This exceptional retreat boasts a prime location, just steps away from private beach access at Odessa Pavilion, a short walk to the West Side Pool, and a quick stroll to the vibrant downtown area of Seaside. Designed to blend comfort and charm, this spacious home accommodates up to 12 guests and features breathtaking Gulf views from its private balcony, making it the perfect escape for families or groups looking for an unforgettable coastal getaway.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a spacious front deck, offering a warm and inviting first impression. Inside, the first floor opens to a central foyer and media area, thoughtfully designed with a cozy sofa, two club chairs, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a stereo soundbar—creating the perfect space to relax or enjoy a movie night. This floor houses four well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. Two king suites on the ocean-facing side of the home provide comfort and convenience, with one offering grab bars in the bathroom for added accessibility. At the front of the house, two twin bedrooms each feature ensuite baths with a combination tub and shower, making them an excellent choice for both children and adults.
The second floor is the heart of the home, showcasing a bright and open living area filled with natural light and stunning Gulf views. The living room, with its high ceilings and mounted flat-screen TV, is ideal for gathering with loved ones. Adjacent to the living space, a card table is perfect for game nights, while the dining area comfortably seats eight, creating a welcoming space for family meals.
