Great Beachfront Option Near Seaside

Gorgeous newer home with high-end furniture, large outdoor area with pool/spa and ample seating, and awesome beach-front Gulf views. Loved the massive open-concept kitchen/living area that could easily accommodate everyone in our 9-person group at the same time (with room to spare). The outdoor area was likewise designed to accommodate large groups so that everyone could gather, chat, and enjoy the view. Really appreciated the quality and comfort of the outdoor furniture, which is one area we've seen other beach-front properties fall short. There was really no reason to leave the house, but Seaside was a short stroll away. Location and proximity to grocery stores etc. was ideal. One of the best properties we've ever rented. Expensive but worth it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is just incredible. The view the moment you walk in the door is breathtaking. Location was perfect for us. We flew into Panama City, rented a car, drove 45 minutes to the home. We never needed a golf cart because the core area of Seaside is a 15 minute nice stroll down the street or the beach. We had a little chillier weather so the heated pool was excellent. The beach area is not as crowded as other areas which was really nice. The management company was prompt and responsive. Highly recommend.

Beach Getaway

The house floor plan was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children-ages 5 to 9. The patio and ocean view off the back of the house was private, functional and very beautiful. Location to Seaside and Water Color was really convenient.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part it was good. Great location, beautiful home. When we had an issue with wifi it was addressed quickly. My complaint is, when we booked the home one of the perks was the pool and hot tub. I have a bad back and use a hot tub every day to help with the stiffness. Upon arrival, the hot tub would not work. I text our property manager on Monday the 19th to let her know. She responded on Monday at 3:56 that the maintenance team would be there the next morning to "get the spa going". She actually came by on Tuesday and thought she had addressed the issue relating to the wifi issue. No success. She came back my the next day to drop off a new blender and grill starter and I told her it was still not working. She said the pool people would be there the next day to fix. She text me on Wednesday that the they would be there to fix. No one showed up. I then got a text that said, I am sorry that we don't offer heating in the summer. Really poor communication and service. When you pay that much money to stay at a home, you would expect everything to work. Unfortunately, that experience kind of ruined the otherwise great week for me. Ms. Hamilton talks about her commitment to excellence, attention to detail and dedication to living well as her hallmark for success. I did not come away with that feeling. This was the second time we have used E30a. Just not the service I expected!

Beware!!! Savage Fickle, Childish and Cowardly Owner

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great. We had 12-14 people (sleeps 14) during our stay but rotated some family halfway. Because of this, we probably had one family during the day hanging with us. We like it so we booked again. Owner says his/her neighbor calls and said we had "too many" people. We are all families with little kids. No parties, no drugs and def not more than 16 people. We left the place as we found it, cleaned up everything and zero damage was done to the houes. Yet without a discussion, decided we can't stay again. This owner is a coward and all reviewing this house should know that staying is here is like walking on egg shells because someone is lurking to look for a reason to complain. Again, we had no damage, no noise, no mess and def didn't overoccupy the houes. I don't believe the home owner should rent this house to anyone if their guidelines are unreasonable.

This house is amazing, perfect location. Very clean and all the bedrooms are spacious. Loved how there was a laundry room on both floors! Will definitely stay here again. The view is amazing. The kitchen had all of the necessities. If I had to come up with one suggestion it would be to get an air fryer. We brought ours from home bc we use ours everyday and wasn’t sure if there would be one. This was no big deal to us since we brought ours. Love love love this house!

We are repeat clients (4 stays) and love the home, location, management company and overall experience of Seaside Serenity. We own a luxury mountain resort rental and I know how important is us to us to have everything in working order for our guests along with a well supplied kitchen, super clean house, nice linens and furnishings, responsive management team and a great location. Seaside Serenity has all of this! It is always booked so you have to book pretty far out in order to get a reservation but it is worth the wait!

Amazing Family Vacation

The house was absolutely amazing. Beautiful views, perfect beach access, plenty of room for everyone and house was spectacular and clean. The two masters worked perfect for the two families traveling and all of the kids were able to space out between the bunk room and other rooms. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub the entire stay. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful Beach Side Home

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The location is perfect if your goal is to be close to Seaside. The beds were very comfortable and view was wonderful. We had 11 people staying and there was room to spare. Would highly recommend this property!

Return visit to Seaside Serenity

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 7 months ago as a large family group and just returned from a summer visit to this home. Plenty of space, great location, perfect beach area, lots of room to spread out and have 2-3 families stating together. We had a few minor problems. The hot tub does not seem to heat up unless someone overrides the control for the heater. Management was quick to respond and address the issue. The BBQ grill should probably be replaced due to corrosion and it had to be taken apart to light it every time...not very safe or convenient to do that each time we used it. Biggest issue was that the upstairs king bedroom bath shower would not get hot water after 4 minutes of use. Every single time it was used it would stop producing hot water at the 4-5 min mark. All the other showers or tubs had plenty of hot water. So the guests in that room just had to use other people's showers to avoid bathing cold every day. All houses will have issues and the ones they could fix and address quickly were taken care of. Great management company! We love this house and will return again!
