Casa Rosemont est l'une des cinq villas disponibles à la location de vacances de La Nueva Villa Collection. La villa est située dans une impasse paisible, meublée avec goût et très confortable. La villa est entretenue et nettoyée au plus haut niveau et bien équipée offrant aux clients tout le confort de la maison. Idéalement situé dans la région de Costa Papagayo, une promenade de 15 minutes vous amène à la plage Pavillon bleu Playa Dorada et au centre de Playa Blanca avec son magnifique cadre en bord de mer et une myriade de restaurants pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets. C’est un endroit idéal pour les marcheurs et les cyclistes. La location de voiture n'est pas indispensable, alors profitez-en pour quitter la routine quotidienne et simplement vous détendre pendant vos vacances.

Casa Rosemont dispose d'un jardin privé entouré de hauts murs et d'un bain à remous chauffé et d'une piscine de 8 mx 4 m. Parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent avoir une intimité totale. Des chaises longues confortables et un coin repas couvert pour barbecue complètent l'intérieur spacieux et confortable de la villa. La satisfaction des clients est une priorité et nous veillons à ce que votre séjour chez nous soit sûr, confortable et surtout mémorable. Nous sommes à votre disposition pour vous accompagner pendant votre séjour et ne sommes qu'à un coup de fil si besoin.

Relaxing stay in Playa Blanca

Villa ideally situated in a quiet location but still easily accessible by foot to main resort facilities, taxis also a good option, has all the amenities required for a great holiday, inside and outside, a heated pool with sunloungers and a lovely covered terrace to retreat back to when wanting some shade

Situated in pleasent quiet location. Villa spacious, clean. Pool requires new cover. Hot tub worked satisfactory but was very dated. Beds comfortable.

Excellent Villa

Just back from a fantastic week at Casa Rosemont... It wasn't long enough. The villa is clean and in a quiet secure area. But the real star of the show is the outside space, terrific patio and pool area with two separate places to enjoy dinner and drinks, also a fantastic hot tub. Terry was terrific popping in and ensuring that our stay was problem free... Excellent Villa.

Bliss

Spent a lovely tranquil 3 weeks at this clean, well equipped villa. Heated swimming pool and hot tub a bonus. Located in a quiet residential area but only a 20 minutes walk to the beach, marina, restaurants and bars. We bbq’d most evenings, using products from Dak the local butcher in Playa Blanca whose steaks and sausages were superb so we didn’t try many of the restaurants. A big thank you to Terry the Villa Manager who was very personable and on hand if we needed anything. A real home from home which we didn't want to leave so we booked another 4 weeks next year.

Super tolle Villa

Dies war unser erster Besuch in der Villa Casa Rosemount.Die Villa ist sehr sauber,der Pool war gut geheizt und wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt mit Ankündigung. Terry ist ein super Gastgeber, sobald etwas nicht in Ordnung war, ein Anruf bei Terry und er war sehr sehr schnell vor Ort,um es in Ordnung zu bringen. Die Ausstattung der Küche müsste man etwas auffrischen. Die Villa hat eine sehr schöne Lage und es ist sehr sehr ruhig um entspannen zu können. In 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade, wo es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Sauberkeit der Villa bewerte ich mit 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Dss Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Unterkunft würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub. M.S.

Absolutely lovely Villa

Had an amazing 10 days at this Villa. I have stayed in a few villas before but this one was excellent. Great location, equipped with all you need and more, great beds to sleep and an amazing outdoor area with plenty of shade. The villa management are also extremely helpful with anything you need. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Home from home

This was our fourth visit to Casa Rosemount. The villa is immaculate. Well laid out, beautifully furnished with a heated pool and hot tub. It is a 15/20 minute walk to the beachfront and shops so I would say a car is useful, however taxis are cheap and plentiful. Terry was, as always very helpful. Booking was easy . All in all a very relaxing 2 weeks yet again

Fabulous

Love these set of villas home from home. Spotlessly clean and well kept. Lovely area playa Blanca lots of good restaurants playa dorado beach lovely. Have stayed a few times now and will keep on returning. Ideal place to chill put bit not to fat away from town.xx

Excellent Villa great Resort

First time in Playa Blanca, Loved it great place and great villa would definitely go back. We hired a car and I would do again it’s easier for the shopping, and for seeing other parts of Lanzarote, but it’s only a 15/20 minute walk into the various bits of Playa Blanca, and taxis are 4 or 5 euros. I felt the Villa had everything I needed to relax for 2 weeks, and Terry who we dealt was more than happy to help with any queries or issues we had. Would love to return some day.

