Villa Jessica est une villa semi-détachée moderne bien entretenue de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de la ville et de la plage de Playa Blanca, à 15-20 minutes à pied, à proximité des bars, restaurants et supermarchés locaux. La villa est bien équipée pour tous vos besoins de restauration, y compris l'équipement de cuisine, le réfrigérateur-congélateur et la machine à laver. Avec un grand barbecue et une terrasse pour profiter des chaudes soirées. Grande piscine chauffée, chaises longues avec coussins et parasol, la villa est équipée du WIFI et de chaînes de télévision anglaises complètes, dont Sky & BT Sports.

Lovely Villa

The villa was well equipped with all we needed. Not far from the town and restaurants and beaches. The pool was lovely and warm (we asked for heating) The garden and patio was secluded and had sun all day. I even found a Lidl 2 minutes away. Really pleased and would go again. patio secluded.

Relaxing

Comfortable property, nice and quiet, garden not overlooked. About 20 minute walk from the promenade with shops and restaurants. We had a couple of minor issues which Jodie responded to very promptly. This was our second holiday in this villa.

Fantastic holiday

The villa was superb , as was the host Jodie . Communication, information, friendlyness & helpfulness were excellent. The villa location was ideal for us , close to beach , restaurants & shops ( about a 10 minute walk ) but far enough away to be quiet & peaceful. The villa itself is as described , it was clean & well maintained. Instructions given for key and alarm system , also a booklet with info about villa & local area . I would not hesitate to recommend this villa & these hosts to anyone . We had a wonderful relaxed time , it was the first time we have rented a villa and we will definitely be looking to book another one for our next holiday .

Perfect Xmas Break In The Sun.

We stayed here for a week over the Xmas period. The apartment is as per the listing, if not better. Very well presented and equipped in a safe, very quiet neighbourhood in Playa Blanca. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

Really enjoyed our stay in villa Jessica. Beautiful villa, everything you need. Great communication from management if you need them for anything. Had a relaxing 2 weeks in Playa Blanca, couldn’t fault it.

GREAT STAY

We felt at home here straight away, and the kitchen had all the facilities you would need to cook for yourselves, which we did on our first evening as the weather wasn't too good. The Manager Jodie was a great communicator, and any issues were dealt with immediately.

Lovely place, we would stay again.

The place is great, a couple issues but honestly wouldn’t put us off staying there again. The WiFi doesn’t work amazing in the bedrooms and cuts out. Also they don’t put covers on the beds that are not being used. We needed an extra bed for when our baby woke in the night. They gave us covers in the end just a bit strange not to put the bedding on the beds. They don’t supply sponges to wash up dishes, we asked them and apparently they don’t supply them Feel like this is a bit odd as they supply fairy liquid!

Relaxing break

Very comfortable villa, well situated about 15 minutes from the esplanade, bars, restaurants and shops. A nice feature was that the pool, garden and BBQ areas are not overlooked. Kitchen well equipped. We plan to book this villa again.

Wonderful stay in a super villa

We're just back from a week in Villa Jessica and it was everything we needed and wanted. The pool was lovely and warm (we visited in Oct and paid to have it heated) and the outdoor area was the perfect place to relax, eat, drink and bbq. Indoors is very comfortable and spacious. There are fans in every room. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering and we ate breakfast and lunch in the villa every day. It's just a 15 minute walk down to Playa Blanca and a 30 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. We ventured out every night on foot to eat at different restaurants (can highly recommend Avenida 55 for fabulous pasta and La Tapita for tapas). Jodie even allowed us a late checkout on our last day which was so appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Villa

Stay for a week in this lovely Villa. Listing is very accurate. Approx. 15 minutes walk to the center of town. Hire a car it’s very easy to drive around Lanzarote.

A wonderful holiday

A beautiful villa in an excellent location, very peaceful yet close to all amenities. This villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped to the last detail. This accommodation has everything to make it a home from home experience. The outside rea is very spacious with an excellent pool. The communications with Jodie throughout were excellent, an overall brilliant experience. Will definitely return.

Lovely outside, less nice inside

The garden, terrace and pool are all lovely. The information before hand was all good. The inside of the house though is a bit tired, and compared to villas booked previously it is dark and a bit dismal. The furniture is just ok and there aren't many nice touches which would give the villa a more comfortable feel. We could also have done with some heating in the evening (we were there in January) , and we noticed that there was no airconditioning for the summer either (although fans are provided). The third bedroom is tiny and no good for an adult - we had to use it as we were three adults so rotated the small bedroom so no one was in it for the whole week. If it had been the height of summer and we could have been outside every evening then perhaps we would have had a different experience..

Amazing villa and outstanding hosts

The villa is absolutely stunning and has everything you need, the host jodie and brett were amazing and couldn't do enough for us before we arrived and during our stay, the villa is 15 mins walk from everything you need ,beach, shops, Restaurants ect. The pool was well maintained and cleaned professionally twice a week during our stay.they catered for everyone in our party from the 5 month old, 2 year old and 8 year to the 16 year old to the adults It goes without saying that we WILL be using jodie and bretts villa again in the future. Thank you jodie and brett amazing hosts

Early summer break

All communication good and clean on arrival. Did not need to heat the pool (did not realise this was an additional cost when booking), pool could do with a rail for getting in and out if you have minor mobility problems, pool maintenance good. Wifi was challenging. Otherwise very nice villa.

Perfect for winter getaway

From the point of booking we were grateful for excellent communications with Jodie & Brett. The bungalow is within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants although the kitchen is well equipped to self cater. Paying extra for the pool to be heated in Jan/Feb was money well spent. We were able to swim comfortably several times a day, putting the cover over between times. The different outdoor sitting areas were great, we enjoyed sitting at the “bar” for our sundowners. Would very much recommend this property.

Excellent villa in our favourite place

Excellent villa in perfect location, a 15 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. Well laid out outside space, complete with built in barbecue, and shaded eating area. Very clean pool but probably didn’t need to pay extra for the pool heating. Having stayed in many villas over the years, it’s refreshing to stay in one that feels like someone lives there with the little things like hand soap, bin liners and a selection of condiments already there ( although some of these may have been left by other guests). Would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next visit.

We arrived at the villa to find there was an alarm system. This had not been mentioned in previous villa correspondence and we had no instructions on how to set or reset! Had to call emergency phone number to get it turned off. I’m sure the neighbours were delighted. The villa itself is a bit dark and the 3rd bedroom is small especially if adults using it. The towels were very thin and small and only one supplied for each guest for a week. The listing states it has a watching machine and a dishwasher, which is does, however I should point out these are not in the kitchen but outside. It also states there are sun bed cushions and a ‘spa tub’ neither of which were there. The sun loungers and the chair cushions could do with updating as very stained and the outside table definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It’s also the only villa we have rented not to have a welcome pack. The area itself is nice and quiet and about 15 mins walk to shops, bars etc. We have stayed in many villas in Spain but this one was disappointing in comparison.
