Cet élégant condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bains est tout simplement un chez-soi loin de chez vous. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size luxueux et d'une salle de bains privative dotée d'une immense douche à l'italienne et d'une double vasque. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et une télévision personnelle, et est à quelques pas de la deuxième salle de bain complète. La cuisine complète scintille avec des armoires en bois et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Elle donne sur un balcon privé sur lequel vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin ou un cocktail en soirée tout en admirant le salon. et sur l'océan!
Beachside Colony est situé sur la plage, en plein milieu de Tybee Island, un endroit qui le situe à 1,5 km de la jetée, centre névralgique de la vie nocturne de l'île, et à 1,6 km de la station de phare de Tybee, l'un des 7 premiers établissements phares encore en usage en Amérique. Great place!

We found this condo when Milton cut our Florida trip short and we really lucked out! The condo was very clean, property was well maintained, and very pet friendly. The Deck restaurant has great food and the pool was wonderful. We did have to buy a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa, the springs were poking our kids. There was no place in the kitchen to put food up; but the kitchen itself was well stocked. One pool is heated which was great! Would definitely recommend and we plan to come back!

Labor Day Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location to the beach was perfect, however, it's not close to other restaurant or shopping. So you either paid for parking or the breezy bus ($5/person each way). There is a restaurant but the menu is the same for lunch/dinner and so are the prices. Overall we had a fantastic time and would vacation here again!

Positioned in a great spot!

Loved the table with moveable cushioned square seats and the neat little tic tac toe game with starfish and sand dollars. Loved that I could see the ocean and pool view. Loved to feel the sun on my face while sitting out on the balcony. The property manager was amazing. She showed us another unit for our future trip back. Love BeachSide Colony. Have been coming here for years! Stayed back in the late 90's when it was just an L shaped motel. The grounds and courtyard are beautiful and very well maintained. Beautiful to see at night too when it's all lit up. A must place to stay when visiting Tybee.

The resort was very nice, well maintained grounds. Once oriented easy walk to beach. Our only issue was they were doing work on cement walk on our floor very loud, one evening from about 8pm until after 9pm, could not hear anything and next night again but not as lone. Called both times and told there was delay during day it really at night. What about those with children? That was only negative. Would stay again.

check in process was a bit confusing. it would have been nice to have instructions on what the process would be, but we did book the day before so partially our fault. everyone we met were nice, facility was nice also.

Second time visitors - another great stay

Would also like to see a “share” location for things unable to take home. For instance we paid $25 for a boogie board and just had to trash it - would be nice to have a community share location.

Always nice at BC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed a number of times at BC and always enjoy it. Only place we do stay on Tybee anymore. The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff is wonderful and Stacey is a gem. Her concern to take care of any issue you may have is dealt with immediately.We like quiet beaches and locations. It’s not Myrtle Beach which we really appreciate. We never left the condo except for groceries or grab supper. Great patio pool area, nice beach, comfortable condo. We can’t ask for more.

October 2022 Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn't too good for us. The office staff were nice and professional, but it was too far away from the rooms and the carts were too far away and the trash bins were too far away. Restaurant was marginal and was out of Grouper. They are on the oceah. TV did not work the day we checked in. Furniture of the rental is outdated. It was clean though. Out view was out of the way and the picture of the rental is all you get, no sunshine. The NEW heated pool was not heated.

Ocean front, on site restaurant, and two beautiful brand new pools! It is also located in the middle of the island so you are within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, too!

Paradise!!

It was spotless and VERY safe!! They had a pool, an onsite restaurant that was fabulous, a beach view from our condo and parking was great!! We were even able to bring our fur baby and they had a dog park!!! The office staff was bar none the nicest and most professional people !! I just cant say enough good things about our visit!! And I cant wait to go back!!!
