Situé sur l'île jardin de Kauai sur la côte est de Coconut, notre condo 1BR Plantation Hale est magnifiquement décoré dans le style hawaïen offrant aux clients un «sentiment d'endroit» tropical pour aider à transformer et rafraîchir l'esprit, l'esprit et le corps. Avec vue sur l'océan avec accès facile à la plage, literie King, salle de bain complète, véranda privée hors salon et chambre, cuisine entièrement équipée, et salon de détente avec TV à écran plat. Cette unité peut accueillir 2-4 invités, le rendant parfait pour votre retraite hawaïenne mémorable. Dans le complexe, il y a beaucoup de parking gratuit, trois piscines, deux bains à remous, barbecue / aire de pique-nique, station de travail informatique commune, et laveuse / sécheuse à jetons. Également à proximité se trouvent de nombreux restaurants et bars, des plages célèbres pour la natation, le surf, la plongée, le kayak et le paddleboard. Centré joliment sur l'île avec un accès facile à la rive nord, la Rive-Sud, le shopping, les sentiers de front de mer pittoresques, des spectacles, des cascades et beaucoup d'autres choses à voir et à faire.

Great stay and great location.

We had a great stay. This is definitely an older building, but in a great location. The resort keeps it super tidy. Coconut market and Kapaa is in walkable distance. Very central to drive both north and south. Great value property. We really enjoyed our first international trip with our baby!

Very homey, great location!

We loved the layout of the unit. It was very comfortable with many amenities and extras like beach chairs and snorkel gear plus a spacious lanai with great view. We loved the pool and being able to walk to coconut marketplace. Perfectly situated in the middle between north shore and Southside. We loved walking to the ocean every morning for sunrise

This is an older condo that is well cared for and extremely convenient to the beach, upscale resorts, shopping, and a wide range of restaurants from beach bars to fine dining. Safeway and longs drugs are walkable. Great value.

Unbelievable location

The condo is in a perfect location within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was outstanding! Will definitely return to this place on our next trip back to Kauai!

We enjoyed the view of Sleeping Giant from the lanai, and the short path to the beach led to a spectacular shoreline with a monster driftwood tree. It's a very short walk to a Tuesday/Thursday farmers market with great papayas and mini-bananas. The unit is well equipped and comfortable.

Kauai Get Away

I would say it looked nicer than the pictures and had all the necessary supplies to make our stay comfortable. There is some signs of the humid environment on a couple of the mirrors but everything was in good shape and clean. While we were there the white wall that some people had mentioned previously was taken down offering unobstructed views of the water front even when walking on the sidewalk which was nice. There is a nice shopping and dining center right at the edge of the property which is a short walk from this unit and you are literally right outside of the town site for more shopping and restaurant options. We had several rainy days while we were there so appreciated the hot tub to use when not going to the beach. No complaints from us as we would stay again.

Excellent value for the condo price. Walkable to a shopping center (3 blocks) and the beach which is very helpful when there’s traffic on the two lane roads to go for a quick walk or pick up groceries. Great pool and jacuzzi especially for a family … we used it everyday after our Kauai adventures in the morning. Very helpful extra supplies like boogie boards, beach chairs, and hiking backpack to use while there. You might want to bring extra beach towels and bath towels with you to the condo though … it comes supplied for just two people but we were a family of 3. Just be sure to check in at the office and look for the email with check in directions. I initially missed this email and wasn’t sure how to check in/Wi-Fi codes etc.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Nähe zum Strand sowie zu Geschäften und Restaurants ist top. Auch die kostenlose Nutzung des Pools hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung selbst ist optimal für 2 Personen, aber mit Einschränkungen auch für 4 Personen geeignet.

Posizione ottimale per visitare l'isola

Una settimana ben spesa, unità immobiliare ben arredata con tante dotazioni, però il materasso del letto troppo morbido. C'è anche piscina condominiale con hot tube, purtroppo mai utilizzata causa orari a noi inadeguati. Posto auto scoperto ok. Bel posto. Bell'isola. Tutto ok.

