Centrally located 10 minutes north of the Lihue airport, next to the Coconut Marketplace. Islander on the Beach is sitting on 6 acres of beautifully manicured gardens with swaying palms trees and cooling trade winds. This ocean front resort features a gorgeous pool and hot tub and is home to the local Sand Bar.

This ground floor studio has 2 full size beds, a fully stocked kitchenette with small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle (no cooktop). Perfect for a small family or traveling friends. Wireless Internet, smart TV, cable, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your exploring day trips. Close to shopping, beaches and activities. Management was helpful and the location is great. Ground floor close to pool and parking. Studio room with two beds. with small fridge and microwave. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay

Beautiful property

We loved this location and property. The condo was only steps from the pool which was so fun. The condo was a little cramped with two small kids and two adults.

Nice box of goodies left for you. I came in at midnight in the pouring rain. Tea, nuts and cookies were a great snack. The pool, hot tub and bar was a nice way to end your evening. Location next to the market place.

Very nice accommodation

Great location. The studio was clean, and had all that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The room had rather high humidity level, so we would suggest that the owner adds a dehumidifier for both the room and the bathroom to help with this issue. It would also help to have a little better overhead lighting in the room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and we would book this studio again if the price is right for us.

2nd time staying @ property

I stayed in a different condo last year that was much better then thos one. Everything in this unit is old, broken and smelly. eds hard, tv broken, toaster oven broken, cockroach in shower. Clogged drain, plumber haf to come. Not great! Need a lot of love and attention.

Good location but bad smell in the apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is good.There is a really bad humidity smell inside the apartment that makes it difficult to bear. The AC is really loud. No main light, it gets really dark in the evening, and difficult to do anything in the kitchen then. Very old apartment. Not really clean either. A lot of sand outside that had not been cleaned. Would not rent again.

Wonderful spot!

The property was clean and provided a lot of amenities for us to use. We loved the location to view the sunset from the beach each morning and the pool right out the back door to enjoy an evening swim. There were shops just outside the buildings. When I asked the manager a question she was quick to answer. 10/10 would return again!

Honeymoon in Kauai

This place was close to the airport which made it nice for a late arrival time. It was clean and felt comfortable. The location was great to catch a sunrise. The entry way was beautiful because of all the trees and flowers. It wasn’t noisy at all.

Cette location est bien située par rapport à l’île propreté des lieux tout près du Coconut Market Place mais épicerie pas loin avec toutes les commodités ( beaucoup moins cher) c’est une île donc très cher mais ça vaut le coup pour les panoramas magnifiques la végétation luxuriante et faire l’excursion en catamaran pour visiter la Napali Coast

Amazing Experience

The location/resort is gorgeous, felt magical our entire stay. The place was clean and well stocked, amenities were great, only thing we noticed missing was a luggage rack but we made do just fine. We hope to be back again, a perfect experience.

Also, the shrubbery in front blocks the view. As a suggestion, they should have the plants or the tree, but not both. Lots of potential though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and really enjoyed the location, peace and quiet. It was nice to be near amenities without being in a resort, especially since we live in Hawaii anyway. The little pool was just enough for the kiddo and when she was done with that, the beach was right there for her to play in the sand. If you are looking for a place that splits the distance between the attractions in Waimea and Hanalei, this would be my choice.
