Tybee Beach Club 136 est un condo de 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain situé au milieu de l’île sur Tybee Island, et est un excellent choix pour les escapades en couple! Profitez de l’une des meilleures vues de ce bâtiment en fonction de votre emplacement au dernier étage. Le condo est très spacieux pour une chambre à coucher à plus de 950 pieds carrés, vous aurez donc beaucoup d’espace pour vous détendre et profiter de votre séjour.

La cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur le salon et offre un joli bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Vous apprécierez le salon lumineux et spacieux doté d'un canapé-lit Queen Sleeper pour tous vos invités et d'un coin repas pour quatre. Les portes coulissantes en verre mènent à un balcon privé où vous pourrez profiter de la brise de l'océan et de l'atmosphère semblable à celle d'un parc des parties communes de la destination de condos la plus populaire de l'île. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et la salle de bain principale adjacente offre à ses clients une baignoire à jets et une énorme douche à l'italienne qui ne manquera pas de vous aider à passer une longue journée à la plage.

Ce condo est situé au troisième ��tage du bâtiment Tybee Beach Club du complexe Beachside Colony Resort et comprend l’accès aux trois piscines, deux places de garage couvertes (non attribuées), un accès à la plage et un restaurant sur place, The Deck. Le bâtiment a accès par ascenseur. Vous serez situé juste en face du parc Memorial, avec une aire de jeux, des terrains de volley-ball, des terrains de basket-ball, des courts de tennis, la bibliothèque et le YMCA.

Beachside Colony offre une chaleur de piscine entre octobre et mars. La chaleur de la piscine est disponible dans une seule piscine et est chauffée en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de la mécanique et n'est pas une commodité garantie.

Beautiful view; relaxing stay.

Have already booked again for May. Convenient parking and walking distance to elevator and condo.Full view of beach and over looking pool. Spacious and comfortable condo. Restaurant and bar on property… highly recommend this unit.

Nice room, great ocean views

We were pleased with the room, loved the view of the ocean and pool and found the place to be clean and accommodating. Pool closes at 6 in the off season which seems a little early since there’s no lifeguard. Would be nice to see a few more staples in the room such as coffee filters, detergent, ample amount of dish soap etc. Would stay here again

Great location

We have stayed at Beachside Colony for many years and it never disappoints. This is the first time in this unit. It met all expectations. Clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet! Suggestions for improvement include adding a dresser or bureau so guests can store clothing that doesn't need hanging, as well as a suitcase rack. Could also use more amenity products like tissues and shampoo.

Great Location & friendly for mobility limited guests

Location, location, location! We LOVED it. This property has the pool and beach access that made for an amazing stay! The house itself was comfortable and I had booked it for elderly parents with mobility limits (low vision, limited walking ability & wheeled walker use), and the house was well set up for them to move easily. The elevator access was so invaluable for them to get from condo to pool/beach and back. We also took advantage of the FREE service from the city of Tybee with their Beach-ABLE program that provided a balloon-wheeled wheelchair for beach access. The staff who helped us get access to it were flexible with timing and so friendly. Last thoughts on the condo... they appreciated the use of washer and dryer, but, the kitchen is not really set up for much beyond basic use is what they found (but not "real" involved cooking) . In short, they had a great stay, and would stay again when we wanted to splurge on a beach stay!

Look elsewhere!

First of all, the property is nothing like the online photos. The pull-out couch bed was disgusting and dirty. The mattress has old springs and they are just about coming through. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling above the shower. The refrigerator must have been cleaned and wiped down with a rag that had hair on it as there was hair throughout the refrigerator. We spent a lot of money for three nights and it did not meet the level of what was being charged.

Very roomy, clean property. Nicely presented. Great view. Too bad the neighbors smoked. Liked the restaurant on site. Good access to beach. Fun to watch the ships go by!

Long weekend in fall on beautiful Tybee .

The property was exactly as shown in photos and as represented in listing. The view of the Atlantic was incredible —seeing the big ships and watching the sunrise from the covered deck was so beautiful. The swimming pools were pretty and everything was clean. The location is also perfect on Tybee. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed on hand . It is a pretty drive into Savannah as we drove in there a couple of times . Everyone was very easy to work with and we had a great time !

Beautiful!

I was definitely impressed with the cleanliness of our condo and the property as a whole! The condo is a great size, bigger than pictures look! Easy check in and check out. It’s great having food and drinks connected to the pool. The Deck restaurant is also one of the only beach view places to eat on Tybee so very convenient.

Nice!

Easy check-in. Condo was ready early which was a nice surprise. Good location on the 3rd floor. Sliding door to balcony is a bear to open and close. Toiletries, kitchen towels, etc. provided were the bare minimum. My cleanliness standards are insane, so 4 stars for that. Also, turn on ice maker as soon as you get there. For delivery, try Pizza on Wheels!

Tybee Time

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo. This was our first time in Tybee, and it was the best vacation experience! Walking distance to the beach was great, restaurant on site at the complex, and two pools! Although this is only a one bedroom, one bathroom, the unit is very spacious! Had all the utensils and kitchenware we needed, as well. Would have preferred extra linens being provided for the pullout in the living room, but we got it figured out. Would most definitely book here again! :)

Nice property, but frustrating problem with shower safety

This property is in a great complex. The photos are accurate and the view is spectacular. However, we had a problem with the shower that was not resolved to our satisfaction and our experience with the property management company, Tybee Vacation Rentals (TVR) was frustrating. I used the shower the first night and the built-in shower seat fell off the wall. My arm was bruised as I broke my fall. I immediately reported the incident to the property management company. The next day their maintenance person removed the seat from the shower floor, placed it in the cabinet under the sink, and said the shower was fine to use. I spoke to the property management representative and explained that I felt unsafe using a shower that had no grab bar or anything to hold onto. I asked to be moved to another unit in the complex. The answer was no. On our own, we found another property in the complex that was available. However, TVR would not refund our money so that we could take that option. I asked to escalate my concern to the property owner. The answer was no. I asked if they could provide a shower chair for safety. The answer was no. In the end, the only reason we stayed was because we sourced our own shower chair. In full transparency, we were comped for the first night's stay and received some gift cards for local restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately, the safety concern with the shower negatively impacted our vacation experience.

Favorite Island Spot!

Came to Savannah for a concert on Thursday. Arrived to property 35 minutes ahead of 4pm and was excited to get in, settled and off to dinner before the concert. TVR has a strict 4pm arrival and would not allow us early entry even though the unit was ready - had not been occupied the day before. Called ahead and was told it was not ready. We were so disappointed to not be allowed in until the text came at 4:20. Don't arrive early. The location is phenomenal and the unit is perfect - it was our second stay in 136 and have had multiple stays on the property. There is no place to put your clothes away so bring hangers and just plan to dress from your suitcase - it's not a big issue just be aware. The updated pools and overall grounds of Beach Colony is fantastic. The beach was wonderful for this early spring weekend. Even with the spring break weekend they managed the property professionally and respectfully for all guests - young and "older" :) Can't wait until our next visit - until the Tybee will be calling us!
