Beach Club 116: 1 BR, 1 BA Condominium à Tybee Island, pour 4 personnes

Des drapeaux de signalisation dans la salle de bain à la chaloupe échouée sur la barre de petit déjeuner, ce marin d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain condo vous fera chanter des chansons de marins! Ne vous inquiétez pas, la chambre principale est équipée d'un lit king-size spacieuse, au lieu de le hamac de marin traditionnel. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire à jets et une énorme douche de plain-pied pour se rincer après une longue journée à la plage. Ne pas oublier la rondelle personnelle et sèche-linge; on aime pas les serviettes de sable! La cuisine et la salle de séjour spacieuse est dominé par une riche section de cuir rouge, parfait pour se détendre et regarder les allées et venues dans notre cour et la piscine soignée pont.

Beachside Colony se trouve sur la plage, en plein milieu de l'île de Tybee, un endroit qu'il met un mile de la jetée, la plaque tournante de la vie nocturne de l'île, et un mile de la station de phare de Tybee, l'un des seuls 7 de l'époque coloniale de phares encore en usage en Amérique. Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines, dont la plus importante est chauffée tout au long de l'automne et de l'hiver, et Marlin Monroe, un restaurant sur place et bar acclamé pour ses rôtis à huîtres et des spectacles.

We had a wonderful time on the island. The condo was great. I only gave 4 stars because we ended up sleeping the second night on the couch pullout because the bed was uncomfortable for someone with a bad back, and the hot water ran out quickly. Otherwise the place was spotless , had all the amenities neeed for an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay was amazing! Location is fantastic! Just a short walk to the pool and the beach. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing I wasn’t super happy with was that I had to wash every dish/utensil before we used them because they were all dirty. The check out rules are very specific that dirty dishes need to be run through the dishwasher when you leave, so maybe the dishwasher doesn’t work well.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home. I moved to Tybee Island in 1978 and have been part of Beachside Colony since its construction in 2000. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own. The location offers the best of the island—easy beach access, a true resort atmosphere, and a place I’m proud to share with guests.
