La chambre principale vous accueille à bras ouverts à un lit king-size confortable, et la salle de bains principale attenante et balcon privé sur l'océan sera endroits parfaits pour oublier tous vos soucis. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size confortable et est à quelques pas de la deuxième salle de bain complète. La cuisine immaculée est cabineted en blanc avec des appareils correspondant, et débouche dans la salle de séjour spacieuse avec son propre balcon pour admirer la belle plage, et laissez-vous bercer à la tranquillité par le reflux apaisante et le flux des vagues.

Great location, so nice to have a restaurant right next to the condominium. Very clean. Very well stocked. So nice to have an ocean view and easy access to the beach.

Stunning views

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks to escape the NE winter. Comfortable condo, great location and loved seeing the sunrise and cargo ships on the horizon. But ….. the smokers on the balcony below us forced us to close all windows and come inside when they were out there. Spoke to the office and evidently smoking on the balconies is allowed. Also, the kitchen is poorly equipped… no dish drain, no extra towels or dish cloths, no spices , no storage containers. So come prepared with everything including toilet paper! The smoking would make me think twice about coming back…. Otherwise loved it!

Relaxing Fall Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are from Kentucky and our son had a ball game in Tennessee on Sunday. We decided that we would drive halfway to Disney on Sunday as that was our vacation destination. Our check in at Disney was Monday, and as our plans quickly changed due to hurricane Milton, I quickly looked up beachfront condos in Tybee due to being about 3 hours away. The front desk lady was so quick and amazing to accommodate our needs, said she had exactly what I was looking for and it was already ready for check in. The condo was amazing, great view and so relaxing. Our family said this was one of our favorite trips we have taken this far. Beach was not packed, the weather no one could control, but outside of all things we really enjoyed the time we spent at Beachside Colony Resort.

We went two nights without television. We had a small TV put in for the third night. Finally, on the fourth day of our five-night stay we had a new TV installed. This should have been corrected the first day.

Mother in Laws 100th Birthday celebration.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The family met in Savannah to honor my Mother-in-Law’s 100th Birthday. Part of the out of state group stayed in/near historic Savannah and part stayed on Tybee Island at Beachside. This is our second stay at Beachside. We celebrated, with a smaller group her 99th birthday with a home cooked dinner at Beachside. This year the condo was a place to stay and for other family members to visit to access the beach and use the pool amenities. Overall, the experience was positive. Our particular unit had issues with the smaller bedroom being “hotter” than the other parts of the condo. I think it is an air circulation issue. The main television in the condo decided to be finicky and required property management staff help. At the end of the day we learned how to keep it going. Overall, being at Beachside offers the opportunity for a relaxing, beach vacation...even if you have a constant flow of family in and out. The staff at the facility is outstanding and attached restaurant is also tasty. My younger grandchildren really liked the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

I'm torn...

My elderly mother and I rented this unit for a mother-daughter getaway. It's in a great location right on the ocean. Overall, the unit is clean, though it could use some updates. The appliances and furniture are showing wear, but serviceable. It should be noted that this unit does not offer a folder/binder with useful information like a map of the island, the location of the grocery store, local restaurants, shops, or other attractions, so be sure to stop at the tourist office on your way into town. The woman working there is super sweet! On our first night we experienced a catastrophic plumbing failure at roughly 9:20pm from the unit above; water was pouring from the ceiling and light fixture over the master tub. There was no emergency number listed on our check-in information, so I called the after hours "lock out" number. Workers came out the next morning to fix the issue, though we were left with a gaping hole in the ceiling (covered by a thin film) for the duration of our stay. Positives: Location! It's right on the beach. Negatives: The management company seemed disorganized. On the morning after the plumbing issue, two employees had me on speaker phone to find out the scope of the problem so they could schedule workers. They didn't realize repairs were already being made. To those workers - thank you for your kindness. To the management company - a simple "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" would have been an appropriate response at any point during our stay.

Our experience with the office while booking and also doing an after hours check in was fantastic. There is a great view of the New Year's Eve fireworks from the beach right outside of the condo.

Fall time at the beach

Reviewer Comments: Tybee Island was a really nice place to spend an early fall vacation. The beach was really nice and not crowded. The condo was nice but needed some end of the season care. We were treated to an afternoon air show that was spectacular. An F-22 fighter jet put on quite a display a the paratroopers were pretty awesome too. We ate at the Deck Bar a couple of times and food was really good. We went in to Savanah for a few dinners.

It needs a few more handicapped spaces though. There were 3 of us taking turns with the one spot where we stayed
