À propos de cet hébergement

Une propriété privée de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement sur le golfe du Mexique en Floride. Unités est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour. Porte d'entrée face à l'est et la voie navigable intercostale, l'arrière porte coulissante sur un balcon face à la plage et le golfe du Mexique.

Depuis le balcon, vous affichez la plage et magnifique golfe du Mexique. La piscine est entourée par beaucoup de chaises longues, tables, parasols et alimentées au gaz grilles de barbecue pour un barbecue. La piscine a également une grande vue sur la plage et de l'eau.

Si vous ne voulez pas louer une voiture ou conduire autour hop sur le "Chariot". Le chariot vous amène vers le haut et vers le bas Gulf Blvd. de Saint- Pete Beach à Clearwater Beach.

Aussi, vous pouvez marcher à la ville de Indian Rocks Beach où il ya de nombreux endroits à visiter. À distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants, bars, salons de crème glacée, CVS et location de plage magasins.

Une fois à la copropriété profiter de tous les conforts de la maison. Le condo a été récemment redécoré en 2015. Sentez-vous libre pour voir la galerie de photos. Nous avons un service de télévision par câble et internet haute vitesse sans fil. Tout est prévu pour votre séjour avec des serviettes de plage et chaises de plage.

Le Fiddler on the Beach est à une courte distance de nombreuses attractions de la Floride tels que: Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Sea Word, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Musée Dali, Cypress Gardens, Cheval / Course de chiens, location et location de bateaux, location de vélo, paddle board, location parc aquatique, des restaurants gastronomiques.

Spring Break

Everything was wonderful for our families stay with 3 young children. Plenty of beach gear provided and the pool was an added bonus. Location is excellent for a quick walk into town for meals or the store. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and condo

The condo was in great shape with lots of room for five of us. The kitchen supplies allowed us to cook at the condo when we were not enjoying one of the nearby restaurants. The pool and property were in excellent shape and very clean.The location is perfect. The trolley stops outside the building and can get you to Clearwater, St. Pete's or anywhere in between.The beach is beautiful and not as crowded as other areas.I highly recommend this condo.

Great Time

Had another great stay at this Condo, as it's third time we've been there. Host kept contact regarding any possible issues regarding the cleanup from the Hurricane and she always gives all of the needed details prior to staying. The condo was clean and plenty provided to assist in our stay. Thank you

Beatiful location with a wonderful beach area

The location was as discribed. Bars and restaurants close (by car). Beautiful beach area right in front of the condominium. Great big pool. We would stay in that fiddler condominium complex propably again, but not in this Apartment ! No curtains on the Windows! One room is so bright as a big light outside is shining the whole night into the room. After first night without sleep we contacted the owner about this. Her answer was, that she is aware of this and therefore she uses a sleeping mask and we just should hang up sheets. We did so, but even with 4 sheets on the windows the room was still bright and my little daughter had a hard time. What child would weare a sleeping mask!? Besides it was very loud in that room, like having the dryer switched on next to you, We are used to air conditionings- but not like this. What shocked us most, however was the condition of both mattrasses and the reply of the owner after she was informed. We have never seen so disgusting mattrasses- Full of dark yellow stains. How can you even consider letting someone sleep on that! We did not get an appology, the owner just claimed the cleaning staff to be responsible for that. The fiddler condominium has it own Website with plenty of other appartments! during night that we even with Shorts! On the Windows you coulf hajsrdly Dörrpflaume,?

Perfect stay for family

This was a fantastic stay, and value. The rental had some essentials, and some beach gear. The property grounds were well kept, clean, and had nice new weber grills. The heated pool in addition to being ON THE BEACH, cannot be better. The water when we went in August was 90F!!!!!!! Never understood how warm the gulf side gets. Definitely will be top of list when i return to the area, my family had a blast.

Feels like home

Everything was as described! Great view! Short walk to the beach & pool was nice!!! Everything you could need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Beach gear & beach towels. This was our second visit to Indian Rocks for a staycation & we love it! Thank you for a great stay we will be back! 🏖️🐚

Literally steps from the beach, with no streets to cross. Condo complex has a very nice pool as well. My family and I would stay here again.

Great Stay

Property was as shown in the listing. Property managers were great. They even offered an ice pack for my wifes sprained ankle. Only criticism would be on the coffee maker and toaster. A programmable coffee maker and better toaster would be nice.

Very close to everything in Indian Rocks Beach! We were able to walk to most restaurants. Beach is very accessible without walking through much sand. Grounds were kept very clean

Great getaway

Great location.Was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach. Close to restaurants within walking distant and just a short ride to grocery stores. Beautiful beach. Nice having two full baths. The upstairs one is like a Jack n Jill. We made it work . We will go back again.

Front row seat

We really did have a front row seat on everything "ocean" which is what we wanted. Windows open at night, letting the surf put us to sleep, refreshing walks on the beach, even though it was too cold to go in, and a heated pool to ease the pain. The condo was spotless and had EVERYTHING. VERY PEACEFUL AND CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING. We'll be back.

Gorgeous views and quiet beach

Pros: The view from the balcony is great, many beautiful sunsets. The condo is located in a spot where you can walk to get ice cream, coffee and a good selection of restaurants. Our kids loved the heated pool especially on the cooler days. They have a great selection of beach toys and chairs. Cons: It's an older building, you can hear everything outside through the patio doors. We had a couple of nights with loud neighbors on their balcony, but plugged in a fan to drown them out. The master bed mattress might need to be flipped or replaced it had pretty big dips in it, but the couch pullout is comfy. Overall great trip and would rent this place again.

Another Nice Stay

Our second time in 3 yrs at this condo. Setting up our stay was easy and painless. All of the basics you need were provided again, and then some. It was just as nice as it was the last time! The unit was very clean and the location is exceptional. The owner provides all of the info you need prior to the stay, and it's detailed info. One thing I'll note is that we watched a crew installing new hill like sand dunes along most of this beach area. The plants will need to grow yet. From what I understand this is preventative action in response to Hurricane Idalia from earlier in the year. So just know the view will look a bit different from what it was. Thanks for another great stay!

Simply awesome!!

We truly had an amazing stay here! The décor within the condo is so tasteful and well appointed. We really felt at home because it was so pleasant, relaxing and peaceful! The owner provided so many supplies, and other than a small amount of food and snacks we bought, we had everything we needed within the condo, as well as for the beach, even including chairs and umbrellas (for the beach and rain)! The owner always responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had no issues. We are tech addicts, and had no problems with connectivity throughout the property. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico during the day, as well as seeing the sunsets in the evening. The restaurant recommendations provided were spot on, and we had dinner at many of the restaurants included in the notebook, which also contained other useful information. We want to especially recognize Cheryl, the manager in the office. She is very nice, and treated us very well. She is a real asset and made us feel comfortable here. Luke also does an amazing job keeping the pool and the other exterior features in excellent condition. We highly recommend staying here! You will not regret it!

Wonderful condo excellent location

We had a lovely vacation. This condo had everything to make our stay at the beach a comfortable experience. And the location can’t get any better. We walked to all the restaurants, bars, even the ice cream store. But the best part was the beautiful sunsets every evening. We will definitely be back. We have such a wonderful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from our balcony but also from the entire first floor of the condo. The beach is quiet and always a wonderful breeze. We are also walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
