Home from home

Our second year at this villa and enjoyed it just as good as last year. Fantastic sized pool, spacious and clean accommodation with everything you could wasn’t in it.

Super nice modern Villa, clean, great place, heated pool, climatisation for few cents, everything what you need is there. Quite. Only 2 things-bed in main sleeping room was noisy and there is no outdoor shower. Perfect place to stay, everything near, ships, restaurants, marina, parking there as well. I hope we can come back!

The perfect holiday home! We have just returned from our second stay in this beautiful villa! I love everything about it. Spacious, clean, well equipped, large well maintained pool, comfortable beds, lovely bedding and towels, quiet location but not too far out. Coin operated air con throughout whole villa which was very cheap but a great idea in my opinion. Supermarket and bus stop down the road, I particularly loved the new addition this year of the wall mounted drying rack in the laundry area! Check in and check out easy we were sent simple easy to follow instructions. My only negative is that it’s not available on our dates next year but that says everything doesn’t it! absolutely gorgeous play I would highly recommend

Fantastic villa that exceeded expectations!!

Superb we will be back! This villa has everything you need , even shopping bags for the Superdino only 10 min walk. No 30 bus at end of street (1.40) each . Very quiet and a heated pool !! Communication with owners and Racquel brilliant. Tv channels awesome. Just go !

Wonderful villa

We had a week in this fabulous villa with our 3 teenagers, the villa is just amazing and is better than it looks. We wanted for nothing and it was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The heated pool was a bonus and the air con was very inexpensive.The shop is a 5 minute walk at most and has enough for a week. The marina is about a 20 minute walk, the coastal walk is slightly longer but much more picturesque. We didn't find it difficult to get taxis which were cheap.

Lovely week in March

We have stayed in villas in playa Blanca in the past and the pool on this one is a great size!!Outdoor area is lovely,villa layout is good with a bedroom either end.Villa is a short walk to overseas supermarket and dino..you can walk to the marina in 15mins and a lovely area with bars and restaurants in las Coloradas.Nothing was to much trouble with any questions I asked.We would definitely return to this villa Thank you for a great week

Lovely private property, well equipped, easy walk to restaurants/shops.

We loved our stay in the property (two weeks). It is a lovely villa set in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants at Rubicon Marina and indeed the town centre a little further. The villa is very well equipped and very clean. The pool and patio area is very private, and the car park space right next to the property is very handy. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Holiday

Lovely clean well equipped villa, its set in a peaceful location but close to supermarkets etc. The heated pool was fantastic like bathing in a warm bath, facilities in the villa were first class, would stay at this villa again Raquel was lovely to talk too, very friendly nothing a bother to her!..

Relaxing holiday

Communication from the owners Bruno and Florence and the property manager Mrs Municio was first class, Bruno checked on us just make sure everything was ok, then left us to relax. The villa was spotless and the pool was great. It was all very relaxing and only a short walk to the Marina . I would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Fabulous villa

Stayed for a week and would highly recommend. Management agent and owners, both made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be back. Very well stocked supermarket is only 2/3 minutes walk away and the marina is a very small pleasant 15 minute walk away and has a variety of lovely restaurants and shops. We would recommend Lani’s grill. Thank you Florence and Bruno for a wonderful stay.

The villa was perfect for us. In a quiet area but not far to walk down to the coastal path, small beach and shopping area. 25 min walk to marina. The size of the property was great and outdoor area/pool were lovely. Everything you could need was at the property . Communications were excellent. Would definately stay again

The house and area were ideal for us. The outside area of the house is excellent as is the pool. The Marina Rubicon is delightful and is about a 15 minute walk away. We have booked to return next year. Thank you.

The property was situated in an ideal location and was clean.

The property was close to shop and a nice bar. It is within a mile from the marina where there is lots of nice restaurants to choose from. The villa was very clean and equipped well for a family if five . There is plenty of areas in the villa to chill . The pool was brilliant and got checked regularly, which was great . Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous property!

The villa was everything we could have wished for. Very private and well equipped. The pool was a lovely temperature too. The owners popped over to see if there was anything we needed which was appreciated. There are a couple of supermarkets very close by and the bus stop is at the end of the street. We will definitely return.
