Pour ceux qui aiment passer leur temps à la plage ou simplement s'asseoir sur la terrasse pour prendre le soleil, la Villa Kyle est idéale. C’est à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Playa Dorada où vous trouverez une multitude de cafés, bars, boutiques et restaurants.

Deux autres minutes à pied vous mèneront au centre de la station. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et paisible, la villa a été joliment meublée et équipée par les propriétaires afin de vous assurer que vous avez tout sous la main dans un cadre confortable pour maximiser le plaisir de vos vacances.

Le salon climatisé meublé avec goût avec IPTV avec des centaines de chaînes, notamment BBC, ITV, CH 4 et 5, le forfait Sky complet avec sports et films, un lecteur DVD, la Xbox 1 et un lecteur CD / HiFi, possède des portes-fenêtres menant au grande terrasse très privée exposée au sud où se trouve une longue pergola si vous avez besoin d’ombre à l’ombre du chaud soleil d’été.

La piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire et électrique assure une température chaude constante toute l'année, et la piscine est fermée pour assurer une sécurité totale pour les plus jeunes. C'est aussi une piscine d'eau salée, donc pas de produits chimiques agressifs pour les peaux sensibles.

De retour à l'intérieur, le salon spacieux et décloisonné dispose d'un coin salle à manger pour 6 personnes Il y a une chambre principale climatisée avec un grand lit double et de beaux placards en bois, une chambre double climatisée et une autre salle de bain.

La cuisine moderne entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin si vous décidez de vous passer des nombreux restaurants charmants situés à proximité et qui satisferont tous les goûts.

Les propriétaires ayant une jeune famille à eux et utilisant la villa pour leurs propres vacances, il existe de nombreux jouets et jeux pour enfants, y compris une voiture pour bébés. Les propriétaires ont également créé une belle aire de jeu en gazon synthétique avec un petit filet de football et des jouets.

Fabulous stay

We booked the villa for a last minute escape before Christmas & what a great decision it was. Linda was fantastic in her communications ensuring everything was in place for our holiday. The villa was perfect, clean & had everything to make for a very enjoyable stay. The pool & sunbathing area were so good that we broke away from our tradition of beach time & spent every day’at home’. The location is also perfect being an almost equidistant walk away from Puerto Rubicon & Playa Blanca with all the fantastic eateries they have to offer. We hired a car for the duration of our holiday but didn’t use it until the last day (rainy) which speaks volumes about the great location. We definitely hope to stay at this property again.

Great Villa with lovely pool

The Villa was spotless and had everything you would need during your stay. The pool was delightful, warm and clean and had the sunshine on it all day. Communication with the owners and check in was good. We liked the added security of the electric gates into the property. All in all 10 out of 10.

Fabulous villa

Lovely villa just a short walk to the promenade and other amenities.Check-in was seamless and excellent communication. Google maps took us a different way into Playa Blanca, through the mountains! We’d recommend not turning left at the camel roundabout but go straight on! Only a few minutes longer and much easier drive!Villa was as described, comfy beds, good living space, fantastic outdoor space, everything we needed.Pool was excellent and warm - great for January!Super quiet, residential area but so easy to walk to all the shops, marina, bars and restaurants. Lovely walks either left or right once on the prom.Lidl 5 mins drive and new Aldi opening 29 Jan, 10 mins walk. We’d thoroughly recommend staying.

lovely villa

really nice villa, quiet location about 10 mins walk back from front. I spent most of the time in the pool which was lovely and really appreciated the supplied pool towels. memory foam mattressess on beds gave a nice firm surface for sleeping. only thing to be aware of is that the aircon can be expensive (on a meter) so use sparingly.

Family Holiday

Villa is really well located being a short, pleasant walk into the town. Large outdoor patio/terrace area which has the sun all day long. This and the Villa in general is really well equipped with everything that you need. Professional and prompt communication with Linda throughout. Good location. Compact, but great for 2/3 people Pool was over salted massively and no pool cleaner visit at all during stay and the pumps never came on to filter, so was grubby would stay again if only 2 people

Great holiday

Had a great stay at Villa Kyle, villa was great very central but in a quiet area. About a 15 minute stroll to bar restaurants and shops and taxis about 3.50 euros. We got the bus from the Airport took about 50 minutes and was 3.50 euros. Loads of restaurants and bars to choose from especially Barney’s Papagayo shopping Center. Would definitely stay at this Villa again.

