Welcome home to Searenity Sands, a private, relaxing and intimate condominium rental on the beautiful sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico and located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach Florida. Come on in and slip your bare feet in the calming sands or take dip in the gentle waves lapping at the shore. We welcome you to our getaway, where we go out of the way to provide an exceptional experience for your family and guests by paying attention to the little things that make your stay extra special. Great Family Vacation

Once a year we all get together and do a beach vacation . Our stay was great . Steps away from the beach was my favorite.. but the fast response of the owner when I had a question was top notch !!!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Working with Christy was fantastic, the condo was well stocked for beach activities and cooking and relaxing. The beach was close, the pool was perfect, and walking around town gave us lots of options for food and shopping. Thank you Christy for everything...we can't wait to spend our time in IRB again!

Amazing place to stay!

Steps away from the beach!!! The beaches were not busy or crowded, plus a private pool we loved. Very clean comfortable condo that has everything you need! Love that the hosts offered beach gear, and games to play when you needed out of the sun for a little bit. The condo is in walking distance to food and places to shop. The hosts were absolutely amazing responded within minutes and very helpful! My family and I can’t wait to come back and visit again

Great location in Indian Rocks!

We had a great time at Christy’s condo in Indian Rocks. She was extremely communicative throughout the booking and check in process. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed during the stay, including beach chairs and pool towels. My only con is that the pool wasn’t actually heated, but that didn’t stop my toddler from enjoying it, ha! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for families!

The proximity and ease of walking to the beach and nearby restaurants was fantastic. The property itself was very nice (spacious, comfy beds, heated pool) and the property owner was just a phone call/text away!

Great vacation property

Very clean and comfortable! The quick walk to the beach is amazing. It's really the perfect spot. The owner is very responsive to any needs or questions which makes the whole experience that much nicer. I'd go back in a heart beat.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. They have everything you need for the beach, towels, sand toys, beach bag, cooler, chairs, and an umbrella. The walk to the beach was easy. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo was beautiful...very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was the perfect place to spend our vacation. Christy was amazing to work with. She was very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to stay there again next year!

IRB was amazing!

This place was FANTASTIC! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The condo was as described and had everything needed for a beach vacation. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and its a short drive to Clearwater and other areas. Our daughters had a blast as well. I would highly recommend and cant wait to visit again.

Awesome condo on beach with pool

We stayed for the month of February, and it was fantastic. The condo has a pool, steps to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach and condo

This beach is family friendly and much calmer than the surrounding beaches. The condo is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with great cooking ware and utensils, the beds were very comfortable. Those were the most two important things to me and I was not disappointed! The hosts were very easy to contact and we didn’t have any issues at all. The neighborhood is great and the condo was perfect!

Fabulous vacation

We had a great time. The pool was great. Most of the time we were the only ones in the pool. Beach was close to the pool, not crowded. It was a great week and we will definitely book again next year.

Perfect GetAway to GET AWAY

This was my 1st stay at a Vrbo on the Gulf coast. When I say 1st impressions mean a lot, this 1st impression MEANT a lot! The condo was as described and more! The extras that were included (Beach gear, beach towels, toiletries,spices, etc.) were a real convenience. Christy is the epitome of super host. During my stay my friend and I were hanging in the garage area and all of a sudden I heard my name! It was Christy and she recongnized her beach tote I was carrying. She came over to us and introduced herself and husband. They are great people and so friendly and accommodating. They bent over backwards to fulfill our needs. I will definitely re-book with her and look forward to a new friendship that will last a good long time! You will not be disappointed.

A great property with a great location

We had a great month at Searentity Sands. The unit is modern, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. You can see the beach from the unit. Bars, restaurants, shops and the beach are all within a short walk. Christy and Adam are great hosts. Hope to be back next year!

LOVED! Can’t wait to come back!

Communication was amazing from the start and getting in was a breeze! We loved we could walk to so many places feeling involved but so nice to head back to condo and get a break of it all. The pool was empty just about every time we went and the beach wasn’t too crowded the whole week! Although, we did bring our own beach toys, tent and such - they had so many beach accessories to use as well as towels. Loved the washer and dryer was right there! We can’t wait to book another stay here!

A perfect week

The condo was easy to access, parking right by elevator and numeric key pad for entry. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you would need. Plenty of towels, blankets beach supplies and kitchen fully stocked. We loved the short walk to the beach and pool. We love IRB area and this condo was in the perfect spot! Christy was very helpful and had a bottle of wine waiting for us. We will stay here again!! Thank you!
