Maximum Occupancy: No unauthorized people are permitted to stay overnight. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 20.
Noise and Nuisance: Tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise and disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm Sunday through Thursday, and 11pm Friday and Saturday. Consideration should always be given to neighboring units.
Parking: Street parking only is permitted.
Garbage, Trash, and Recycling: Guests are responsible for disposing of garbage and recycling in accordance with usual practice. Bins have been provided, and no rubbish is to be littered on the property or deck.
Premises Condition and Cleanliness: Tenants agree to leave the premises clean and tidy upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position. Any damage or disrepair must be reported to the property manager within 12 hours. Tenants are responsible for any repairs or excessive cleaning attributed to their stay.
Keys: At the end of the tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows, turn off lights and air conditioning, and return one key to the lockbox. Lost keys will be replaced at the tenantâs expense.
