À propos de cet hébergement

Il s’agit d’un fabuleux condo en bord de plage qui fait partie d’un petit complexe de 7 unités situé devant le golfe. Condo est au premier étage, mais un vol en haut car il y a un garage de stationnement en dessous. Idéal pour des vacances en famille et entre amis!

Le complexe comprend une piscine chauffée en bord de mer, un jeu de palets et un bar tiki avec des chaises longues pour profiter de la vue sur la plage et de magnifiques couchers de soleil! La suite parentale a une salle de bain complète et tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre comprend de nouveaux lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités de la maison! Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size et d'un fauteuil avec un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 42 pouces avec lecteur DVD.

Une fois que vous arrivez sur votre place de parking, vous pouvez littéralement laisser votre voiture, de même que vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à de nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques! Venez profiter des meilleurs couchers de soleil que vous verrez dans toute la Floride!

Great location....needs a little attention

Very nice condo. Just needs a deep clean. Tiles in main bathroom needs serious scrubbing. Looks like cleaners just do a minimal amount of cleaning. Found a few dishes that were questionable to whether they were washed or not. Also, my husbands feet were black on the bottom from the floors...so they are not cleaned every time. Ceiling fan was quite dirty. Overall, it was a good stay.

Amazing!

We had such a great stay at Debbie's place. It was exactly as advertised, literally steps from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. There are excellent restaurants right across the street and I was expecting to see more damage in the area from the hurricanes but the property looks great and the area seems to be back to normal. We will definitely be back! Debbie was so acommodating and welcoming. Our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything!

Great stay!

What a great spot to stay at IRB! Debbie was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was clean and was appropriately equipped for a family stay at the beach. We didn't get to utilize the pool, but it looked well maintained. The small cabanas by the pool were great to sit at for a meal to each with a great view of the beach, especially in the evening when the temperature is cooler. It was convenient to many of the local restaurants and shops as well. My only negative review is the washer--maybe need to have major cleaning of it as it looked like there was mold by the door.

Exactly as pictured!

We chose this rental due to its location of being on the oceanside of Gulf Blvd. Upon entering, the unit was spotless. I also believe the apliances and countertops had been upgraded after the photos in the description were made. They are really nice! Be careful if you have a larger SUV or truck. It is somewhat difficult to pull in and back out of the spot. It is a very tight fit. We were also very close to eating places such as Guilty by Sea, Slyce pizza, and Crabby Bills. All were great! The ocean is only a VERY short walk ( maybe 50 steps). My only complaint was the noise in the king bedroom from the streer and the upstairs unit above us. We could hear every dootstep and chair being dragged. This is beyond the owners control, but just thought it should be known if this is important to you. We would definitely stay here again.

Little slice paradise

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The location is central to restaurants and shopping, we only had to drive to get the grocery store. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night. The pool is a perfect temperature, and the beach is steps away. Additionally, Debbie, the owner of the condo is such a pleasure to work with. She is responsive and kind and truly wants her guests to have the best vacation. We will be back, thank you for another magical time.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. This was our second trip to Indian Rocks Beach and we love it here. The house was as listed in the description. Perfect for our family. Close to local restaurants and shopping places. Our favorite place to eat in IRB is Crabby Bills. We were within walking distance to the restaurant even with carrying the infant. Property was clean and well maintained. There is a repair on the ceiling in the living room area that does not look as though it is complete yet. Just needs some primer and paint to finish it out. We only used the washer and dryer once due to the lint filter in the dryer not fitting properly. Our clothing was getting caught on the corner of it and it actually broke a strap on one of our items, so after that we decided to just wait until we got home to finish up. Other people had left reviews of loud music; however we only heard this one night from the neighbors and they were very respectful of the quiet nighttime hours so we had no issues with this. The pool was perfect and also well maintained. We all enjoyed swimming in it.

Indian Rocks

This place was awesome, located right on the beach. The beach was quiet and not too busy which was really nice. We visited Clearwater during this trip and wow what a difference in the amount of people. If you like a laid back place and chill, this one’s for you definitely!!

Amazing Location on Indian Rocks Beach

We had a great time staying at the condo. You are a stones throw from the beach and near a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops. The location could not be better for Indian Rocks and the condo itself is set up great and looks like the pictures. Just a few things to note - the front room with the king bed/master you can hear the traffic from the road. I am sensitive to sound but we were able to drown out the noise with an extra fan that was in the closet.The pool is used by the entire complex which when we were there was a mix of retirees, a group of couples and families. Not anything at all an issue but just something to be aware of. Also the pool stays in the shade until around noon which was nice. We will definitely be coming back!

Wolf Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family vacation. Excellent location!!! Restaurants, shops and a CVS across the street. Beautiful beach just steps from the pool.

Big disappointment!

There was no view of the beach. We were looking at the back side of another condo. The steps were very steep. My husband had a hip replacement and he was having a hard time. The floor in the living room had something sticky on it when I cleaned it up the floors had not been cleaned. The Venetian blinds were going in different directions. The people that were in the condo in front of us could see right into our living room. The cushions on the living room furniture were all worn out. There was a roach in the guest bathroom tub and mold around the tube. The master bathroom shower had mold around the bottom.

Paradise♥️

The weather cooperated very nicely. We were able to go to many of the restaurants and entertainment just by walking. John's pass is a fun place to go shopping, eating and of course people watching. Our dog enjoyed herself too. We took her with us many times. The area is very dog friendly. The pool and grounds are kept up nicely too. Just wish we had an ocean view. The host Debbie is the best , friendly and available when needed. She is very easy to talk to. We will be back for years to come.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and right on the beach, with a cute little pool! We could walk to several places for cocktails and meals! Was able to bring our 2 dogs with us and loved that almost everywhere was dog friendly. Debbie the owner was a dream to work with a responded immediately! Loved the fact that she had everything we needed including chairs and beach towels! I would highly recommend staying here and we would do so again without hesitation!

Schönes Condo, direkt am Strand

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Condo. Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Check-in war problemlos. Reichlich Handtücher und Strandtücher vorhanden. Der tolle Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Liegen und Sonnenschirme, sogar eine Kühltasche für den Strand. Danke Debbie, für die tollen Tipps zu den Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.

3 days. Was just a little disappointed that the walk to the pool and beach included a walk through the parking garage past the dumpster. No view whatsoever from the condo and stairs are a bit of a killer.

Location is everything

Many restaurants and stores are in walking distance. At times it felt like we were the only people there. The condo was very spacious, updated and clean. Will be staying here again.

Too noisy!

Too much noise! We couldn’t even sleep in the front bedroom between the street noise and the booming thumping sound of the drums being played next door at the surf shop. They were playing them on and off day or night. It was very disturbing.
