Jolie villa bien dĂ©corĂ©e a Marbella (Elviria ) avec vue mer a 1 km de la plage du Nikki beach , de l’hĂŽtel Don Carlos et du Marriott et du casanis plage avec piscine extĂ©rieure et d'un beau jardin sans vis a vis .

La villa se compose de 5 chambres avec lit double ( 10 personnes ) 3 chambres au rez de chaussée et 2 chambres a l'étage . 3 salles de bain. Une belle cuisine super équipée ( taque four, micro ondes, frigo) et d'un barbecue argentin extérieur et taque au gaz. Il y a 2 salons intérieurs dont 1 avec feu ouvert et 1 salon extérieur , 1 salle a manger intérieure et deux salles a manger extérieure.

Il y a une alarme intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur . Restaurants a proximitĂ© et magasins d’alimentations et parc d’aventure ( 800 mĂštres ).
Possibilité de massage dans les hÎtels à proximité ou a domicile .

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Elvira for Christmas and New Years. Our host, Françoise, was very welcoming, excellent at responding to communication, and ensured that we had a lovely stay. The house was superb with all of the essentials needed to make it feel like a home for our stay. The location was perfect as we were only a short drive from a local supermarket as well as the beach. For me, the highlight of my stay was the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. I would highly recommend this villa.

The villa was even better then expected with so much room for everyone inside and outside , good spec with plenty of utensils etc , any slight issues or questions we had were responded to immediately by the owner and sorted , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa as its location is lovely and quiet and there are supermarkets and shops /bars and restaurants within 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk on safe roads , beach is 8 min drive with some fabulous restaurants along it , will be booking this villa again without a doubt

A wonderful BIG villa. Plenty of space if you go with friends and kids. The communication pre arrival during our stay and on day of departure was the best I’ve had. 10 mins walk into the main square and if you don’t want to do the hill walk on way home loads of taxis Lovely pool and grounds where my boys played football. We hired a car for super market runs which was very useful and we’d suggest it. Wonderful holiday and I’d recommend it to anyone

Lovely villa in a great location

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely villa. Located in a great area among some very exclusive properties and walking distance (10 minutes ) or a 2 minute drive to the Commercial Centre with a great selection of restaurants and 2 supermarkets.The open plan living area was ideal to get the family together , the kitchen was very well equipped and the outside BBQ worked great.The pool area was perfect , plenty of space and a great outdoor seating area. We'd love to come for another stay in the future. Highly recommended.

Very nice house, a Home not just a house.

Very nice and well-equipped villa with plenty of space for 10 people. We especially appreciated the nice outdoor areas and the heated pool. Good location in a quiet street with beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance or just a short drive away. Communication with Francoise and Macarena worked brilliantly.

Family trip

We had the most amazing stay at this villa. Family of seven (all adults) made lovely memories here. The pictures don't do this Villa justice it is enormous and absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor spaces and the BBQ. There are plenty of sun loungers and plenty of seating areas both inside and outside the villa. The area is so ideal as it has plenty nearby but is also so peaceful. The host is also excellent at communicating and made everything so straight forward for us. The pool could be doing with a little update as lots of tiles are falling off but this did not upset us too much. We would love to come back and visit again in the future. Thank you!

Very nice spot

We had a great stay at this villa. Francoise was very helpful with information on local restaurants and beaches. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials which makes a big difference. We were a party of six adults, a couple of whom had to work remotely. This all went well.

Fabulous 10 days

Fabulous family holiday for a 60th birthday celebration 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful villa with everything you could need home from home. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and great outdoor space for dining and chilling with a great pool which we all enjoyed. Great location although pushing a pram up the hill was a great effort ! Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Fantastic stay in Elviria

Would like to give a big thank you to Francoise for letting us stay in this beautiful villa. We had a fantastic time. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than in photos. Would definitely recommend a car as ok walking down hill but quite hard work coming back up although not too much for the younger adults in our group. Will definitely come back again if with large group.

Wonderful home in Marbella

The location of the property and its outdoor space were amazing! For the number of people in our party, the villa is quite spacious. Privacy for the main bedroom’s en-suite does not exist so be aware. Our family had a great time and would definitely visit this villa again as it had much to offer. The host were very responsive and the house provided every amenity needed.

Really top rate home filled with first class furnishings. Very comfortable. Excellent pool for adult swimming. Gardens kept immaculate by Diego. Macarena, Femme de manage, on hand to solve any problems and Francoise a delightful host.

Home away from home

The house was in a great location, very close to the beach, shopping center and restaurants. Home was great for families with a lot of open space indoor and outdoor; we definitely enjoyed the pool. Home was also well equipped with household amenities. Communication with the owner was great and he provided a lot of recommendations from restaurants to beaches. The communication with the property manager was slower than expected and the house could use a deeper cleaning. Despite that I would still come back to this area again and rent this home.

Lovely villa for family and friends

We had a great week at the villa. The owner was quick to respond to any queries and the minor issues we had during our stay were dealt with promptly. The villa is very well stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need on holiday.It feels more like a home than a holiday rental which we liked. The villa is spacious with a good outdoor space for barbecues and eating outside. We hired a car which was useful for our trips to Marbella and the golf courses. You can however walk to the local restaurants and supermarket and even the beach is within walking distance. We would recommend this villa for a family holiday

Great Stay

We had the best stay at the villa. We booked as a surprise family trip for my wife’s 60th including my two year niece and we absolutely loved the villa. It was even better in real life than the pictures. My granddaughter absolutely loved the pool! The communication we had from Francoise from the start till the end was great. Including answering any questions we had to giving recommendations to places to eat and things to do within Marbella. We were aware there was a hill to the property but it wasn’t too bad and we had rental cars so it wasn’t an issue, although I wouldn’t walk up it with a pram! All in all we had a great stay and would recommend to others and certainly come back again.

Amazing week in Paradise

What can I say, what an amazing villa!!! The pictures on the website don’t do it justice! First impressions from my daughter when we walked in were ‘are we staying in a mansion!?) and the bedrooms also didn’t disappoint with amazing views from most of the rooms and a very large beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool area in itself was surrounded by beautiful flowers and the upkeep of the gardens were second to none with the gardener coming in most days to water plants etc. To be honest the only negative thing we could see was the actual pool is a little ‘tired’. Several tiles came loose when we were in the pool and at the deep end the tiles were a little green. There didn’t seem to be much chlorine in there either which could be some of the problem so maybe every few days someone could come in to maintain it? The square where the main shops and restaurants are were lovely the only issue was the big hill which was fine getting down, but after one attempt to walk back up we decided a cab back was definitely the way forward! All in all this villa is nearly faultless and we had an amazing week!! Communication with Francoise and Diego was also fantastic and any questions we had were responded to super quick. We would definitely recommend to anyone who asks and will certainly be returning ourselves.

Bienvenue dans notre seconde résidence que je partage avec plaisir avec votre famille. Je suis tombée amoureuse de la région il y a déjà plus de 20 ans . J'ai donc voulu partagé mes sentiments , et mes moments magiques avec mes enfants, les amis des enfants et de mes amis au sein de la villa .