Perfect location

Lovely villa in an excellent position, only a 15 minute walk to the Biker’s Bar. Sun all day long on the patio. Plenty of parking space. Securely gated. A great deal of TV channels to choose from. A rare find.

Het huis was zoals beschreven. Verwarmd zwembad helemaal ok, en op wandelafstand van de zee en restaurants. Enkel misverstand rond de handdoeken. Voor ons te weinig aanwezig (ook voor zwembad), maar werd opgelost.

The villa was spotless and had everything you need for a fab holiday. There was a large, warm pool with lots of outside space. Excellent communication with the owners and very warm weather for November. 10 out of 10.

Could have been so much better!!

The property has all the facilities to enjoy your holiday. The Villa is very comfortable and located in a quiet area just 15 mins walk from the beach/town. Sadly for us our stay was hampered by poor " local management" with issues that we had at the beginning. Renovation work on a property behind us also affected our privacy (no fault of the owners) and there was daily noise throughout the day. The pool was the best we had ever had in the many villas we have stayed in in terms of warmth but once again at the beginning of our holiday we had cleanliness issues, and on top of this the pump actually failed just before the end of our holiday. Overall we did enjoy a great holiday but on this occasion a few things took the edge off of it.

Long awaited holiday after pandemic

Nice property. The pool was one of the largest we have had in all the years we have been staying at villas in Playa Blanca, sadly there was an issue with the pump that was sorted out once we had noticed - the water was really cold. Sadly it failed again but wasn't rectified. The outside area is superb, including an area with synthetic grass for children to play on. Pool toys also supplied . Personally I would have liked an umbrella to put over my sunbed so I sat under the shaded area most of the time, but that's just my choice. Definitely would advise car hire, it was 25 - 30 minutes for us to walk down for meals in the town area where we preferred to eat.

Fabulous Villa

Where do you start with this fab Villa. We arrived 6th Sept for a weeks break abroad, our first since the pandemic. The location is spot on if you enjoy a 10 min walk to the bars, restaurants, beach etc. The Villa was very clean upon arrival with complimentary water, milk, etc. which was very welcome. When you go to a place like Lanzarote, due to the marvellous weather, you live outdoors while you are there, and this Villa has more than enough outdoor space. The heated pool was a joy to have when the evening temperature dropped. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone, the hosts are very helpful prior to arriving, and when we did have a minor issue with the air con, it was sorted the next day. Thank you very much for letting my wife and I enjoy your Villa.

Villa Kyle was everything we were expecting and more.

From the moment we arrived, the villa was spotless and it felt like a home from home. The pool was the perfect size and a bonus that the water was heated. The toys and inflatables already there was extremely helpful, meaning from the second we arrived the kids were able to enjoy the pool. The lounge has a comfy sofa and a table (But always used the outside table), the TV (Although not really used) has all the TV you could wish for (Including all sports channels) which was a bonus for a football fan. The kitchen was the perfect size with everything needed, and there was water and milk and a few other things on our arrival which was a nice touch. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds were comfy. We hired a car but didn't end up using it as the restaurants/shops are within walking distance. If you really don't want to walk there are electric scooters dotted everywhere to be hired and left where you please, which is a nice touch. The only down side we found was the AC, it was hot at night and we found the AC will cost a Euro per hour. I would definitely recommend as a half way compromise the villa should have fans as clearly AC is expensive to run. All in all though our stay here was brilliant, we really loved the villa and the area, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you Alan and Linda.

Villa Kyle was our second holiday home. We didn't miss anything here. The heated salt water pool was great, the outdoor areas with the radio served our daily relaxation after returning from trips. Very quiet place, private parking behind the gate. Avenida Maritima, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach within walking distance and the wonderful beaches of Papagayo also accessible by a longer walk or by car. We welcomed the equipped kitchen including essentials such as salt, sugar, spices,... The grill is also available. The owner was always helpful and communicated even during the stay with questions if we needed anything... The self check-in process was simple and we welcomed it. When we return to Lanzarote, we will definitely choose the same accommodation, we were extremely satisfied. We highly recommend Villa Kyle for a family stay.

Brilliant place to stay in Playa Blanca

We have had an amazing holiday in Playa Blanca. This villa is in an ideal location to visit either the Marina or the Old Town. The villa is well equipped and the heated pool is fantastic. We have stayed in many villas over the years but this one was absolutely spotless and well maintained. We would definitely use this villa again for future holidays.
