This condo facility is an awesome place to stay

View was good, the room was ok, although there is a smell when you walk in, like condensation, not musty but a damp odor. The towels for the pool were thin and flimsy, and there was no box of Kleenex in the room. The lock box was sticky and it took 20 minutes to get the key to enter the room, and the remote did not work for the TV. (The push button codes at other VRBOs are much easier to navigate) All our concerns re: key and TV were answered immediately which was nice.

Paradise

This beautiful unit was just right for our Kauai stay. The room and property are well maintained and we definitely felt like we were in paradise. The location in relation to all the other places we wanted to go was perfect too. The sleeping Giant grill on site was awesome- the cherry on top!

Was a really nice and relaxing time due to the staff and the ability to just get up and explore both on foot and by vehicle. The condo was nice and the whole process was easy. Really enjoyed my first time to Hawaii because of them!

Lovely stay at Islander on the beach

Lovely apartment with great ocean and pool views. There was everything we needed. Nearby a very nice shopping centre (Coconut market) with plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket around. You have a very nice walk path just across. The pool is nice too. However, only point negative is that the sea was very rough at the time we were staying there, so we were not able to swim. But if you have a car or a bike, there are plenty of other beaches, where can swim, nearby. I would recommend.

Location was great, right next to the beach. The shops at the resort were all also really convenient for food, sunscreen, and anything else we needed. Would stay here again!

Great place. You have plenty of necessities in it. Large bathroom, amazing view from the balcony in a nice complex. Plenty of free parking options. Also have plenty of shops nearby and a laundromat

Hawaii Oasis

Great communication from owner and property manager prior to checkin with directions and instructions. No problems with checkin or accessing unit. Condo grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Condo has nice view of pool and ocean. We enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai in the mornings and evenings. Pool is nice and has tiki bar with happy hour specials (3-6). Condo is a studio and as pictured. It was clean and functional. We loved the location of the condo for exploring the very beautiful island of Kauai. Would love to come back and spend more time!!

Minor issues quickly resolved

When we arrived the TV, internet and wifi weren't working. Rocco quickly resolved embryonic in a day. So overall, everything was very good.

Perfect location for us!

We loved staying in this condo unit! It was well stocked and we made good use of the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the lanai looks out over the pool area and tiki bar. There is a great view of the coastline from the lanai. We had a very late flight and we were even offered a late check out which we appreciated so much. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

Room is clean . Set up for minimal cooking . Furniture is comfortable. All amenities shown in pictres are there. Rooms are small but we dont hang out in there so not a problem for us . The grounds are immaculate. Pool and hot tub cleaned daily . Keep in mine you are not a guest of the onsite management, so for instance you cannot go to the front desk and ask for pool towels, but you will have some in your room. Communication with the host is easy thru text or phone so any problems would be handled promptly. We use vrbo type listing rarely but i would say the host went over and above on our stay

Fantastic Location

Check in was easy, location is perfect! Perfectly placed in Kapa'a, with numerous shops within walking distance, beach steps away, beautiful views all around. Room has plenty of space, but we mostly used it just for sleeping. Eating breakfast out on the lanai with a view of the ocean and pool area was a relaxing way to start the day. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Convenient Stay

The condo had all the amenities and more. My partner and I appreciated the extra towels, beach equipment, irons, and room fan. The location is convenient to get to from the airport and is right between the north and south sides of the island.

It was a wonderful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rocco was an excellent contact person. The only down side was the the kitchen area needed cleaning and we were a group of 3 and needed 2 bath towels each instead there were only 4 bath towels total.

Sunrise

Great location to watch the sunrise. The unit needs a major upgrade and deep cleaning. It is dated. Furnitures are old and worn out. The only pro in staying at this place is the location, the Coconut Market Place and most of all watching the sunset on a lounge chair right on the beach.

Beautiful Place

This was a wonderful place. You had a great view from the room of the grounds and ocean. You can swim off this beach, but water shoes are nice. Had extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Nothing negative.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place and would definitely choose it again in the future. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything I needed. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. It was truly amazing to wake up to such a beautiful sight. The room itself was incredibly cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my experience was excellent and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay with a great location, stunning views, and cozy accommodations.

Condo Stay

This particular condo was very good for my stay. I didn't stay in the room much due to outside activities, but it met my needs well. Bed slept perfect for me. AC was very handy. All extra amenities were very useful. View was amazing. The only issue was that sofa was stained quite a bit and overall decor was a bit dated, but again the plan was to enjoy the island and not specifically the room. If planning to have fancy room design for stay, this one is not for you. But if desire is to have comfortable and private place to come back to at the end of the day. This one will do just fine. Also note that there is only one USB charger in the room and that is the electronic devices, but plenty of wall plugs for a block. Planning another visit very soon.

Great stay with access to the area

My best friend and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it! It's right on the beach and we could see the water from our balcony. There's also a nice pool and hot tub on the hotel grounds. The AC worked very very well which was nice when it was hot and humid out. There were also boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels on the balcony which was a great surprise! The pull out bed was good given it's a pull out bed. They were very responsible and accommodated our late check out due to our flight time. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again
