

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The location was great, walking distance to downtown, the beach and the grocery store. The check in and checkout process was very easy. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great time. The house was terrific and very well-stocked and it was an easy walk to downtown Edgartown and the grocery store. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for family of teenagers

We found the layout of the home perfect for two families to enjoy. We had our own spaces while the common area is perfect to dine and play games. The location of the home is perfect. It allows teenagers to come and go freely, and adults that aren't comfortable biking the ability to quickly walk into town. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. I would recommend, and will be booking again.

Perfect house for large group

We had a large group of family stay the week. I loved that the house had spacious rooms so that we never felt cramped. There were huge closets and dressers for plenty of storage, tons of towels, well stocked kitchen (equipment & staple) and next time I will know I can pack WAY less because everything has been provided. Nice location off the beaten path and away from the noise and busyness of downtown. Loved this house and can't wait to return. Will miss cocktails on that spacious patio and the bunny who came to say hi every evening.

50 year reunion with great friends

50 years out of high school 8 best Buds decided to reunite. The house was perfect for our get together. Everything we needed and much more for any large family was there. The kitchen was very well appointed with spices and basic ingredients on hand. The patio is a great gathering place and the outdoor shower is terrific. Location is perfect as even old gaffers can leisurely walk to it. I chose to ride one of the many bikes. Paul is a great host and immediately responded to any communication. A true value in the Edgartown area.

Perfect walking-friendly location

Our adult family of 6 was really comfortable in this house, with room to spread out. We rode the bikes provided everywhere—the beaches, the grocery store, and the shops/restaurants. The house is very clean and had a fabulous collection of kitchenware. We enjoyed several grilled meals on the patio. The owners really thought of everything necessary for a pleasurable stay and were incredibly responsive when we had a question about the air conditioner. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to everything Edgartown has to offer and/or is looking for a well-outfitted home.

Wonderful Location! Excellent host!

Paul was amazing to work with while planning for our stay at the orchard. He always made time to promptly respond and communicate with us. It really added an extra level of comfort during this COVID pandemic. The home is a perfect blend of privacy and being close to everything you could need during a stay. Our family had more than enough room to relax and we especially loved hanging on the huge patio. The outdoor shower was a hit as well! We also enjoyed the sound system every morning/evening... especially when sipping mojitos made with fresh mint from Paul’s garden!

Great Home - Wonderful Visit

First, Paul (the owner) is an awesome host! From the time I booked back in January till the day we left last Saturday, Paul was extremely receptive and available for any and all questions and showed true concern for our enjoyment and comfort during our weeklong stay. Too bad I could only give him 5 stars. The pictures, description, list of amenities, location of the house to downtown, shops and restaurants, as well as the history of the house (in the materials provided on the kitchen countertop) are all completely accurate, and some. We really did not need anything additional to add to our comfort from that standpoint. It was perfect for our annual MV summer vacation. Will be making new plans to do it again in summer 2025 very soon!

Beautiful home, amazing location!

First of all, it was as clean as a house you rent can be. I am very particular and this was a wonderful way to start our time on MV - checking into a spotless house :) The location is awesome, my very pregnant sister could waddle to Main st. in under 15min, so we mostly walked everywhere. Stop and Shop is a 2 min drive away. The kitchen really does have everything you might need, zip locks, spices, parchment, every utensil/dish imaginable, and all quality too! We only had to buy coffee and paper towels. The host replies right away if you have an issue, which is all you really need when renting. Perfect vacation in a the perfect location :)

Our memorable long weekend in Martha’s Vineyard

This property is impeccably managed and in a great, quiet and green neighborhood a short walk away from the Edgartown restaurants and shops. We had a family and friends group with 10 people with age ranges from 2 to 75, and we loved staying here and will be likely coming back again in the future. Paul was responsive and helpful before and during our stay and always ready with solutions when we had questions for him. This was our first time on MV and we honestly had low expectations going in. Paul helped guide us on the ferry booking process for the car and some helpful tips on restaurants and parking. The house is super clean, very welcoming and ideal for a short stay close enough but still away from the hordes of tourists over the long summer weekends. I give this a full 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect stay in Edgartown!

Beautiful house and perfect location for our family trip. We had everyone ranging from 75 down to 14 years of age. This was a great location for a stroll into town or over to the Edgartown School to catch the shuttle to the Beach Road Festival in Vineyard Haven. Indoor and outdoor patio common areas to play cards and spend time together as a family. We really enjoyed it. Thank you, Paul!

Fell in love quickly with this spot!

Wow! We went to MV for our first visit for a wedding! Paul's home in Edgartown was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults. The property and home are so beautifully kept! The neighborhood is just 10-15 minute walk to Water Street in downtown ET. Paul was communicative and welcoming via the messages we shared. The outside shower is a wonderful touch and the mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE! The home is also well stocked with any little kitchen item you need plus the comfy sheets and plush towels aplenty! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location for an Edgartown wedding

My cousin recently got married on Martha's Vineyard, and we were looking for a space to house up to 12 of my family members within walking distance to downtown Edgartown. After striking out with a few other locations, we came across this house and booked it quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for -- enough space for us, great outdoor patio seating where we could all hang out, and a 10-15 minute walk from Edgartown so we did not have to rely on cars. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Paul, was extremely responsive and let us check in early and leave late. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and fun vacation

This property has a beautiful patio and outdoor shower. We opted to sit outside several nights and dine under the lights instead of deal with crowds at restaurants. All the beds are high end mattresses and all of the appliances are new. The owner provided lots of helpful information which made our trip go smoothly. The walk to Edgartown is extremely convenient. We had a fun time surfing, paddle boarding, biking, walking and enjoying the beautiful beaches and sights.

Roomy House Edgartown

Nice house 30 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach ... my wife and I walked to the beach each day and back to start our day. Morning Glory Farm was about 1.5 miles. I brought our car ... If you do not bring a car the bus station near Church Street is about 10-12 minute walk.

Great Location in Edgartown

Great house that is an easy walk to most of Edgartown and very convenient for driving to other parts of the island. The owner was super helpful and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed.
