Carolina Beach est situé sur la pointe sud de la Caroline du Nord, sur la pittoresque île Pleasure. Cette plage familiale est parfaite pour le surf, la pêche et la collecte de coquillages. Sands V est un complexe de condo en bord de mer à Carolina Beach.

Ce condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bain est parfait pour une famille de huit personnes. Fraîchement rénové pour la saison 2019 avec de nouveaux planchers et plafonds, de nouveaux rideaux, une literie améliorée, des luminaires et des peintures. La chambre principale et le salon se trouvent en bord de mer et mènent aux grands ponts en front de mer, qui sont parfaits pour les repas en plein air et regarder les vagues se dérouler. Profitez d'un plongeon dans la piscine de la rue, ou promenez-vous sur l'océan sur la promenade privée. Il y a un parking pour deux voitures et une zone de cuisson à l'extérieur. . Il est absolument interdit de fumer sur les lieux.

This property is the perfect size for me and my family! The location was great and it was so nice to be able to step onto the balcony and see the ocean view!

We had a poor experience with this property, but Bryant heard our concerns and switched us to another unit. I can't recommend this property, but I can highly recommend this rental agency for their customer service.

The view is stunning and we enjoyed every bit of that . The master bedroom size was big enough for me to put my baby’s pack and play by the side of the bed. However, the kitchen utensils and dishes were dirty. We tried to use the dish washer to wash the dishes and it didn’t clean it well. The pots and pans were old and had peeled coatings in there. The bath tubs and faucets are dated and could do with sone updates as well. There was broken furniture leaning against the wall on the deck that my kids could have fallen off on if we had not seen it. The deck carpet whilst I understand is hard to keep totally clean does not seemed to have been cleaned up in a while and my infant kept picking stuff off it and putting into her mouth. The rug in the living room has a loose strand that kept tripping my 1 year old. I called the management company to let them know of the uncleanliness and they said someone would sent over to clean but no one showed up during the 5 days we were there, the flooring and kitchen cabinets are updated, the beds are also ok and worked well for my family. We love that there was a pool that we saw being cleaned as our kids used the pool alot. In the last condo we stayed in there was an accident in the pool and when we reported it to the management company we never saw anyone come to clean it. Hence we never went back there!

well 2 of the 3 tvs didnt work washer and dryer didnt work and had a pan in oven used and not cleaned but we did clean it floor needed to be sweep but we did it over all ok but not as expected

We liked the location, ocean view is always a plus, was on the 3rd floor. No elevator but was really 4 floors to go up and down. The unit felt old and worn. Very little decoration that feel you were at the beach. Bathrooms could at least be updated with new hardware. Towel racks always falling off. Many outlets not working. No games available in the unit only 2 puzzles, extra blankets would be nice. Washer / dryer unit in unit but not connected to use. A must to have at the beach Should have mirrors in all rooms and closet space in all rooms I feel all this would help with higher ratings for this unit

The location was perfect!! It close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. It was quiet and the beach was right there. The bathrooms were small. I love that there was an exit in every room to the porch or balcony.

The view was everything, but the rest was subpar.

Not having a king size bed and no closet available for the master bedroom on the ocean was a bit disappointing. The view was spectacular. The tubs were stained and there was a pan and bowl soaking from the previous stay sitting on the counter when we arrived. We did live the option of having 3 bedrooms and the top floor was lovely. We didn’t have internet the entire last day but understood the mix up with the owner and the company. I would live to stay her again but sadly the queen master was just too small for my husband and I. Also it took the dryer 3 cycles to dry one load, I had to spend a lot of time on laundry. Fantastic location. Beautiful beach.

Needs updated

The property needs updated. Housekeeping needs to make sure the dishes are actually clean before putting them away and make sure the floors are clear of dirt and sand. Being in a coastal area it would’ve been nice if the wall decor was costal instead of mismatched. Wall hangings on the floor instead of hung up. Mismatched furniture in the bedrooms made it feel like a bachelor pad rather than a vacation home.

