Bienvenue Ă  Indian Rocks Beach! Bienvenue Ă  Hamilton House!

Indian Rocks Beach est une famille orientée pittoresque ville balnéaire. Il couvre une période d'environ 2. 7 miles de beauté incomparable le long de la cÎte du golfe. Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances ... un mélange parfait de l'isolement et de l'aventure! Il existe de nombreux types d'activités pour tous les ùges puissent en profiter. Il y a des sports nautiques illimitées pour essayer le long de la plage, qui se trouve à seulement quelques pas de nos portes d'ascenseur. Kolb Park est situé dans la rue pour les petits à jouer si elles veulent une pause de la plage et la piscine. Un skate park est là aussi bien pour les plus grands de montrer leur savoir-faire. Un mélange éclectique de délicieux restaurants sont dispersés le long du boulevard du Golfe pour votre plaisir. Vie nocturne et l'action se trouvent à quelques minutes à Clearwater et Saint-Pétersbourg Plages. Orlando et tous ses parcs à thÚme sont à environ 90 minutes. Busch Gardens est à environ 40 minutes. Et à la fin de la journée, vous pouvez blottir revenir à la tranquillité de Hamilton House.

Notre condo a été récemment rénové avec des comptoirs en granit, de belles armoires de cuisine, d'énormes portes coulissantes en verre à 3 panneaux et bien plus encore! C'est un confortable 2 chambres (lit Queen dans chaque chambre), 2 salles de bains avec une vue partielle sur la plage. Il dispose également d'une salle à manger et lave-linge et sÚche-linge. Le service de télévision par cùble est fourni dans le salon et la chambre principale. La deuxiÚme chambre a une télévision, mais pas de service par cùble, alors apportez votre équipement de diffusion TV préféré.

Ce condo a une atmosphÚre de vacances parfaite avec aucun des sensation commerciale. Il est le paradis ... Venez séjourner au paradis ...

Loved the location. The Gulf is in the backyard of this Condo. The quaint Cafe's and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Loved the climate of this part of Indian Rocks Beach.

So close to the Beach

We were so amazed at how close this was to the beach and it had beach chairs and everything you need to Cook. So clean! The managers were so friendly and responded very quick. Check in and check out was seamless. I will definitely be going back! We had a blast!

Great location in IRB!!

We really enjoyed ourselves staying in this condo! We had everything that we needed. The beach was amazing and the location was awesome. We wanted to out off Clearwater, but not too far. We also wanted to be able to walk to restaurants, so we could eat and drink without a DD! The only downer, which we knew going in and booked anyways, was that the balcony does not face the ocean and faces a driveway. We just went and sat on the beach which was perfect for us! Thanks Tony

Amazing Experience

Tony was so helpful throughout the renting process. The condo was squeaky clean and beautifully furnished for our stay. The bed was SO COMFY, and you can’t say that for a lot of rental places. Even though the weather was bad for a couple of days, we had the best time. We had a problem with parking the last day (someone parked in our spot), and he had it handled within hours. Would definitely recommend Tony and this condo to anyone looking!

Great location

The room itself was very nicely remodeled, clean with basic cooking utensils, coffeemaker, toaster and beach items. This location, with some great restaurants in walking distance, was perfect for us. The two balconies were roomy with a partial view of ocean as stated. I would have liked a couple of extra kitchen trash bags there, but we managed just fine. The elevator was older but worked fine. No landscaping to speak of, but that didnt matter to us as the rate was very fair. All in all it was a great and affordable place to stay.

Pros and Cons

The location was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool! So close to the beach! First, night we went out to dinner and returned to the condo to a locked door. We were not give the code to get in the lobby, just our condo. Tried to contact property manager and we’re to told contact on site manager or call a locksmith đŸ€š. There was no on-site manager that we knew about so, luckily, someone was walking out to his car and told us the code. We were thankful after waiting outside for one and a half hours. There were not enough blankets and/throws. Floors were gritty, I felt like I had to clean my feet before getting into bed. Toilet paper was too thin; McDonald’s had thicker!😆

My wife and I booked this condo for a week. Upon entering it was dark and dreary. We went to open the curtains and found they were cheap panels that really didn’t fit the windows. After walking around in my white sneaker socks they were charcoal grey from the dirty floors. The bathroom mats had not been washed between guests, and the kitchen sponge was disgusting. We called hotels to see about availability, but could only get one starting Friday. At that point I called the owner and told him about the condition of the condo and said we were leaving. He responded with he was sorry and said he would get right on listing it for the weekend. That did not happen. Our vacation was not we hoped it would be! This condo is 3 d’s........dark, dreary, and dirty!!!!

