À propos de cet hébergement

Notre objectif est de fournir à nos clients une expérience enrichissante dans un lieu de choix. Situé à Narrows, notre condo se trouve à 13 kilomètres seulement au sud de Clearwater et à 40 kilomètres de l’aéroport international de Tampa. Le Fiddler on the Beach se trouve à quelques minutes de route de toutes les principales attractions de la Floride, notamment: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Bush Gardens, l’Aquarium de Floride, Clearwater Marine Science Center - le musée Dali et le Musée d'art Raymond James

Notre petit complexe de 34 unités a 300 pieds de plage de sable blanc, beaucoup de places de stationnement et un gestionnaire de vue. Vous ne voulez pas conduire? Il suffit de sauter sur le chariot! Le chariot de la ville vous emmènera sur Gulf Blvd. Clearwater à St. Pete Beach.

Nous louons régulièrement du samedi au samedi, mais les jours de rotation sont flexibles hors saison. Les prix indiqués sont sujets à changement sans préavis.

Hosts were very kind, but the property is outdated and in need of cleaning

While the hosts were gracious enough to approve our vacation dates being outside of their normal booking timeframe, the condo was incredibly outdated and had only cable tv/Internet. I've also never stayed anywhere without a keypad lock or key card, so having a physical key that we had to mail back was one more thing we had to keep up with (host did provide a stamp, but return envelope was torn upon receipt). There was also quite a bit of hair in one bathroom (floor and shower) and mold/mildew on the shower curtain in the other. The view, however, was unmatched and we had direct access to the beautiful beach.

Our family’s first time at Indians Rocks Beach, we will be back! The condo was clean, matching the description and pictures when we booked it. We had great communication with the owner, making the check in/out process easy. Overall, it was a great place to stay with an amazing view and family friendly!

Great location on the beach.

The location is great. The beds are VERY firm. There were people smoking all around which made it difficult to enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. The smoke just wafted into our space. The condo could really use some updating and even decluttering. I didn't realize that the bathroom upstairs was a jack & jill. It was very awkward since it was my parents, me and my 2 boys all sharing 1 bathroom upstairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

Beautiful View

We absolutely loved the view and how close the beach was. The property had everything we needed for the beach and just everyday necessities. The unit could use some updating but was still comfortable. The only thing we wished it had was a washer/dryer in the unit for convenience but there is coin laundry down by the office. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Beverly!

Everything you need

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo had everything we needed, beach chairs, cooler, towels, and an umbrella that twists into the sand, places to hang wet items on the patio, plenty of space. It was the perfect distance from the little town area, we walked to dinner nightly and stayed at the beach/pool all day. The decor was classic beach style with comfy couches and enough drawers and tables to fully unpack and feel at home. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We would love to rent this condo again, it was wonderful! If you choose to stay here take care of everything for those that stay next.

Breathtaking view

This condo faces the beach with a view that is so stunning it's startling. The balcony is at a perfect angle to feel like you're actually sitting on the beach but sheltered from wind and sun (sun hits later in the day). The condo has everything you'd need. The master bedroom bed is super comfy. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Good shower pressure. The pool is fab and heated. I mean seriously heated. I didn't have to scream at all when I jumped in. Some have noted there is no onsite washing machine/dryer but it's easy and close to use the laundry room on the ground floor. And if that's the only price you pay for this location (not just the beach front but walking distance to all kinds of restaurants) it's a no-brainer. We want to stay here again next year.

Beautiful area, great complex, not so great communication with the owner

The condo was clean & roomy, & the view was superb! The down side was that while we were out to dinner mid-week, the hot water heater burst, flooding the downstairs level of the condo. The on site property manager was FANTASTIC. He was there within 10 minutes of our call. I messaged the property owner to let her know of the situation, and did not receive a response until the next day. The manager moved us to a condo right down the hall & allowed us to stay there for the remainder of our visit, while the other unit was repaired The new condo was perfect. I realize that the owner had no control over what happened, but she never asked if any of our things were damaged, she never apologized for the inconvenience, and certainly never offered any discount. I had already contacted her on Saturday morning (I forgot the key to the condo that she had mailed to me, TOTALLY my fault) and did not realize it until we were almost 4 hours into our 11 hour drive. I sent a message through VRBO, texted the # listed, AND I left a voicemail. I was anxious to hear back, as I didn't know if there was another option to get in. I waited a bit, then called again. She informed me that she was on a river cruise in Oregon and it was 5am there. I apologized, explained that I had no way to know that, and she said the property office had a key and I should contact them. She was rude. I feel that she was rude and uncaring about HER property and the experience that we had.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, directly on the beach condo. Perfect location with walking distance to good restaurants. My husband loved the large pool. We would definitely come back next year, maybe for a longer time.

A Nice Stay

We had a great week in Indian Rock! We loved the view! We liked being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. The beach area is beautiful. It was nice just walking out the door and setting up on the beach. Our accommodations were good. Could use a little updating, but very clean and well kept.

Good location and facilites

Located at the narrow part of Indian rocks so you don’t get beachgoers from other units. Facility is very good and clean. Parking was easy with traditional lot parking. No triing to squeeze under the building. Only drawback was no in room washer/drier. I would definitely stay again

Ceiling Leaks

This would have been a wonderful vacation if not for the constant ceiling leaks. Informed prior to arrival there had been a leak but it was fixed and ceiling needed to dry before being painted. No big deal being informed the leak was fixed. Arrived on a Saturday evening and initially loved it before stepping on wet carpet when trying to enter the master bedroom. Realized Sunday that the ceiling was leaking when we walked by underneath. It did not leak constantly but some every day until Thursday. They had to call in roofers at least 2 different times during our stay.. The maintenance man for the building was great; constantly busy every day working on the entire property from the pool, grounds, maintenance, etc... so I'm not upset with him. We had to put a bowl on the carpet (and empty it) to catch the dingy water and avoid knocking it over being it was in the pathway to enter the bedroom. Turned out there was another ceiling leak in the 2nd bedroom that we had not noticed initially because nobody used that room. Only noticed being bathroom is between both bedrooms; I had exited through the 2nd bedroom one day only to have dingy water once again drop on my head and my blouse (this had already happened prior to both my husband and I with the other leak). The maintenance man put a trash can and towel in the 2nd bedroom to catch the water dripping through that ceiling. You could tell these appeared to be older leaks from the damage to the ceilings. We do not know if it leaked on Friday as we were not in the unit most of the day and we left early on Saturday. We would NEVER have booked this unit had we known these issues existed because that's a lot of money to pay out having to constantly deal with these issues, especially having to take additional showers and changing clothes after just getting ready minutes before. We tried to be very understanding initially because we know things happen but it was very frustrating to deal with as the days went by. Wrote the homeowner requesting she call me on the phone. She only emailed back saying "problem has been reported to the association and action has been taken. The roofer has made a semi- temporary repair that appears to be holding and a larger repair on a section of the flat roof has been scheduled." I wrote her that I have pics and video I could send her of the damage but she appears uninterested in those. Too much money for the aggravation. Stayed there Aug. 14 -21st of 2021.