Wonderful break in lovely playa Blanca

We stayed in Feb and the villa was really top class. The facilities were brilliant, well maintained and close to all amenities without being 'busy'. The property manager, Terry, was great and made us feel like we were at home. 5 star

Wir verbrachten tolle ferien in der casa rosemont.

Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Nach 10 Min. Fussmarsch ist man an der Promenade, hier findet man Restaurants, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich gereinigt und war sehr warm. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche dürfte besser sein, es hat etwas zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr und alte Pfannen.

Perfectly private villa within walking distance of Playa Blanca.

The Villa is a good size with 2 bedrooms, shower room and ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom was a comfy double. (We did not use either of the beds in the twin second bedroom). Kitchen was a good size with a good array of equipment. The lounge and dining area were also a good size however, we barely used these rooms during our stay. Outside the space is completely private and not overlooked. The pool was a good size, certainly big enough for just the 2 of us. The hot tub was a great plus. Nothing better than enjoying a glass of fizz whilst bubbling away beneath the stars. Overall, the villa is well appointed, has all the essentials and everything worked. Some areas are a bit tired though, the surround of the hot tub has seen better days, some of the paintwork needs a bit of TLC. The kitchen looks a bit dated, but it is functional and worked. The plugs in both ensuite bathroom and kitchen sink were poor at actually retaining water and many of the fixtures and fittings in both bathroom were showing signs of wear, tear and age. But these are all minor points in our opinion and did not adversely affect our stay at all. Terry was the perfect host. He arrived when he said he would and was on hand quickly to fix an internal door. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Peace and tranquility

This is our 3rd visit to this villa. The booking process was very simple, e mails answered quickly. Terry met us the day after arrival and welcomed us back. ( late evening arrival). He popped in twice a week to do the pool maintenance and checked if everything was ok. The villa is spacious and well equipped, the pool area excellent with a heated pool and hot tub. It is about a 15 minute walk to playa planca restaurants or a 4. Euro taxi ride. There are plenty of supermarkets but a car is handy. All in all a great place to relax and unwind. Thanks to Terry for his attention to detail.

Peaceful and private, good location

Well maintained, clean, and with plenty of towels. The WiFi was good. It's a peaceful villa, great for getting away from it all, but still has quick access to routes in/out of Play Blanca, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The manager, Terry, is very helpful and easily available if there're any problems.

Owners cancelled our stay

I booked this villa in August 2016 paying the required deposit and completed anything required by the very lovely Terry. At this time I booked our flights too. On 16th March 2017 i received an email from Terry to advise the owners now wanted the house for their own needs and we couldn't have it. He refunded the deposit and it left me with little time to find suitable accommodation in Playa Blanca as you may be aware it books up in advance. Terry was mortified and did offer an alternative however it wasn't to the same standard. I luckily am part of a lanzarote Facebook group and they kindly helped me find somewhere else although it cost me an additional £500, they as lanzarote business owners were disgusted by the behaviour of this owner. I have no idea how the villa is but beware if you book and pay a deposit it's no guarantee you will have accommodation.

Lovely Holiday property.

Lovely holiday property. Own heated pool and jacuzzi a special treat and for "winter visitors" an absolute delight. Property was clean and well maintained. Only 3 of us but easily room for more. Town -bars/restaurants a decent walk but easily doable.Cocktails at Marine Rubicon when the sun goes down - brilliant. Booking process and arrival seamless thanks to Terry.

Spotless and charming villa

My husband and I have just returned from this fabulous villa, this was our first experience of staying at a villa we were unsure what to expect. The place was spotless, double bed was so comfortable, pool and hot tub out of this world, we will never stay at a hotel again. Pool cleaners come in on Tuesday and Friday's they are not long and are a pleasant couple. Terry meets you soon after you arrive in our case the next morning where you pay the outstanding balance, which I preferred incase anything went wrong. Terry was very obliging and answered any questions I had before we arrived very prompt. We had no need to call him while we were there. A cleaner comes once per week to change bed linen and towels. I would have no hesitation in recommending casa Rosemont and it's also within easy walking distance to town. Which has beautiful restaurants reasonably priced 10 euro for sirloin steak. Very relaxed atmosphere in town but do remember to take a light jacket or cardigan for evenings as the wind can be quite strong, although you will be glad of a wind during the day, one evening it was 37 degrees at 7pm.
