Very welcoming place. Liked its location next to a creek. We were able to view wildlife next to the condo. Except a weak wifi signal at times, everything was great. We could come back again at this place.
This rental was precisely what we were in need of and advertised very accurately. We had an issue at check in of our own doing, but the rental company was quick to respond and assist us. We enjoyed our stay.
It was an easy walk to the shuttle stop (and when returning we skied back to the condo since it was slightly down hill). The property manager (Vacasa) was very attentive and helpful. I recommend this for convenience and service.
Small studio condo, pricey for the size but if youâre out all day itâs not so bad. Coffee pot works and the water is hot. The main bed was comfy, there is a futon laid flat in the closet area. Location to the mountain is great.
Shuttle picks you up from the street or you can drive to one of the free lots. Clean rental. Some of the information needs to be updated (no lock box for key, you enter code on door key - also they warn you about construction that took place summer of 2021), but was exactly what we were looking for.
Les points faibles : Communication et emplacement
Photos are accurate and it is small
didn't love this place. very small, tired and odd layout. it is on the bottom floor and we heard the upstairs folks a lot. it is at the very end of a section of condos (Hill Condos) so walking even to the bus stop wasn't really something I wanted to do in Ski boots.
This is an unethical company trying to suppress my review.
It took 6-7 reviews where this unethical company tried to suppress my review thinking I would give up.
The property was ok, but the total cost was more than 2x what was advertised. On top of the base daily charge there were line items like Additional charges, tax, tax and tax, with no explanation what each is for. These guys have become greedy and are the opposite of transparent, they must be getting ready to fold soon . Time to go back to hotels.
- 3 nights base charge just south of a dozen scores dollars
- Additional charges 89% of base charge for 3 nights
Booking 20% of base charge for 3 nights
Cleaning 70% of base charge for 3 nights
Service Fee 26% of base charge for 3 nights
Tax 23% of base charge for 3 nights
Tax 15% of base charge for 3 nights
Tax 7.5% of base charge for 3 nights
Total - 250% extra over the base charge.
This is a 5 star location. Easy access to Big Sky skiing and activities. We did have a little trouble with check in and had to call for assistance. We also had to call for sheets for the futon. After those hiccups, we enjoyed the stay and the location so close to the Resort.
Location was fantastic. We were about a 5 minute walk away from a shuttle stop that took us to basecamp, so it was really convenient to stay here for skiing. Bed was a comfy queen (they must've upgraded it since previous reviews haha). There is also a futon in a separate small room that you could also sleep on. The kitchen was reasonably stocked, we cooked a few meals without problems. Comfy and clean place.
Great little condo on the first floor and you can back right up to the door to unload. The condo was clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was a hot pad for the oven and a strainer for pasta etc. (we made due just fine).
We loved our stay at this condo in Big Sky! It is extremely clean, cozy, and the perfect size for three people. Check in was very easy with the lock box located right outside the condo. The condo had everything we needed-plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, antibacterial hand soap. We didn't use the kitchen because we wanted to try the restaurants in the area, but the kitchen has everything you would need if you chose to make meals in the condo. It really is the perfect place you need if traveling with three or less people in Big Sky. I shopped around before reserving, and it was the most reasonable priced lodging I could find in Big Sky.
Got there and the first thing we noticed was the screen door was broke and it would always fling open when there was a breeze and it acts like it doesn't want to lock either. Then saw the bed and was bummed when I laid on it and it was as stiff as a board, granted it moves up and down but it doesn't help any when your my age and have scoliosis.. same thing with the small bed when I swapped with my daughter, the couch was dented in. The shower door didn't close all the way. The fridge had froze all of our food and drinks. The best part was mainly the location and being able to have internet for my daughter to do her school work really. I was disappointed with the price I paid for the beds to be as hard as they were and there's not a general office area to really go and talk to anyone about stuff like getting a different room or services you have to call all around to everyone and play phone tag to find out stuff. The staff was nice when you did speak with them.
The place was just as we expected and finding it was easy. After settling in we were puzzled by the bed and later found out it was an adjustable air bed. One side was a little lopsided but it slept ok. The next morning found out that the shower would not stay closed and noticed that the magnet strip on the door side was missing. I found some painter's tape and used it to hold the door shut during each shower. Those are the only two things we found wrong and we would stay there again if we return to Big Sky. Good memories.
