It is a small friendly community. You can walk 6 mins to enjoy the lake, get groceries, play at the playground and have brunch at the local cafe.
10 mins drive to stunning 90 mile beach and 6 mins drive to the National park.
6 mins walk to local medical centre and pharmacy. 2 minute drive to local marina hotel restaurant and 5 mins drive to Kebab store and BP station.

Keys to the property can be accessed via a secure key box located beside the front door, which includes entry for both the main and flyscreen doors.

Please note that the property is equipped with Telstra mobile broadband (not NBN). As this is a regional area, internet performance may vary—particularly during peak periods or if there is a disruption to mobile network coverage in Lochsport. Additionally, access to the front door requires climbing a flight of stairs.
