We appreciate your stay! This unit is at a great location with the ocean just 100 ft away and central to the entire island. There are workers that manage the upkeep of the building and environment on a daily basis. It's not a fancy luxury resort but you can't beat the affordable price, simple yet comfortable accommodations, and location this unit has to offer!

Our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the condo before every guest's arrival. If there was anything that was missed or needed attention during your stay, I would have been happy to address it right away had I been made aware. To clarify, this unit is not advertised as having a full kitchen, so it is not intended for cooking. The listing photos accurately show the space and amenities available prior to booking. The unit includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic utensils, plates, and cups, which are suitable for preparing simple meals and reheating food. For guests seeking full cooking amenities, I do offer larger units with full kitchens and would be happy to share those options for any future visits. We provide detailed arrival instructions and directions, along with multiple ways to contact us should any questions arise before or during a stay. During your stay and the messages I received from you, there were no questions or issues you brought up and seemed like everything went smoothly with a satisfied stay. We try to respond in a timely manner to all of our guests and wish the best stay for everyone. Regarding the bathroom windows, the jalousie (louvered) windows are very common throughout Hawaii and are designed to provide natural airflow. They can be opened or closed as desired, and the glass is frosted to maintain privacy, so people outside cannot see into the bathroom. We're glad you enjoyed the comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, easy parking, and convenient beach access. One of the biggest advantages of this studio is its central location, just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops, while also providing easy access to both the North and South Shores of Kauai.
