Welcome to Carolina Skies, a brand new, high-end luxury town home with plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy the ocean views! From the quartz counter tops to the shiplap walls, everything including the furnishings are brand new! The living room has hardwood floors, a queen size sleeper sofa, additional chairs for seating, and a large 55" flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen/dining area has a large center island with seating for six, plus a 42" round table with four chairs. Our laundry area has a large energy-efficient stackable washer and dryer and added counter space.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, wall mounted Smart TV, and sliders out onto a large ocean facing deck with lounge chairs and breakfast table. The bathroom has a tub/shower with custom tile surround and glass doors. The second bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted Smart TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a wall mounted Smart TV. It also has sliders out onto a deck with spiral stairs leading up to the rooftop patio.

The rooftop is the place to be - over 1,000 sq ft of space with a sectional, chairs and chaise lounges. A speaker with Bluetooth, and a cooler for your cold drinks. Relax and enjoy the warm ocean breeze while having lunch and a cold drink. You'll feel as though you're on top of the world!

The garage fits two cars and a third car can be parked in the driveway. Right next to the building is a private walkway to the beach. This town home is close to the Ocean & Grill & Tiki Bar restaurant, an easy walk on the beach to great fish tacos and cocktails! The Carolina Beach boardwalk area with its restaurants, live music, and summer fireworks is just a short 10-minute walk along the beach.

We provide the bed sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets, and beach towels.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a no smoking, no pets property.

Ideal family vacation property!

This was our home away from home for our annual beach vacation with our son and his family of four. This property was incredible… private two car garage, multiple decks, views of the ocean, easy and well maintained access to the beach, great outdoor shower, comfortable beds, quality supplies (towels, bedding, dishes, beach chairs, and even a garage door remote for our car). We were blown away with the condition and quality of the property and amenities and service provided. Truly felt like a welcomed guest in someone’s home. It did not feel like we were staying in a rental property at all. Huge thank you to the owners and property manager!

May 2024 Stay

Great location with an easy walk out to the beach! Everything was nice, clean and as described. The rooftop was a great additional space to have to sit outside and enjoy. Having beach chairs and towels provided allowed us to pack a little less which was nice. We rental a golf cart and bikes and we were able to fit them along with our car in the garage which was also nice! Would love to come back and stay again!

Awesome Beach House

The property is beautiful. Very tasteful, well stocked, modern and stylish home. The location was great, only about a 45 second walk (on a private walkway) and your toes are in the sand. There are beach/ocean views all over. The home worked great for our family of 9. There were plenty of beach chairs, which were fantastic to have, as well as beach towels. We loved everything about this stay!

June 2023 Stay

We loved our stay at Carolina Skies! Very clean upon arrival and comfortable beds. Modern decor and appliances which all were in great working order. We were surprised and delighted by the abundance of detergents, paper towels, trash bags, cleaners, etc. Not sure if all was provided or left by other guests, but was a big help. The provided beach chairs and beach towels were a big plus! The chairs do have rust forming on them and a couple of towels had rust spots from them, but wasn’t a big deal. We spent our entire days on the beach, and the walks back and forth were short and easy. Other minor comments: *Wish there would have been plastic Tupperware-like storage containers in the kitchen to use. *There seemed to be some forks missing. *Management asks renters to squeegee the shower doors, I suggest you ask renters to use the soap pads to clean the stainless steel cookware. I had to scrub the brown, cooked-on food from the smallest skillet. Overall, great location for the beach, errands and outings. We lov

The location was steps to the beach, walkable to many restaurants, and the views of the beach from the rooftop were incredible. We used the rooftop with nice lounge furniture often and also enjoyed the outdoor speaker which was easy to use. The house was updated nicely and well equipped with everything we needed, and the beach chairs and towels were a nice bonus. Easy to check in and out as well. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect property and location

We enjoyed a long weekend adult ladies trip with friends. Plenty of space for our group of 6. We loved the outdoor spaces on the 2nd level as well as the rooftop. Perfect spot for dinner, drinks, and sunset. Loved the proximity to the beach, just steps away! We cooked in one night, ordered takeout another, and dinner out our last night. We enjoyed lunch at Ocean Beach Tiki Bar, Nikki for takeout Chinese, and Havana’s for dinner out. Thankful for the unit being so well stocked with all the necessities. Very clean, modern, and well decorated. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location!

What a great place to stay and just steps from the beach! The rooftop has amazing views and a great place to just enjoy reading, napping or just watching the tide roll in. The place was very clean and it was really nice to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The ping pong table was fun during one of the rainy days. The beach chairs were handy to have so we didn’t have to rent them. Overall, a very enjoyable time away with our kids and granddaughter!
