The house is divided into the main house with 10 beds and Bugalow with 2 rooms with double beds.
Really good opportunities for cycling MTB or by road bike right outside the door.
Or you can just stay in the plot and enjoy the nice pool area.

Excellent Villa

Had an absolutely fantastic 10 days at this lovely villa. Plenty of room for 13 people of all age ranges, lots to do with all the sporting activities on offer. Pool was perfect and was well used , as was the BBQ.Made some amazing memories and would well recommend a holiday here.

Family holiday with kids and grandkids. Although the villa is a little dated we had everything we needed and all had a great time. The host was very helpful and always responded to any enquiry. Great location and space for everyone

Fantastic villa

The Villa itself is wonderful and all amenities work. Perfect space for a large group and all ages. Would definitely stay here again and this is my 3rd time. Please update your information books they are very out dated. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Everything you need in one place. Due to the villa already having been cleaned, we were allowed in early, which was excellent. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

The property manager was helpful and very responsive. The outdoor seating area is great in the evening and very comfortable. The kitchen was on the small side for the number of people we had, however the two fridges in the main kitchen were useful for all the drinks we had. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing villa! Ticks all the boxes and more….

From the initial booking and right the way through it couldn’t have been any smoother! The villa is spacious inside and out! Everything you think you need or want is there…it really is a home from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely return and honestly can’t recommend it enough! We were a family group of 12…ages 3,6,9,10,14,16 and adults! None of us wanted to come home!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house! We were with the family of 8 adults, 5 young children (0-9 years) and the house was perfect! We enjoyed the lounge under the pergola (that’s not on the pictures, but a great addition), the perfect weather, nice, clean pool and everything else that there was there to make our stay pleasent and comfortable. It was well equipped, from icecube-trays, grate, extra fridge, to handblender, from tennisrackets to airhockeytable and soccerball. The house could use some touch-up in maintenance here and there but the overall impression was just as nice as the pictures.

The property is exactly as advertised. Large, excellent swimming pool all extremely clean. Air conditioning works well, this time of year you need it. Internet is fast and effective. A perfect place for your family holiday, The local bus runs straight into Malaga but a car would be more practical, especially for essential shopping trips. The cash & carry is within walking distance 15 mins… but water and beer are heavy😀😀

Great host, property needs some work

This was my first experience with Vrbo so was unsure what to expect. The communication was great with the property owner Allan, he was helpful with any questions/queries I had, his replies always very promt. The location, for us, wasnt great, which was probably more down to me not looking into the area before booking. We were ages from 8 months to 76 years. What a find !!

Lovely large house and bungalow with great Air Con and Wi Fi . For us with two children aged 13 and 15 and also a 9 month old baby in our party it was all about the outside and WOW what an outside , the pool area is brilliant and in August you don't need a heater !! With basket ball and tennis court , table tennis and a pool table , outside dining area and separate play area with plenty of grass we all loved it . T

Villa needs attention

Bungalow wasn’t as described, in pictures there was a dining room and living room. When we arrived these had a pool table and air hockey table in the middle of each which our 3 year old kept catching herself on. Astro turf has massive rips in which caused one of the children to have a very bad accident and was reported to the property manager. Towels that we had to pay 3 euros each for were tiny, not even bath size. Never had to pay for a cot or high chair before. Very noisy neighbours for a week, kept everyone up until 5/6am. Drawers falling off in the bungalow and the upstairs balcony was extremely dirty. Pictures on the listing were different to the actual villa.

Okay, a bit hit and miss

Firstly we should say as a family yes, we enjoyed our stay at the villa. The weather was glorious so the vast majority of the time was spent outdoors where the pool and general outdoor area were very good and the centre of most of our activity. Other good points were: - The kitchen facilities which although very small (given the villa was expected to accommodate 10) had pretty much everything that you required. Outside BBQ, dining and seating areas as said were very good. The bedrooms were comfy with plenty of wardrobe space and decent A/C The Tennis court was quite good Plenty of room for parking. Communication - The host was excellent and any queries were dealt with quickly. There were no real bad points, well nothing to spoil the holiday, but there were quite a few small disappointments: The sunbeds were poor, of the 11 by the pool all but 4 were broken, but truthfully all should be replaced. The majority of the sports equipment was in a poor state. A dartboard with no darts, a pool table without a full set of balls.etc etc The Bungalow bedrooms have no natural ventilation so are a little musty Cleaning was just about okay….nothing more The tourist category sign over the front entrance which describes the accommodation as “basic” and that seems a fair description. The place is just tired, but not far off being a gem. To summarise, we are under no illusions as to how difficult it is to manage, clean and maintain a property of this scale, particularly during summer mon

Super Haus am falschen Platz

Das Anwesen ist fabelhaft! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber. Der Billardtisch ist leider nicht ganz ok, sonst aber alles nutzbar. Das Grundstück ganz leider Vorder- wie Rückseitig an belebten Straßen. Daher der Punktabzug.

Hi Jens Thanks for your nice feedback :-) I know there has been some construction work on the road on the backside of the house, but since it is a blind road ending at a mining area we have never heard about this issue before, but sorry to here that is has been an issue :-( We have never heard about any issues about much traffic on the Frontside, but it is in a villa area, so some traffic is for sure there. There can be some people driving to fast, which we also write in the welcome map, but since it is a closed plot, this is only something to be aware of when driving out of the plot/villa The Billard table is put to dead now, new gameboards are ordered for the new season :-) Br Dorit & Allan
