Wonderful for a large family. Easily accessible to the beach. Felt very safe with the pool gate and the small children.Anytime we needed something, someone came right over.The only complaint was the refrigerator in the main house didn’t keep things very cold. When we arrived, the pool had not been cleaned, but was cleaned the next day.Overall, amazingly location and home for our family!!

Ocean front is always a win! We had a toddler and infant with us and it was a huge help being close to the water for all the back and forth we did. We checked in the Monday after Hurricane Isaias hit on Friday. Seagrove was one of the last areas in 30A to get power back. Some of the property's vendors/amenities- beach service and pool cleaning- were smaller/newer outfits and slower to get back in action compared to neighbor properties. It would have been nice if Royal Destinations/host had been a little more proactive in navigating those services instead of putting on us to figure out since they are amenities and costs included with the rental. Highly recommend the property for location, and that most rooms had king beds. Kitchen was fully equipped. The main refrigerator didn't get super cold, but we used the ample mini-fridges for anything sensitive- dairy/ meat. Would loved to have had a bathtub somewhere in the house for child bathing, but sink worked for baby and made the downstairs master work for the toddler. It's nearby to Goatfeathers Fish market, and had donuts/coffee/ Pecan Jacks Ice Cream within easy biking too. Loved being near Cafe Thirty A for dining out too!

Sandy Boardwalk exceeded every expectation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely perfect for our large family vacation. The location couldn’t be better-right on the beach with a private boardwalk that made getting to the sugar white sand effortless. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids . They also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the game room. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. Exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week. Being only a 15 minute bike ride to Seaside was an added bonus. Royal Destinations were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. If you are looking for the ideal beach front house for a large family group Sandy Boardwalk is hard to beat. Highly recommend!!

Our yearly family week at the beach was amazing…… weather didn’t cooperate but thankful for the game room and pool!

We finally found someone that was able to gives the correct code. it was another renter. We used the out gate more. The coffee pot was not working.

The property location was great. First night we found roaches in the primary bathroom….. wasn’t a first great impression. The layout is weird. The house needs some TLC. The beach was perfect and the beach service included made going to the beach easy. The dishwasher leaked during our stay, I reported it and was told immediately that someone would come out to fix….. no one showed up. For the money we spent on renting this property I think we’d look at other options. Would not stay again ….. it’s pretty beat up.

Family of 20 under one roof

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beach home for a family get away with plenitude of bedrooms and private bathrooms. Our crew ranged in age from we grandparents down to a 2 year old. the Beach is private enough to not be overcrowded. The home has most amenities needed, with a little wear and tear evident. Property management was on the ball whenever we required a repair or answer. Never used the grill, and it looked pretty worn, but probably workable.

Great Location, Responsive Manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took the whole family to Sandy Boardwalk for a week, and we had the best time. You can't beat the location, and we spent a lot of time on the porches looking out at the ocean. A hidden gem of this house were the benches along the boardwalk going down to the beach!There were a few things we needed to contact the management company about (codes changing, pool cleaning, wifi troubles, etc.) but the management team was super responsive and helpful and were there within a few minutes of me calling each time. Also, something to note is that the twin bedroom is a loft-style bedroom apart from the other two bedrooms upstairs (different sets of stairs take you to the different places). That was fun for our group, so wanted to share that!

Great Beach Location!

This property has a great location right on the beach with restaurants and shopping just a walk or bike ride away. One of the king-sized beds upstairs needs a box spring or more slats under the mattress. There was also one bedroom right off the kitchen that had a door that could not be locked. We did have an issue with a toilet paper holder being broken. I was able to easily reach someone who scheduled a repair person to fix it the next day. Overall, a great beach vacation even though the weather was chilly and rainy.