Great quick getaway

Loved being right on the beach. Beautiful porch area! Place could use updates in bathrooms and kitchen but overall nice place to stay. Some communication issues between owner and realtor (owner didn’t know about booking and left items in the kitchen that made it appear unkempt but was quickly resolved).

Reviewer Comments: the view is great, very dissatisfied with the stay,general condition the furniture very dirty the condo had a very bad smell the bathrooms where very dirty the beds needs updated mattress in all rooms the rugs are old need new ones in everyroom the kitchen chairs are old need new ones over all i will not be staying here no more the picture are not like the inside. the property management was professional they just work in the office they don't know what these property look like inside so someone really do did to check this out i have never stay in a place like this before i stay in five star places and the pictures fooled me and my family please management check this corner penthouse you will see what we saw!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exquisite condo!

The online pix do not do this condo any justice! Just saying.. it was really beautiful and so comfortable. I was dreading the steps all the way to the 3rd floor (41) but it was so worth it. I would definitely stay there again! Great location, very private, very clean, exquisite!!

Great View/TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT BY BRANT REAL ESTATE

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ocean front view is definitely the selling point for renting this condo. It was pretty dusty with nearly an inch of dust on the return vent and we had seen several roaches inside and out. We also did not have an oven for the entire week. After being told it would be fixed three different times, it never got fixed. Bryant Real Estate would only offer a $100.00 credit for the inconvenience. That barely covers one meal for a family of six. I do not recommend renting thru Bryant Real Estate. Their customers/tenants satisfaction is definitely not a priority to them. Additionally, there are 42 steps from the ground to the font door. Keep that in mind if renting.

Reviewer Comments: First time visitor to Carolina Beach, been vacationing at North Myrtle and Myrtle for 30 plus years, looking for something slower face, more family friendly, less traffic. Carolina Beach is a beautiful beach, loved visiting Britt’s Donuts and Butts and Such multiple times during the week. However, the rental fell short of our expectations for several reasons.1. Parking, only one parking pass per unit, unit accommodated 8 people however only one pass, additional parking available but renter had to pay, seems unfair if you’ve paid to stay the week, seems rental company should have a lot for overflow parking.2. Unit was unclean, need a deep cleaning. Rusty dish drainer in the kitchen, frig and freezer unclean, dirty dishes in cabinets, stained coffee cups, dust flew off ceiling fans when turning them on, shower curtains, discolored and one had mildew on it. Living room furniture was dusty and needs replacing. Based upon our experience, we would not rent this unit in the future, very disappointed. While we understand that you oversee many units, and the service from the agency was superb, we feel as though it is lacking in the overseeing of the cleanliness of the properties, paying almost $4,000 for the week, we were let down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was beachfront which was great for having young children. We had issues with wifi the entire week. Maintenance was called and was able to get one of the TVs working but the other TVs did not work and we had no access to wifi. There was a broken tub plunger for the guest bathroom. And a sink plunger for the kitchen sink definitely would have been helpful in doing the dishes. The cleanliness of the condo could have been better. But overall, we had a great week in a great location. Check in and checkout was very smooth!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I recently stayed in the corner penthouse and it was a wonderful stay. The weather was a little chilly still but sitting out on the deck in the sun was perfect. The views are amazing and the unit was super clean (and I am one to check EVERYTHING for cleanliness). As noted in the description there is no elevator and there are 40+ steps to the condo but we survived that several times a day going out to tour the area. There are lots of areas within a short distance from the condo to eat and for entertainment. There are several grocery stores and general merchandise stores not too far away as well. If we could own a place of our own at the beach this would be the perfect one. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in excellent condition and has a prime location right on a lovely beach. It is near the Carolina Beach business district with easy access to restaurants, grocery, etc. The living room and master bedroom overlook the water, with a balcony with nice deck furniture. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave as well as stove and oven. Linens were provided. We had a very comfortable stay.

Repairs needed

Several issues with the condo including lights not working, curtain rods falling off of walls, washing machine not working, and general disrepair. In need of a deep cleaning and some serious upgrades.
