L'emplacement est appelé Costa Papagayo se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la plage la plus proche.

Un agréable séjour en famille à Lanzarote. Villa conforme à l'annonce, toutes les commodités annoncées sont présentes, la villa et son environnement trÚs calme. HÎte discret mais présent quand on a eu besoin (merci Charles) Proximité des plages et des commerces.

Superbe villa

Bonsoir, nous avons eu le plaisir de passer 10 jours superbes dans la magnifique villa de Charles qui est un hĂŽte, Ă  l’écoute et fort sympathique. De plus, la villa est idĂ©alement placĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Si vous devez sĂ©journer Ă  Lanzarote. Aucune hĂ©sitation c’est l’adresse Ă  retenir !

Belle maison reposante Ă  Playa Blanca

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour trÚs reposant et relaxant dans cette superbe maison bien située, avec un jardin simple et beau, une agréable piscine et une belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons aimé la piÚce de vie avec de grandes baies vitrées qui donnent directement sur la piscine et le jardin! Maison qui reste bien fraiche malgré les chaleurs. Elle est bien située au sud de l'ßle en périphérie de Playa Blanca, trÚs pratique pour aller à Papayago. Bref nous recommandons cette maison, merci à Charles pour son accueil!

Had a great 2 week stay over Christmas and new year and the Villa was amazing and provided us with everything we needed.Charles was there to meet us and left us a chilled bottle of cava in the fridge as well. The Villa is a 25 minute walk to the strip or the marina for all the bars and restaurants and we didn’t pay more than 5 Euros in a taxi back. Being in a residential area it is nice and quiet.We had a hire car so easy to get to places of interest including Papagayo beach, the salt flats, volcano site etc.On New Year’s Eve we managed to pick up a parking fine outside but again Charles was on hand to help us out via whattsapp and a couple of phone calls.Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, which was as seen in the pictures. The accomodation was clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the pool side in and out and the decor was very stylish. Although the weather was variable and included a storm over a day and a bit, we enjoyed the exploring Playa Blanca and visiting El Golfo. Pool did not heat up very much despite agreeing to have it heated at an additional cost 50 euros. However it was clean and also cleaned during our stay. Charles was responsive when contacted and gave us information for access to Villa and advice during our stay.

Absolutely loved this place. It is clean and spacious. It has everything you need. Aldi 5 mins down the road and a nice walk into town at night. Lovely villa just to sit and chill. The pool was great!!! Charles was a great host and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great holiday in this lovely villa. Nothing to fault at all. Pool was a good temperature and the outside areas offered shade or sun. We really enjoyed playing games in the covered seating area to the side of the villa with an external light. Inside the villa is bright and spacious and very tastefully decorated. Communication with Charles was excellent and we were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in on our arrival day. Thank you so much x

The whole place is absolutely amazing, the pool is warm, clean and private, set in a garden with uninterrupted views of the mountains. The villa is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could wish for including air-conditioned bedrooms. Charles, the owner of the villa, met us when we arrived and gave us a run though of all the amenities, he really made us feel welcome and at home - can't wait to go back - thank you so much!

We stayed in this property for 11 nights. Wow, there was everything and more in this villa, that you could need. Charles was there(even though he wasnt on the island) when we had a problem with the television, sorted. We wanted to go out for my husbands birthday and needed a taxi, Angela was the one who sorted it without questioning. The beds were lovely, the pool Amazing, nice temperature so you could get in without ooohing and arrring. We had a heat wave while we were there, but the air con in the bedroom was a godsend. A bit out of the way, as i was on crutches to go out, but we had hired a car. Beautiful, private, quiet villa, with views to the mountains. Would highly recommend if you want serenity. The visits from the local ginger cat, so gentle and friendly, we certainly made a friend. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will in the future be booking again.

This was our 1st trip to Lanzarote after doing hotel stays in various places for the last 10 years. We looked around for a Villa that was in a good location and nice & quiet and this Villa ticked all the boxes. Charles was great to deal with and any messages asking questions were quickly answered. He met us at the Villa & showed us everything available. The Villa had everything we needed including Bath Towels & Pool Towels for everyone. There was a Washing Machine too which was helpful as we brought back clean clothes at the end of the holiday!The Bedrooms were well sized and had Air Con. We only used this at night as during the day we had the windows open which allowed a breeze through the Villa and with shutters on the Windows it was nice & secure too.The outdoor area was amazing, such a large plot to enjoy and the view looking towards the Mountains was a highlight for us and loved sitting enjoying the view with a coffee or glass of wine! The Pool was bigger than we thought and we loved using it. The area is very quiet which we really enjoyed, despite having Villas around you it was very Private and you didn't hear any noise.A local Cat called Tony Soprano visits the Villa, although we aren't Cat People we allowed him to spend time with us during the day. He literally came each morning and slept for 12 hours near the Music System on the bottom shelf. We always kicked him out at night!Thanks for a great Holiday Charles, we will be back one day!
Never got bored of looking at this view!
Poor Area.
We enjoyed this view with a coffee in the morning and a glass of Wine in the evening!

We had a wonderful stay. Charles was the perfect host, he couldn’t do enough for us and always ready at the end of the phone if needed. Villa is beautiful and Location is lovely and quiet and about a 20 min walk to the town but we hired a car so about a 3 minute drive! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful

The villa is just as described, clean and well equipped. It's located in a very peaceful area and the local Aldi is convenient. Charles, the owner of the villa is very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. We would definitely stay again.

The villa and pool were both amazing. Charles responded promptly to any queries and was a great host. The villa was equipped with many general household items which are not always included and they were much appreciated. The villa is close to the new Aldi for shopping but we found it a little far from the town with bars/restaurants being about a 25-30 minute walk. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Ideal place to stay

Great villa with all that you could need in a home away from home PLUS of course the beautiful pool. It's a 10 minute walk to local Aldi (recently opened) and perhaps 20/25 minutes to the coast. Charles was very welcoming & helpful when we arrived.

A very pleasant stay.

A lovely and spacious property. The beds were very comfortable. Good TV but advisable to bring a stick. Functional kitchen with fridge freezer and plenty of equipment such as cutlery, glasses and coffee mugs. Lots of room outside with a table and chairs for al fresco eating and 4 sunbeds. The pool was lovely and warm and we used it every day. There was a barbecue. Security was excellent with 2 lockable gates and an alarm system in the property. The pool and gardens were secluded, but there was a great view of the mountains.

Peaceful, private and comfortable

An excellent choice. The villa was in a quiet area and very secluded. Lovely pool which can be heated if required, but we didn't and it was warm enough. Comfortable double bed (really two separate mattresses) with en suite bathroom with shower over bath. Second bathroom/shower room. Large comfortably living space and eating area. Kitchen a bit small and not room for two people to work. But plenty of equipment. Large TV but no channels as such, mainly Netflix etc. Didn't use anyway. Good pool area; can get a decent number of strokes in. Sunbeds have sides, so could be a little uncomfortable for the arms (got a few bruises). garden area well laid out. Charles was an excellent host and communication with & from him was first class. All in all a superb stay and hope to stay again in the future.

La casa es exactamente como te la imaginas. Es una vivienda vacacional cĂłmoda con una agradable zona exterior y con todos los servicios necesarios, incluida una piscina climatizada que nos vino muy bien.La comunicaciĂłn con Charles fue perfecta y estuvo siempre atento, respondiendo de inmediato cuando hubo un problema que resolviĂł en 5 minutos.
