Luxury 5 Bedroomed property located on the beautiful Solterra Resort,

The downstairs of the Villa is open plan with a large gathering area along with a large kitchen and dining area. The pool and patio area are at the rear of the property. We are very pleased to be able to offer a bedroom downstairs with en-suite facilities for guests who are not able to use the stairs.

Pool Heating is available at an additional cost. Costs are $50 per day for a minimum of 3 days. Pool Heating is not required and is your own personal preference.

A BBQ grill can be delivered to the residence for use at an additional cost. Prices vary based on time of year and demand.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.
