Villa Benalmadena with sauna and heated pool.

The building has three floors. Ground floor (the entrance is directly from the garage and from the stairs of the middle floor, which leads from the kitchen): garage, laundry room, salon and two bedrooms with bathrooms for each bedroom. The middle floor (there is an entrance to it from the outside and from the stairs of the lower floor, this floor also has access to the courtyard through the salon and through the glazed terrace to the pool, sauna and barbecue area): kitchen, large living room, large terrace covered with glass, guest toilet, one bedroom with its own bathroom and a large dressing room, and two bedrooms and another bathroom. Top floor: Gym with secluded work area.A deposit of 300 euros is taken from guests upon arrival. Heating and use of the sauna 15 euros per hour. From 15/09 to 15/05 for heating the pool (if guests order it) is charged 20 euros per day. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a fee and are provided only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. We do not provide additional cleaning, laundry or linen change services.All guests over 16 years of age are required to complete mandatory registration before entering the accommodation . A gardener comes to the villa according to his work schedule to service and maintain the quality of water in the pool.
