This spacious apartment boasts six bedrooms, expansive living areas for entertaining, and dedicated spaces for recreation, including a small gym and games room on the bottom floor. With a focus on comfort, this property has been thoughtfully styled and designed to create a truly memorable stay. Offering unrivalled proximity to the beach, cafes, parks, and the stunning Whitsunday Islands are all at your finger tips. The Space:
The property is 3 x levels. This expansive apartment is located on the 3+4th floor with the rooftop entertaining area, there is one apartment below this one - (this is is available for holiday rent too making these two apartments perfect for 2 families or a larger group.) This may be tenanted at the same time as your booking so please contact us if you have any questions re this. The ground level is where you will find the home gym and fun hang out area, complete with bar, TV to watch the football and pool table. A few steps up is where this apartment is located. As you enter you will notice the huge space. Winding hallways lead to 6 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and outdoor living area lead into one another and the uninterrupted ocean views are incredible and make your way to the top floor for rooftop BBQs and drinks overlooking the Whitsundays.

Supermarkets, indoor Gym, Liquor Stores and Butchers are only 5 minutes walk or 1 minute in the car.
Getting Around:
There are buses and taxis that service the area.
Car Hire is available from Proserpine airport or Airlie Beach.
Our concierge service can assist with booking your airport transfers and tours around the island.
Other Things to Note:
We do not accept party groups, including school leavers, bucks/hens parties.