Extremely Disappointing

We had rented this condo for 2 weeks. From July 24th to August 7th. We arrived extremely late, around 1am (9 hours after check-in). I advised the owner a few days before that our flight would be coming in late so if they needed extra time to clean or do anything in the condo they would have the time to do so. When we arrived the whole place was dirty. Bed sheets had stains all over them, sand/dirt everywhere, pee stains on the bathroom floor and toilet seat, and the air filter was disgusting. The bottoms of our feet were black after only spending 30 minutes in the condo. I have small children that crawl on the floor. We decided that even though we were tired from traveling our best option was to find a hotel to stay in. I took pictures of the condo as proof and reached out to the owner and VRBO. Thankfully our money was refunded and we were able to find another place to stay for the 2 weeks. I appreciate the owner cooperation and I hope he has found another cleaning company that will actually clean the condo.

Comfortable Indian Rocks Beach Rental

Owner was very helpful in letting us know that we could get in a bit early. Loved the ease of getting to the beach. Liked the location near restaurants and out of the busiest area. Very clean and very nice layout. We would like to rent in the future.

We loved the location and had perfect weather. For some reason the humidity level was extremely high and made everything feel damp. A dehumidifier would help make this location more comfortable I would also recommend upgrading the silverware so that there are enough pieces to last a day. We really loved the location and these few additions would make this place so much better.

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend staying here. This Is the best experience we’ve had getting a place in this area and would love to stay there again. It was walking distance to delicious restaurants and the beach and the pool were perfect for our family. The place was very clean and filled with amazing amenities.

Amazing place to stay!

This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet and family friendly, amazing location to a ton of really good places to eat (restaurants, cafes, ice cream shop, and delis). Having the room on the first floor was amazing bc we didn’t have to worry about waiting for the elevator or going up a bunch of stairs. The owners were also really sweet and quick to respond to any questions we had here. Do yourself a favor and book this condo
and have a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Perfect condo for 4!

When our usual condo was unavailable I had to start looking elsewhere! I was a little nervous to make a change in location but this condo did not disappoint! It was the perfect size for our family of 4! It met all our needs, we didn’t cook or use the kitchen much but I appreciated the ice maker that gave us the perfect sized ice for our drinks to take to the beach! They had beach toys for the kids and we brought a Roku for their room which worked out perfectly! The beach location was great and we’ve already started looking for our next opportunity to come back and stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and how close the property was to various restaurants. Beach access was far enough away from the Public Beach Access so there was plenty of room to spread out at the beach. Property was clean and well maintained. Only issue was elevators went out 3 days in a row but management was quick to resolve each day. The pool was a little crowded at times but we stayed on the beach most of the time so it was not an issue for us. Unit was clean and as advertised. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings and listening to the live music from Chicago Jax while watching the Sunset.

Unfortunately there are only a few positives - location, elevator, nice big balcony (although side view of gulf), VRBO site was easy for payments and retrieving condo info. Easy to find the building and access to everything was simple. There were a few supplies provided like paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap. It was fine if all you are looking for is a place to rest your head. However there are Negatives that need to be addressed: Bed sheets and Mattress cover was not washed from previous guest, we had to wash them on day one. Bathrooms were dirty, especially the toilets. we had to clean them on day one. Dishes in cabinets were limited and some put away dirty. Could not get dishwasher to work, so hand washed all dishes. Bed in master is a queen and very uncomfortable. No Counter space in ensuite. Very low water pressure. Couch extremely uncomfortable and dirty- needs to be cleaned or replaced. The condo needs a complete refresh from new cabinets and paint, to the furniture and kitchen essentials. Could have used a better toaster, a kettle, more glasses. We paid more than we would have wanted to, but we liked the area from past visits and went ahead and booked it. However, we were a bit disappointed considering the price. In the same building a guest complained to us that the condo he booked was quite dirty as well. This condo has so much potential, but needs some TLC.