Great central location

My husband and I stayed with our 2 young adult daughters and found it to be an easy central location for all our exploration. The place is well stocked (we used the heck out of the cooler and towels) and convenient. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check in and check out was simple.

Great apartment, great value, compromised location

The unit was clean, spacious , well stocked and nicely decorated. Very pleasant to be inside and on the porch. The location is great in terms of convenience, proximity to the north and south of the island, walkable to shops and hotels and dining even without a car. The small issues are traffic sounds, long flight of stairs to second floor if you gave mobility issues and the fact that right across the street is a huge white dust wall that completely blocks the view of the beach that was put up in anticipation of a major construction project that fell through some time ago and is now just an unsightly thing blocking the whole view. Overall I would stay there again because of the great value and convenient location. . .

Very nice condo

The hosts were great to work and the condo was quite nice. We really liked the location in Kapa'a. The condo was very clean, comfortable and quaint. My only critique would be only 1 hot tub out of 3 was working at the hotel. All 3 pools were working There also some lights out (not in the condo). Thanks for being great hosts!

Perfect vacation!

Bob and Heidi were amazing! The condo was a great home base for us while exploring Kauai. A great central location and the kitchen was great for cooking breakfast before heading out. Bob and Heidi were so accommodating when we weren't sure if we were even going to be able to come because of Covid restrictions. Thanks for an amazing time and we hope to be back soon!

Kapaa Plantation Hole G9

Kapaa is a nice place, shopping is close, the Plantation Hole site is quiet. Great appartment, as described by Home Away . All utilities in place, but some need repair. When we arrived we found a note above the kitchen sink that water supply does not work and will be repaired soon. We stayed 7 nights, there was no repair, not even a visit by a technician. Troublesome, because there is no dish cleaner in the appartment. Outside facilities (pool, wirlpool, grill) were maintained well. Downside: There is a huge construction site (?) between the appartment block and the beach front. It is shielded with a very high and long worn-down wooden fence and other shields, and it really looks terrible. No work seems to go on, which means this sight might remain there for some while. Check-in is strictly enforced to 16:00. So if your plane arrives at 11 a.m. you have to see how you kill a few hours. Too bad, because check-in personell told us that the appartment would be ready, they just are not allowed to let us in before 16:00 sharply.

Great location and great condo!

The condo was perfect! There was plenty of room, and things were furnished such as a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and blue freezer bricks. The location was good as it was midway between the north and south shores, so one could explore both. The pool was nice also and the ocean could be seen from the lanai. If you like the beach, it wasn't but a short walk. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. This unit is located near the coconut marketplace in Kapaa. The host was really accommodating and responsive. The unit is as advertised. The only thing that we thought needs attention is the bed frame. It has a lip around it that sticks out about 4" beyond the mattress on all sides creating a bit of a hazard.

After years of traveling from the mainland to Kauai for vacation, we decided it is time to become more committed to the ocean lifestyle my wife and I both love. With a mother born and raised on the island of Bermuda, my love for island life started early with trips there to visit my grandparents. And my wife, a 'left-coaster', spent her youth daytripping to Oregon's beautiful Pacific Coast. Living in a winter destination such as Park City Utah for 30 years, with lots of snow for great skiing, we ventured to sun and sand for more summer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Kauai's coconut coast is the location dreams are made of and our condo is situated in the heart of this very special place. It is close to all the island has to offer, from beautiful beaches to scenic golf courses, breathtaking waterfalls, Kauai has it all. And, it is nice that our cousin lives in Kapa'a so that we can be close to ohana.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

From the moment I walked into this condo, I felt like I was in Hawaii. A feeling I did not feel when looking at more than a dozen properties on the north shore, the south shore and all around the east side. When I go to Hawaii I don't want my surroundings to feel like Anywhere, USA. I want to know I am in Hawaii when I wake up and too many property's felt generic. We chose this one because of how it made us feel when we saw it for the first time. We are blessed to have this Plantation Hale condo as an island getaway.
