Beau Condo Oceanfront 3 chambres à distance de marche de la promenade

Plongez dans le merveilleux soleil chaud avec une courte promenade à la plage et s'endormir au son des vagues qui s'écrasent sur le sable. Ce premier étage, 3 chambres condo en bord de mer dort confortablement 10 avec une reine dans la chambre des maîtres, la reine avec un lit gigogne dans la 2ème chambre et une reine dans la 3ème chambre. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon pour fournir un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Réveillez-vous à la vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis le balcon de la chambre principale et profiter du café et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse couverte spacieuse. La promenade est à 5 minutes à pied, à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons.

Great location!

The property is updated and very clean. The location was easy walking distance to the boardwalk area and restaurants. Parking was not an issue for us but if you have a larger vehicle or stay on a busy weekend it might cause some hassle. Overall a nice stay! The manger was extremely quick to respond and help through any questions.

Family Reunion 2025

Great location, nicely decorated, niece rented unit above and nephew unit next door. Kitchen well stocked. Spent time on the beach and the deck. Walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Conveniently located near a very nice Publix.

Comfortable and fun

The condo was a great place to enjoy Carolina Beach. The inside was clean and comfortably decorated, and the balcony was large with a great view of the beach. The beach access was very close and easy to use. Location was just a short walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants/attractions.

Wonderful place to stay!

GREAT condo! Beautifully decorated with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The only thing that doesn’t get 5 stars is the parking but it’s the best that it can be. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!

End of summer beach trip

Great time at this beautiful beach home! Very accommodating and the owner was very easy to contact and responsive to any questions. There was a group of 10 of us and we all enjoyed our stay very much. We never had to drive because everything was within walking distance. Beach front made our time on the beach very nice.

Great Location

Super clean and lots of space for our college aged sons to stay with us. Right on the ocean is a great place to stay to see/hear the waves. Pool was nice. Walking distance to restaurants/boardwalk. Owner extremely responsive.

This was the perfect spot for a last minute escape from reality! The location, the amenities and communication with the owner could not have been better! I am making this a must for out next trip to this area.

I rented this to spend time with family at the beach. Wonderful location. Clean and stocked well. Beds were comfortable. And the best thing was just steps from the beach.

Lovely place. We booked on super short and the owner was very helpful. Clean and super convenient to everything- beach, boardwalk, shopping. Great porch/balcony. Would recommend.

Great time!

We had a great stay on the beach! The condo was clean and well stock. Directions on parking and how to get in was easy to follow. The only thing I would recommend would be tumblers with lids and perhaps a couple beach towels. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful beach rental

Our family had a lovely time at this rental. The rental was very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen (good knives, food storage supplies, good pots and pans). We had such a comfortable stay, it felt like home! The beach was perfect and easy to access. We are already looking forward to a vacation at this rental next year.

Perfect location

This property was exactly what we expected from the pictures. Everything we needed to know was given to us well in advance. The location is perfect for accessing the beach, walking to restaurants and the boardwalk. We will stay here again.

Family Friendly Beachfront

We’ve stayed at this condo several times before and always have a relaxing time. With the extra parking pass, our friends in the area are also able to come hang out and have dinner with us - which makes our stay that much more enjoyable. Love being able to take an early morning walk along the shore - or head out late afternoon and just meditate on the beach.

Perfect family getaway

Great location, good layout condo with beachfront & pool access for families. We had kids (1-6) so worked out great with beach gear & location. Kitchen was fully stocked so that was great to prepare meals. Similar to other reviews, parking is a little tricky & tight but we managed nicely with our neighbors. We loved the main balcony but had slight issue with 3rd level neighbors spitting peanuts shells down onto 2nd & 1st level street side balcony (beyond host control). The use of the stick vacuum after meal times & trips back from beach was great since we’re no shoes in the house type of family. Host was great communicator!

An awesome week with family!

The communication with Angie and Steven was great. They responded quickly when answering my questions. The property was very nice. Parking was a little confusing but if you work with your neighbors it can work without much effort. The pool was an asset to our stay. Very clean and well cared for. The beach was just over the dunes and was well maintained, Fireworks are once a week and can be seen from the beach if you don't want to walk to the Boardwalk. Perfect week at Carolina Beach!
