Cottage enchanté à côté du campus KSU

Le Sunset Cottage est une maison Tudor anglaise datant des années 1930 entièrement rénovée. Il s'agit de la première location de vacances de Manhattan à côté du campus K-State. Niché dans le quartier convoité de Thackrey, juste à l'ouest du KSU Alumni Centre, Sunset Cottage offre tout le confort et le charme d'être à proximité du campus, avec toute l'intimité d'être sur le bord d'un quartier pittoresque et non-location. Que vous recherchiez un emplacement avec un accès facile à pied à KSU, ou un emplacement central avec un accès pratique à Manhattan, il n'y a pas d'autre location de vacances en ville qui offre la combinaison des commodités, l'histoire et l'emplacement Sunset Cottage.

Kansas State University Trip

Made a trip with my daughter to K state to confirm that would be her home the next four years. The cottage was part of making this experience so special. We are so excited to come back and stay here when we can over the next four years - though it will be tough because the cottage is always booked since the location and accommodations are just perfect!

It just keeps getting better, every time!

This is our second time staying in the cottage for family events. We live out of state but our family lives in the area. It feels like our home away from home. Each visit to the cottage leaves us with such wonderful memories! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Sunset cottage is more than a cottage!

Welcomed home our two helicopter pilots from deployment in Eastern Europe. Perfect place to decompress and reunite with family. Host was very accommodating with changes to our reservation. Home stocked with many amenities that made our stay a wonderful and welcoming gathering place. Would definitely choose this home to return to. Thank you for such gracious and generous hospitality!

The jewel of MHK

If you are looking for a great place to base a multiple household family get together with your family at KSU, this is it. Walking distance to everything and the attention to detail of the property from the owners is top shelf! Loved this house on my run route growing up and the owners have done the place justice and then some.

Graduation 2023

We rented this incredible cottage with friends to celebrate our sons’ KSU graduations. This was the perfect space to entertain a group of friends for a home cooked dinner before finishing the night in Aggieville. We’ll definitely rent again. Thank you Beck and family for a wonderful offering!

Spectacular!

Pictures don't do this home justice. Sunset Cottage is better than expected... blew us away! We will never be able to stay in another short term rental without comparing it to the perfection of Sunset Cottage. It has impeccable amenities and offers the most comfortable stay. We were in town for a family wedding at Prairiewood Retreat and were able to host a brunch for 25 people at Sunset Cottage without any restrictions. Everyone was in awe of the home and remarked about how beautiful it was. The lighting, the furniture, the beautiful kitchen, the premier bedding and linens... it was perfection! Rebecca was so kind, informative and professional. I highly recommend Sunset Cottage for anyone looking for a high end stay in MHK!

Cozy and comfortable cottage near KSU

We loved everything about Sunset cottage. The space worked well for entertaining and socializing. It is impeccably decorated and everything you might need is supplied and high quality: plenty of towels, kitchenware, toiletries, etc. I will definitely stay at sunset cottage again.

Perfect get away!

I have stayed here before with a girlfriend and our kids and we fell in love with the charm and coziness of the place. We brought our husbands with us this time and ditched the kids. The guys were impressed! It is exactly as described and better! We will definitely be back. The owner is easy to reach and takes pride in giving you the best experience. 5 stars easy!

Family and Football Reunion

We had a wonderful time at the Sunset Cottage. The house is beautiful, wonderful decor with a super layout. The beds were comfortable , the bathrooms were beautiful, stocked with all necessities- and the house had everything we needed. We spent the weekend with our 4 adult children, celebrating Dad’s 70th birthday by attending the K-State alumni football reunion weekend. Your home was the perfect spot for us to gather, rest and relax with cocktails by the outdoor fire pit. Thanks for sharing your beautiful getaway

We fell in love with the Flint Hills tallgrass prairie when we each came to Manhattan to attend Kansas State University. Now, some 25 years after graduating, we have made the Flint Hills our home. Together with our three children, we enjoy the charm of Manhattan living, K-State sports, and the great outdoors of this special place.
