The view was incredible! Plus out the door and steps to the beach. Check in was simple kitchen was well stocked with appliances dishes etc. as well as having beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Bathroom was clean and had a nice big shower. The balcony had a perfect view of the beach and sunsets with a nice table and chairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The beach location was awesome and very easy to walk to And we even enjoyed the music from Crabby Bill’s from across the street. We could listen to it right off of the deck. The Trolley made traveling so much less stressful. And it is so cheap!The only thing I would have wished for an elevator! We are in our sixties and seventies and sometimes it is not easy to climb stairs especially when I pack too much! But that is certainly not the owners fault. I don’t think anyone would expect an elevator with a building that only has two floors. It gave us the opportunity to get our exercise in!

Doesn't get any better than having a place within 50 yards of the Gulf beaches! Easy instructions to get in condo upon arriving. Condo very clean. Great view of the Gulf and sunsets from our deck! Easy check out upon ending our condo reservation. Only bad thing was the door handle was sticking, but that was easily taken care of.

Beautiful on the beach location. Better than pictured with easy peasy check in.We arrived after dark, so a really good clue for location is the gravel parking lot. Really just a hint for anyone who arrives after dark.Enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a beautiful view of the ocean right outside your room window. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and the room was nice and very short walk to the beach and even seen dolphins in the water from the balcony view.

This place is at a great location! Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop/bakery. There is also a CVS within walking distance for any kind of need or emergency. The place is clean but could be better. The vent in the bathroom needs a desperate deep cleaning as well as dishes and pans could use an upgrade. One downfall while on our visit was the wifi was out. That didn’t really bother us but we were asked to meet with the Wi-Fi company between a certain time frame so they can come fix it. I know this is out of their control but the company didn’t show up until the top of the hour and my husband had to wait in the room a total of 3 hours while on vacation. They had to rewire everything and took about an extra hour. So that took away from his time on the beach with us. Overall it’s a great place to stay within a certain budget but also being close to everything and right on the beach!

Wow. With all due respect this is very harsh for your one complaint. Just a fyi. A score like this can devastate an owner trying to serve people. This unit does not deserve this review. I’d suggest Educate yourself on how to leave a fair review before you mess up someone else’s review score.

Amazing view, amazing location! We really enjoyed this place! Loved being able to walk to several restaurants. The beach is right there which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again. We did use one of the free ticket offers which I thought was very cool!
