Bienvenue dans notre nouvelle résidence du Gulf Front, au 408 Blue Mountain! Les visiteurs à la recherche du luxe moderne en plein cœur du 30A, à Blue Mountain Beach, adoreront les vues époustouflantes, l’accès privé à la plage, la grande piscine privée et la cuisine extérieure offrant de nombreux espaces pour se divertir. Cette maison claire et spacieuse avec deux balcons donnant sur la plage profite pleinement de la façade de la plage, conçue de telle sorte que la plupart des chambres offrent une vue spectaculaire. De la décoration côtière aux espaces extérieurs étonnants, cette maison ne manquera pas d'impressionner. Détendez-vous simplement et regardez le soleil se coucher sur le golfe du Mexique sur le porche du deuxième étage ou plongez dans la piscine privée qui surplombe les plages de sable blanc immaculées de la côte d'Émeraude.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. We had a couple of hiccups with the Direct TV but the property manager was on top of it each time. Great response time every time. The home and area was beautiful and we would go again tomorrow if we could.

Upscale Beach House, top-notch experience

We spent a week at 408 Blue Mountain, with six adults, two kids (6/9). This is a top-notch, ultra-luxurious beach house. Two kitchens, one on each floor. Loved having a 2nd kitchen on the upper floor. Bedrooms were nice and roomy, the kids loved their bunkrooms. Plenty of room for all. The outside/deck is nice, we ate out there several times. It is beachfront, a 30 second walk and you're on the sand. Yes, the beach can get crowded, but never to the point it bothered us. It's a big beach, and even with a lot of people, it never felt packed. The property manager is Royal Destinations, and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. And it was. Can not recommend this house enough.

Great house and location

This house is fantastic in terms of the amenities, the location, and the space. There are multiple laundry rooms, multiple kitchens, a commercial sized ice maker, and tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and beach towels. There were a few hiccups though - the elevator didn't work, the downstairs AC was clogged (and was fixed the first night we were there), and almost none of the door handles to go outside to the beach worked. However, the house was very enjoyable and we were given a gift card to a local restaurant for our inconvenience.

The house is simply perfect in every way. It was spacious, furnished/decorated beautifully, had comfortable beds and had a wonderful kitchen complete with everything you need. We enjoyed Blue Mountain Beach area and definitely hope to return next summer! The Blue Mountain Bakery and the Blue Mountain Ice Cream shop were within walking distance and both are GREAT! Working with Royal Destinations was a pleasure!

Incredible Home with a Spectacular View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently rented Casa Baker for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We have been coming to the Destin and 30A area for 35 years, and to help us celebrate this momentous occasion we were looking for a rental above and beyond any we have ever seen or stayed in previously. After booking this home 18 months prior, and having looked forward to this vacation for so long, including through our patriarchs cancer treatment and the Covid-19 epidemic that shut down the Gulf Coast and nearly forced us to cancel, this house and its location on 30A did not disappoint.We knew the location well, having stayed in a home on Blue Mountain Road previously. The views are incredible, but they are even better when relaxing on Casa Baker's patio overlooking the pool, or on its balcony on a swing bed.This home is well designed for both entertaining and spending time with family in the living areas, and for quiet at night. Our group of 11 had plenty of space, and everything we needed was included in the well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated having 2 refrigerators, 3 ovens and a great grill area to be able to cook every night. We had guests for dinner to help us celebrate and had plenty of room for everyone. At night, the kids had plenty of space in the bunk area. We also appreciated having the upstairs kitchen, a second laundry room and extra bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. This house has it all.It is also great for kids, with the convenient beach access and a good neighborhood to ride the bikes that were included. Our kids rode the bikes to the nearby ice cream shop every night.Our only critique was the property management service. We had an issue with our contract that was resolved to our satisfaction.I would highly recommend this home to any family coming to the 30A area, and we hope to stay again soon. Thank you to Mrs. Baker for the thoughtful design of the home, and for making it available to us for what was an u
