This unique luxury condo is situated across from Bill Snyder Family Stadium giving you the ultimate game day experience. Stadium Place D is within walking distance of Bramlage Coliseum and Tointon Family Stadium. This location gives you easy access to everything Manhattan has to offer.

The condo is located on the corner of College and Kimball with stunning views of Bill Snyder Stadium. The unit has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as 2 full bathrooms. During the warmer months you can enjoy the pool with grilling stations. The complex offers a playground, small fitness room, laundry facility, and 2-in-1 washer dryer in the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property as a family of 5. The location was perfect. It was quiet and clean. It was the great home base for three days in Manhattan. The owner was very responsive.

Perfect place for family. Very clean and up to date. Great location. Only minutes from everything. Only down side is the Beds are more on the harder side, the pillows were perfect, fluffy and comfortable. Would stay again.

Accommodating Well Decorated Space

Comfortable, roomy, clean and perfect for our family of 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Near the stadium, you can’t go wrong with this place, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Place to Stay in MHK

Stayed at this lovely condo with four other moms for Mom’s Weekend and it was the perfect place for us! The condo was so clean and well equipped. The check-in process was smooth and the owner was super responsive to my messages (even when I clearly hadn’t checked the cabinets well enough and asked a silly question). I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Manhattan!

Stadium Place

Superb location for access to KSU. It’s also handy to Meadowlark where my parents live. It was perfect for 3 adult couples and 2 young children who enjoyed the play area and the pool.

Pre-surgery Stay

We were coming into town for a quick stay before a surgery. This place was PERFECT. Easy check in, check out. Great nights rest before being at the surgical center bright and early the next day. HIGHLY recommend this property!

Place was clean and decorated cute! Wish there had been a mirror in each of the bedrooms, and the beds were very hard, but there was plenty of space and 2 nice full bathrooms. The washing machine was convenient, but really loud. Would stay again!

2 night stay for a K-State football game

Great location, easy to walk to the stadium. Condo very clean and nicely decorated. We were accommodated with extra parking lot tags which we appreciated. Beds were rock hard though and we slept miserable. Truly never slept on anything so hard and we have a firm mattress at home. Mattress toppers would do wonders.

Wedding Dress Shopping

Perfect size, very clean, cute decor, comfy beds and soft towels. Went wedding dress shopping with my daughters, future mom-in-law and sister-in-law, plus 2 1yr old babies. Very baby/kid friendly with no steps or real safety concerns. Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool, but it looked fun. You can see the Wildcat Stadium from the front door, can walk there in a matter of minutes, would love to come back for a game! Amazing location! The management team was very helpful and attentive.
